Trying to help my parents who are in their 80s resolve ongoing issues with a fairly new. Regent, vibrated the manifold right off the machine in the 1st month,deck is all wrong right from purchase, burned 5 drive belts this year, last 2 in less than an hour of mowing, and worst of all, after leaving a courteous message, I couldnt get a return call from Jordan . I would have left a zero star rating, but could not get in to leave a review.
