Purchased a new phone here today & received bad customer service. I handed the jerk my ID to activate the phone & he throws my ID in the bag instead of handing it back to me. Also he did not ask if I wanted to keep my old number & just assigned a new number. This store is so ghetto, wish I hadn’t gone in there.

Visited the store today because I was trying to get my account number after talking to support because they can no longer get give you the code unless you visit the store! So the young man in that store stated that he couldn’t give me my account number because they are FRANCHISE and they have limited access YESSS that’s what he told me ? So I asked him then why would support send me to the nearest store he stated maybe for “discrepancies” !!!! I again called support and told me what happened and they said that the young man either lied to me or didn’t wanna do his job! I will he reporting him to his manager and to corporate ..
