They are nice but they need help. There were two young ladies there and one guy arguing about policies they were clueless. no product knowledge they both gave me bad information on obtaining a new phone. They were asking a manager for help who was on a personal call. No desire to sell or offer alternatives. Need training about insurance plans and deductibles. Usually tmobile stores are more eager to assist.

Prefacing this review with formal addressing of its articulation and intention: this review is written from experiential interpretations of this location’s operations. Most negative reviews involve a short rant about a bad experience and don’t take into full account the perceptions and many factors involved in the experience. This review isn’t written from anger. Simply a disappointment and warning to all people debating coming here for this company’s services.Do not.For 4 months we’ve been involved in a dispute over an employee incompetence. A second account was registered concurrent to our own. An account that was never used, and created “on accident,” in their own words. It accumulated a surmountable due balance total until we received a letter from T-Mobile, asking for payment. We live nearly 30 miles from this location. They’ve insisted we return to this location on each instance to discuss what could have been talked over through phone. On two occasions we were told to come and talk to the manager, only to be told on arrival both times that the manager was not in the store that day.Hoping our experience would be a one-time interaction with them, buying our phones from them and engaging in this simple exchange of business. Not anticipating a 4-month long failure to fix a customer issue that effects our personal credit.Instead we appear as people who have not paid a balance, when this balance was never reflective of an open account. One of the lowest encounters with them was when addressing to an associate in person, they insinuated we have actively used this line when we never even received SIM cards for the three lines. They actually, in a first-off response, asked and tested whether we were lying and were trying to get a freebie off of them.Your employees are poorly managed. They themselves are just regular old people, I don’t have any personal attacks on them. As most negative reviews usually do. It is not their fault they are not well or trained in basic customer relations. There is a standoffish attitude permeated throughout the location. It’s not welcoming, and subtly belittles the customer. Who cares. Environments of high customer traffic and frankly probably some very annoying customers, especially in a mall, can cause a negative workplace atmosphere. Our real problem and disappointed is in T-Mobile. We expected a basic resolving of a customer matter, that encompasses our credit score, and we expected too much.Even the huge information breach of data is forgivable. Digital data security is highly vulnerable at all sectors and breaches occur at every corporate level, often times are not even disclosed to the public. Our last interaction today was receiving a debt collection letter. We called and were told, “I’ll give you a call back.”We said, “Our experience here has been unprofessional; and this isn’t anything negative about you personally, but at the company and location.”They responded, “We have been professional.”Into the second half of the year we are receiving a debt collection letter from a creditor, for an account we never createdCalled customer service and the estimated call return time was hours. We have been previously employed in occupations that prioritized customer interaction. We know how bad it gets, how hard it gets. As a store associate, as one on the other end of the phone, behind the computer. We know. With that in mind still, this was and is a terrible store experience that has not been remedied.Unless T-Mobile reaches back out to us, we won’t change our review. If this gets resolved, we’ll edit our response with what happens.Until then, don’t choose T-Mobile, and especially don’t choose this location.

The person helping me was busier using her own phone, than helping me. I was about to upgrade 3 phones and asked her about the newest phones available. Unfortunately she just pointed the phones on the wall and said The only difference between them its the size, and the priceNever going back to this location.

I walked in fully prepared to drop $400 on a new Pixel, and they tried to charge me a $39 upgrade fee, which is exactly what it sounds like - its a fee for buying a new phone. They say Oh, well its the fee to setup your new phone. However, to setup a new phone, you plug in the sim card, turn it on, dial the TMobile line and enter the IMEI. Takes 1 minute. If anything they should take my $400 and do that for free.Maybe some customers have more money than brains, but I have both, so I left the store and bought it online for the advertised price - no fees.

I came to switch from ATT to T-mobile to save some money i had bought 3 phones one bogo and one trade in. The bogo phones were going to be mailed because the store did not have the phones, we payed the taxes for the phones this was October, we were supposed to receive them in November 3rd and i call and ask what happened to the phones and they tell me that they canceled then because i did not sign the contract when i was there personally. Ridiculous so disappointing

The worst T-mobile store are scammers, they always add to your plan things that you do not even ask for since the bill arrives with a large amount you realize that they do not speak to you clearly, they say one thing and it turns out being another they are already 2 Sometimes the first thing that happened to me was a mistake, but I realized that it is not yes, they are the fake ones and the worst T-mobile store.
