Visited store on 11/01/2021. Requested to get baby passport photo, the cashier was so rude and replied we dont do for babies. UPS should update there policies that they dont do for babies. or if the store lies, plzz look into it. would not recommend anyone to waste there time on this location
The worst UPS store on planet earth! They’re so slow and there’s always at least one employee standing around doing nothing. They never greet you and it comes off as if I’m an inconvenience for walking in. As a business owner myself, you need to do better! Won’t be coming back! I’d rather drive further to be treated as a valued paying customer.
Small shop but its meant for you to get in then get out.There can be a line to the door if its busy, and thats with 2-3 staff helping ppl out.I always come here to drop off my orders and its fast and painless.Parking can be quite and issue! Theres limited parking and it can be hard to find a spot if its during peak times. There are designated parking spots out front but of course they can get taken.
Notary was so rude & unhelpful. I offended him by asking if he was going to help us because he is just ignoring us for 20 minutes . He was so annoying, cuz we are not letting him putting the inventory in the computer he is running late. Wow especially when I was trying to be as polite as possible. Not worth the time and negative energy.
Wow! First they don’t answer the phones … ever, and they can’t even answer simple UPS questions. What’s the point of processing UPS packages if you can’t be knowledgeable of the shipping process!? There was a woman there that kept repeating the same thing call customer service, they wouldn’t even be courteous enough to track my package when I requested it. Sure I know I can on my phone but since they shipped the package and made the label I figured it was a simple click away for them ….. NOPE apparently that was too much to ask! NEVER will I return to this store again! Sorry you people hate your job!!!!
Im a long time customer and never really had issues BUT i think Ill change location...there employees are extremely rude and arrogant..you ask a simple question and they respond by being rude and stand-off ish. Especially the girls. One employees was just sitting there twirling her hair and rolling her eyes at customers. I think the owner needs to hold them accountable and remind them there not in jr high.
This ups store has been in this community for at least 35 years. It’s owned by the same family that started it. Most of the front desk people are young because it’s a great high school/ college job. It’s small with limited parking and the people are generally nice. I’d rather go here than commerce or LA. I’ve never had a problem, the transactions are quick and they are helpful. Anyone who gave a 1 star is most likely a very impatient Karen who probably yelled at the barista for using almond milk instead of coconut. So take their criticism with a grain of salt...
No online printing. For some reason they dont have access to UPS computers. Called to ask if they do, was told yes only to arrive and then be told actually.... Second UPS store in near Montebello without access to UPS computers, I really dont think these stores are legitimate.
They told me that no ups store would take my package because it was too heavy, Ups ground has a limit of 150lb my package was only 125lb I had to drive to another store to confirm this and they happily received my package and told me this store was just being lazy

First off, the worker’s tones are so aggressive here, second they have no customer service skills, third they charge $2 for print $1 just to handle your package & $0.18 per print??? That’s crazy. Will not be coming back to this store ever
I was having issues with an item I wanted to return from the Disney store but I wasnt sure what to do. I called around to a few of my local UPS stores and none of them really answered my questions- I was just told to come in and theyd be able to help me that way. In the midst of the pandemic and living with someone who is high-risk, I really wanted to limit my time in public and around strangers so I was relieved to finally get help from Byron when I called his store.He happily explained my issue and continued to answer my questions about how to package my return. He went on to offer to help me directly if I brought everything into his store so I did and found myself in and out within 15 minutes of arriving. I need to also mention how seriously everyone took wearing masks here which really gave me the peace of mind to be in line with at least 7 other people.Thank you for all of your help and expertise, Byron!
I’ve gone to this place multiple times and never had an issue, not even with employees in person. Then two of my packages got sent to the wrong places. I called to see if there was anything that could be done and the owner who was on the phone with me said, “well weren’t you looking at the guy packaging your books”. That was his first response...I was not being rude just inquiring how my books could’ve been sent to the wrong locations. He threw the F word at me through the phone and was very unprofessional. I called back to ask for his name and he was very condescending. Reading other reviews and I am not surprised. I’ve never received such terrible customer service and this is my first bad review ever for anything. That is how terribly the owner handled the phone call. I would understand if this was a one time instance or that this rarely happens with customers, but the owner needs to stop blaming customers. There are far too many complaints on his customer service for him to not admit that he needs to work on it.
If i could give 0 stars i would, the staff is rude and as a UPS store the franchise owner thinks he can make up his own rules, i dont understand how UPS is allowing this place to operate under their banner. they have horrible reviews, i wouldnt recommend this place at all.
Dropped off a package the other day. There was this Asian guy helping me who had an attitude. Aside from shipping. I wanted to purchase two 12×12×12 boxes and asked specifically for this. I got 21 questions as to what I need it for, what I was shipping. I told him with the same attitude he was giving that I just needed 2 of the requested boxes. He went to the back to grab them, as I reached my hands over to grab them, he throws the boxes on the floor. Most people would be happy to have their job during this quarantine.
Really good experience. I like that the owner is conversational and makes me feel welcome.
People all stand around doing a bunch of stuff but they dont help customers and get their needs sorted as a priority. They need management!
Avoid this place it at all possible. Very unorganized, prices are very high, especially for shipping materials. The owner is EXTREMELY RUDE and acts like he doesnt need your business. I was extremely shocked by his behavior. No masks were worn by staff. I ended up going to the post office instead and the wait time was only about two mins longer and I saved $15 on the item I shipped. This place needs to be avoided at all costs.
This is the worst UPS store around. Some nobody named Mellissa is lazy, rude, and not professional. Next time I’ll go to one further from my house.

My local ups store has been a staple for my online business and many of my printing needs. Fair prices, clear set hours and pick up times, on busy days people behind the counter always welcome me with a smile (mask smile now cuz covid). I have witnessed how long the line can get, I just don’t arrive 30 mins before they close and problem solved! Go here if you want to support a local businesses, with accurate, up-to-date, convenient, quality service.
Notary guy is so rude. He doesn’t understand customer service. He asked me to go to other store if I don’t like this store. I had just asked him few details about notary signature. Will never visit this UPS again and will not recommend anyone till notary guy works here..zero star

This is literally the slowest UPS Store Ive ever been to. Theres always a line that can take up to 30 minutes. Also if youre coming to do Amazon returns their internet might be down. Its happened to me a couple times. Just avoid this place.

I had my own packaging, just needed to tape label onto outside of box & they couldnt give a couple of tape strips - wanted to charge as thats considered packaging service. Location on Garvey in M.P. never gave me this looser service, so I left & was courteously serviced there!

The customer representative that helped me out, Jacqueline (aka Jackie), was extremely helpful! I came in to send a letter the next day and I had no clue as to how to do such a thing because I have never done so. Jacqueline explained to me the whole process step by step and was very patient--she even notified me that I do not have to buy the express mail since one of the drivers was going to the area in which I was to send my mail by the next date. UPS, you have gained a customer! Promote her!
Basic UPS store, what I do hate is that they don’t give you any tape. I understand if I’m trying to tape up something that would require more than one strip of tape but just to seal a small envelope, really? They need to stop trying to nickel and dime customers, hate these types of stores. Will use any other carrier when the option is available.

Turns out the notary there is the owner, an Asian man. This guy is the rudest, most inconsiderate notary I have ever had. He notarized a grant deed for me for a home purchase 2 weeks ago, and he made a mistake he admitted with my last names. Escrow tells me he simply needs to edit my name. Not only does he not want to do it after showing him ID, but he says he has to add my middle name too, which would result in same issue! Then he has the nerve to tell escrow to change ALL documents to appease him! Totally unprofessional and a lack of empathym avoid him and their notary services at all costs
