I have been a tenant for 8 years, and this Public storage location has been very safe. I’ve lived out of town the entire time. Recently I needed to speak with a manager, while out of town, and Manager, Lauren assisted me immediately with my needs. I’ve needed to speak to a manager some time before Lauren was at this facility and never received the help I needed. I am so grateful to her, super nice and attentive to my needs. She also has been training people to become property managers, and I can tell you, she is doing an excellent job, as I’ve spoken to a few of the trainees.Public Storage, she is a great example, please clone her. Because of Lauren and how she manages this property, I will always make it my go to for storage needs and would highly recommend it to others. LisaW

Lauren and Alexis at this Public Storage location are the best! When my sons college was shut down back in March due to the pandemic, there was a mad dash by all the college kids to secure storage for their belongings. This place made it so easy, especially for a mom trying to coordinate everything from 2 states away. They cheerfully and competently answered all my questions, and he had no issues on move in day nor the months following. Then, this month, when we wanted to finally retrieve the belongings, they went out of their way to help us. Were still 2 states away, so we ended up hiring a container moving company and a friend actually in CA packed the stuff for us. But that was a complicated process as you cannot request drop off and pick up times, and there is a security gate. But Lauren & Alexis made it happen, giving us a contingency plan if the driver arrived outside of office hours. And when it was all over and the now-packed container had been successfully retrieved, Lauren called to let me know so I wouldnt have to worry. Thanks ladies. You rock! And thanks also to the location manager who gave permission for the container to sit on the property overnight, since the moving company will not drop off and pick up on the same day.

Best storage place you can go to. i had a last minute thing of finding a storage place to put my belongings since i got kicked out my own apartment and Lauren was not only nice and courteous but also very helpful. Definitely the place to go to and is very secure as well.

The location here on arrow is a great place to store. It’s clean and maintained and the managers in the office are very helpful. I’ve had a great experience with Lauren and Jonathan the last few days and today I met Alexis who is just as helpful. They always have push carts to help with the move, I just recommend coming in when they 1st open. If you need storage I definitely recommend this location.

I rented two parking spaces for my both of my vehicles in March of this year, one space was for $53 and the other one was for $65 a month.I received a email the beginning of July stating they were raising my rent to $58 and $75 a month, starting the beginning of August.In the span of four months they already decided to raise my rent, and when I asked them the reason, they told me corporate makes the decision based on market pricing.It sounds more like greed to me.I pulled my vehicles out of there before the end of July, and won’t be doing business with this greedy company anymore.Can you believe a employee named Summer also called me on August 1st and left a voice mail, she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to keep my account.............duh, (I already closed out my account the day before). 🤦‍♂️Really? I don’t think so!!!!I would err the better side of caution renting from these scam artists, as they’ll bait you with a low rate and up charge you a few months later.BTW, if you read the five star reviews, (supposedly posted by customers) the majority of the customers only have made one review........ever. 🤔That means the reviews are fake, which means it’s a fake user name and they’re posting fake positive reviews to boost their ratings. 🤔🤦‍♂️That tells you what type of people run this location.

So far so good. All the girls do an amazing job of getting things done. Lauren especially. I was trying to upgrade to a bigger unit and she went above and beyond in helping me even though my work schedule was conflicting with the vacancy of the new unit. It’s nice to see when someone takes pride in there work.

I have been a customer at Public Storage, Montclair Ca. For almost a year, 10 months to be exact. I could not be any happier with their facility, expecially their customer service. Their customer service is 5 star in my book. I even upgraded my unit to a bigger unit and the transition could not have been easier. I really appreciate doing business with Public Storage.

First time at this location. I immediately felt welcome and comfortable. Very clean and safe location. Most of all, customer service is AWESOME!!! These two ladies-- Lauren and Alexis are just both amazing. They are both cognizant with COVID19 precautions, now that is quite important these days (SafetyFirst). They made me feel at home and that my business is welcome. Lauren gave me a comprehensive introduction of the place, gave me a tour to my unit without feeling rushed, and I did not feel I was just another renter. She showed me how to use the electronic gate access (very important) and also showed me products I needed for my move. I must say every business front desk personnel can truly make a good reputation for the company. I truly appreciate both of them and they are both worthy assets to the company. If you ask me they both deserve a promotion :). No I am not a bot nor do I have any personal connection of any of them. This is just my way of returning the the good customer service they gave to me the moment I stepped inside the store. Kudos to this location and its people. I highly recommend it.

There is a theft ring happening at this storage unit! TAKE OUT ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS!! We are not the only unit that has been broken into in the past few months. This place is a joke!

Be prepared to have your monthly bill go up by $3.30 per month. They dont increase it every month, but rather every 6-8 month blocks. Started at $173.00, now my payment is $251.00. But do to the stay-at-home orders, I rather pay then risk it, just to be on the safe side for my family and I.

My storage unit was jammed and I was in a panic because it wouldn’t shut or lock, but I was so lucky to be helped by Lauren andDalelisha. I can’t emphasize enough how helpful, friendly, and professional they were. I wish I could give them each 10 stars out of 5; whatever they’re paid, I am certain that they deserve more. I’m grateful to have my storage at this location and as long as these two are on the team, I’m keeping my stuff here! :)

I want to start off saying this location is one of the cleanest properties I have been to. I most definitely need to acknowledge the manager Summer at this property she is beyond amazing! She had an awesome attitude and is the sweetest person, she answered all my question, concerns and was able to accommodate all my needs. Her customer service was very impressive, she went the extra mile to show me the merchandise they offer which was so helpful I was beyond satisfied with my experience.

I have rented here before and Abel has always been great. I came in today to reserve a storage for my move in tomorrow. Abel helped me while training Scott who was nothing but hospitable. They are amazing and always make me feel secure with putting my belongings in storage there. Abel gave me some deals that helped save money and so much advice and he was so patient with me.

I recently moved from my own home into a condo with my wife, so I came here looking for a storage unit not knowing anything about pricing or availability. I was greeted by a welcoming smile from a woman named Summer who introduced herself as the manager. She would proceed to break down all of the units that had a available, monthly pricing and what that pricing includes. I would recommend that anyone looking to store anything stop in to this Public Storage location specifically.

Initial experience was not good. I have rented storage units before so this isnt my first rodeo. The manager is not professional at all. There were hidden fees that werent disclosed until I hauled my truck full of furniture more than 130 miles across town. The rent was raised less than 6 months after renting. Abel likes to harass customers which never happened in my past experiences. They also like to threaten public auction of the unit before it even hits 30 days! Customer service is terrible, and the facility is only clean inside of the office. The elevator is very dirty all the time and it never smell like cleaning products. This is the least well keep facility I have ever rented from. Will not recommend to any students or friends, period.

Clean facility, easy to use. I booked my space online, and got a call IMMEDIATELY after I booked online. Seriously, less than 10 seconds passed after I hit reserve that I got a call. All the staff have been super nice.When I got to the facility, I worked with John. SUPER friendly guy. Wasnt pushy and explained everything in a no-nonsense manner, and gave me a tour of everything. Over all, I am satisfied with my experience. Highly recommend!

I walk in really in the morning the lady brandi and her co worker (i didnt catch her name thou) was there really early and ready to help me. She showed me around and showed me what space they had available. The best public storage I been too so far and one the cleanest one if i may add.

Great place to store your stuff. I have had a storage unit for the past 3 years here, before it was Public Storage. I have had no problems then nor now. The facility has been always well taken care of and maintained. It is well lit and easily accessible. I have not had any issues paying online nor in person.Overall it is a great place to store your stuff.

Summer was the employee that helped me and my fiancé from start to finish and I have to say she was extremely helpful and nice. A few days later after grabbing my storage unit, I had incorrectly locked my unit which left it open for theft but thanks to Summers kindess she had notified me of the situation with urgency and I was able to fix the problem without anything being stolen! Great staff! Good prices. You cant get that anywhere else!

The facility is well kept and secure. The customer service is great and the process of getting a unit was simple, easy and time efficient. Abel was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, they have unbeatable pricing in comparison to other top rated facilities.

I have had a great experience storing with Public Storage at this location. I am a college student utilizing the space while I am away from campus for the summer. I am sharing a 5x10 unit with a friend. The price is reasonable, especially because we are splitting the unit. The mandatory insurance gets added on, which I suppose I should have expected, and the move-in fee gets tacked onto that reduced first month fee. In any case, its a good decision to store here. It is very easy to use during access hours. We had a bit of a walk to our unit on the third floor, but the provided carts helped with moving our things. Our space was clean, flexible, and really everything we needed. We really had no complications with anything. John and Chris were very helpful and made the process very straightforward.

When I saw all the comments about how great this location is, and how great Chris is I decided to go with this location. However, Chris showed a lack of professionalism, and showed me why I would never recommend this location to anyone in need of a storage facility. I was assured that nightly checks would take place, but they somehow missed my unit for three nights. I was in town after getting the storage unit, but after a couple of days I thought it would be fine to go out of town. Chris himself said he did a check, and someone missed it. Then he proceeded to tell me it never usually happens because he spent time in the military. Not sure if that was said to manipulate me into having sympathy for his lack of management skills, and his attention to detail. I asked him if there was anything that would be done or said to the staff that missed the unit, and he flat out said NO. Its completely unacceptable for a manager to tell me that their is nothing he can do to improve the service that they offer. I understand missing a unit 1 time, but to miss it three times in row made shows me that they didnt check units in that area for a while unless they only missed my unit every night. I made the wrong choice leaving my belongings at this location, and thinking they would do their job. Overall the customer service at this location is 0 stars out of 5.
