I buy everything on eBay. I bought a few medical products from their store for my job. The products work great even though they were used.

These people are complete frauds and thieves. We bought a $10,000 sub zero fridge with a manufacturers warranty until 2016 - so we were shocked to find out by calling SubZero that the unit was a scrap unit and was never allowed to be sold by any contractor. We called the owner Vic and he told us there is nothing he would do. He illegally sold us an unsellable unit and then hung up the phone on us saying that. We are now forced to sue him to get our money back. I am a real person and willing to talk to anyone interested in possibly buying from this company and person to help you out - I dont want anyone else to have to go through what this thief has put us through.

This guy is terrible. I bought a Thermo Reach In CO2 incubator which arrived damaged. There was no damage on the packaging which means it was damaged before shipment. They would not accept return or file a claim for damage. My claim was also denied. I will never buy from them again.

As I said on eBay, A+. Really, A+. I bought a nice double oven from Palladeo and the thing works great.

Bought a fridge, works great, I am happy.
