Every trip here the employees have been absolutely wonderful! My drinks are always great and have had no problems whatsoever. They are the only freestanding Starbucks in town and the wait time is sometimes lengthy. This is no fault of the employees, they are all working extremely hard in there. I cannot count the amount of times I have been in line and either the person in front or behind me is asking questions about every drink on the menu. That is very time consuming for the staff but they are always super pleasant about it!

Over 15 minutes to get our mobile order. Poor service, not entirely the staffs fault. Maybe Starbucks should pull their heads out and stop requiring their employees to wear masks and pay them decent. You may be able to hire a full staff and keep them!

The coffee here is absolutely amazing every time we go. The staff is so very nice and when we went this last time the gentleman at the window was so nice and was very funny. We will be back again for sure.

We wanted to stop by and grab some food for the day and coffee. Around 2:50 pm on Saturday. Imam helped us out, there seemed to be quite a few people that needed help but most attention was on the drive thru. Imam helped get my mobile order together and we were on our way! What a great Starbucks team member!

I had no issues when I went Order 2 venti drinks had them right away taste great. The employee was friendly the staff as well it was also clean. You are now able to order inside sit and drink your coffee.

Nice big store with lost of windows and seating! Nitro brew wasnt working, but that seems to happen at lots of different Starbucks.

Normally I get Starbucks in the morning and it is a great experience. The morning baristas provide great efficient service and a quality product. Stopped to get an afternoon coffee and it took over 20 minutes to get my order, that I had placed on the mobile app. By the time I got my iced coffee all the ice was melted and it was room temp. Super disappointed and will think twice before I order an afternoon coffee from them again.

There was about 5 in of snow on the outside when I visited. The customer Representatives were very friendly and warm with kind words. I ordered a decaf vanilla latte with two extra pumps of vanilla syrup. Delicious and hot, warmed up the old bones.

One of the worst Starbucks youll ever go to. All the employees are still required to wear the face diaper. Consequently, they all have a really bad attitude because of the virtue signaling mask theater they are forced to participate in by corporate. Leads to very poor service.

I got a green tea and my wife got a kiwi refresher, both were delicious and made rather quickly. We always have a tood experience at this location.

It is definitely busy, but they are very nice employees and they work hard. It is very clean here and I enjoy coming to study here, and it is bigger than expected.

The barista was super nice when he said we could not be served without wearing a mask. He said that not a lot of people realize yesterday morning they had their store rules changed. He came out immediately and took our order and was super friendly when he delivered our drinks. The drinks were also typical Starbucks and very yummy

I very much appreciated that Baristas and customers were still wearing masks in this very large Starbucks...as this county is now green and folks think its safe to go maskless. Crazy, as the covid variants are hitting Colorado. Oh, and my Mocha was delicious.

This place was slower than slow. I was in around 3pm, no cars in drive through and not many people inside. They had 3 people working but were still about 4 people behind. I am not kidding you...from the time I ordered to the time I got my coffee was 40 mins. Insane! Better off getting it from the Target.

Had one girl who wasnt very pleasant I dont think Starbucks should have people like that working for them bad manners

We were there in the afternoon. Drive through, 3 cars ahead of us, 20+ minutes before we drove away. Server was super friendly. I think they are just consistently understaffed in the afternoons.

Honestly one of the best coffees I got from Starbucks was at this location. Baristas were short staffed and still crushed it! Our coffees were perfect and pastries were nice and toasty!

Not as good as the local coffee shops, but in a pinch its not all that bad.

Ordered coffee and a breakfast sandwich at 5 in the morning, the sandwich was like a hot cardboard hockey puck. The coffe was cold. The day before we had the same order at Durango store and it was great.

As of late September 2020: They have some seating available with Covid regulations. Plenty of spacious spread out tables with individual plugs, so it’s a great place to work. Masks required unless consuming at your table. Bathrooms open. Wifi decent but not fast.Very spacious, clean, efficient service.

I don’t normally rate anything on the web, but I felt the need to today. I’m a barista so I know the ups and downs of the job, and I’m very aware of the difficulties that come with having lots of customers that are in a hurry, but today I was disappointed. My friend and I stopped in for a quick coffee and the time between our order (of 2 drinks) and getting our coffee was around 25 minutes. I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte and what I got was cold pumpkin milk without any espresso. At that point I was done being in the store so I just took it and left.

We went inside for service, everyone was super nice but we waited over 25 mins for two coffees. Other than 3 others customers the place was empty. Yet every drive thru customer was getting super sonic service. Wont be back

The only problem I had was today. I tried to call because I ordered from the app and no one answered any of the calls. My mom was going to be late from lunch and I had ordered 30 minutes in advanced and paid ahead. They have great quality drinks but I was trying to get it pulled out to the front of the shop rather than the drive thru. It was just very frustrating.

Only drive through and indoor pick up (mobile and indoor ordering) is available at this time (no indoor seating.) Avoid busy times of the day.

My drink was wrong but they fixed it without a fuss the cashier was super friendly.

Carmel frappe is amazing

We played $17.00 for 3 drinks. They were all 3/4 of the way full. We parked and went in to rectify the situation. We were met with contempt and the replacement drinks were not made correctly. I would have to say Epic Fail for $17!!!

The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. They will listen to details when it comes to perfecting your order.The inside is clean and has a happy, upbeat atmosphere. The items are made quickly and up to standard, sometimes with a little extra added.I highly recommend this Starbucks.

Always a great stop! Im trying the chili mocha today and it is excellent. The service of this store is always friendly and the store is always clean. Its a 50 mile drive each way for me to get to Starbucks so Im happy when its such a good experience!

Nice large store with plenty of parking, more than enough seating inside and out, not too many electric outlets.This is a good location with a well designed drive through and store but the outdoor seating looks to be an after thought.

The price for the same drink my wife gets keeps switching back and forth from $3.21 to $3.53. Not a huge deal but I wonder why. Some staff are not too customer friendly. I havent had a great expierence there yet. Only decent sometimes. The Starbucks in the south city market was much better when I went there.

The new Blueberry black tea - Lemonade Iced beverage is SO delicious and SO refreshing! Definitely my new Summer fave!

Coffee was correct and staff was nice.

While the interior and is a little steral and modern for my tastes, there is no other coffee house locally that sources their coffee like Starbucks. I enjoy sampling from their featured blends when I stop in. Its a little pricey, but worth the cost of you like enjoy the subtleties.

They got my order perfect the first time. Even though it was a long list, was very busy, and 3 workers who all worked on my coffee, they got it done and exactly the way I wanted it. 5 stars for the tag team batistas.

Katina is a very outgoing, kind, and thoughtful Gm!!! She anticipated my needs traveling, and suggested I get my mark out before sunday!!! I wasnt thinking about that on vacation, but our Airbnb was so thankful for the gift!!! She and her amazing team definitely define the Starbucks 3rd place!!! Coming here was always a pleasant experience. Moved away a month after the remodel was completed, and the remodel made the experience even more pleasant. The staff were always friendly and always remembered me by name. Service was a little slow when the restaurant was busy, but not too bad.

I traveled for Christmas to my sisters home and... I FORGOT HALF OF MY GIFTS! Everything was closed! Even Walmart! Thank goodness for Starbucks!I got everyone multiple gifts and I spent 35 percent LESS (about $270) the amount I spent on stuff my recipients would never use! The staff recognized my rush and panic, helped me quickly and kindly, and even helped me remove tags! I love them to pieces!So far, all gifts have been greatly used and LOVED by everyone!Whew! Larger than normal seating area. Quick service, but the background music is way too loud and annoying. Turn it off already, anybody who wants to listen to music today has the own smart phone or iPod! It was impossible to carry on a normal conversation.

This may have been the dirtiest star bucks I have been too. The floors had dirt and coffee spilt on them, the bar chairs were very dirty. They need to deep clean this place, all the nooks and crannies, service was great though!

I drive through Montrose once or twice a month. My last two orders, one yesterday 9/12, of dark roast coffee were very stale and were not up to your normally great cup of coffee. I’m writing to let you know so that you have a chance to get this remedied.
