I transferred over to T-Mobile, so this was my first experience with anything T-Mobile but it was not a good first impression. Originally I went in and was helped by Faith, who set my husband and I up to open up our own account and move my number over from AT&T. She was very sketch (not to mention extremely nosy and was asking multiple questions pertaining to my personal life) with how she worked, rather than explaining, she opened up 2 new numbers so she could get commission and did not explain thoroughly what she was doing. She then told me my new phone (trade in) would arrive in 2-3 days as the store was out of the phone I was getting. She told me my number would not be switched over until the new phone came, which I found out a couple days later was extremely backordered, so we were now paying for a T-Mobile account while I was still on at&t. Fast forward a couple weeks, my phone has still not come. Turns out this store ended up having the phone in stock at this point. I went up there and was told to call customer care to cancel my original order. Customer care told me they could not cancel the order. Thankfully Tyler was able to work with me and was able to get me the phone and transfer my number over in store that same day so I didn’t have to wait anymore. I was then told by customer care and by staff in the store, that when the original order arrives to my house, bring it into the T-Mobile store (as long as I don’t open the box) and they will accept it as their inventory. A few days later the original phone finally arrives and I take it into the store and they tell me they cannot accept the phone. I waited an hour for them to tell me this. Long story short I ended up having the shipping label printed off (originally the store told me I had to call customer care and request the shipping label) and will have to be the one taking the phone in the box to UPS and shipping it off myself. I would give this store a one star due to the long wait times and some of the employees truly do not have a clue and nor do they care, but Lauren and Tyler helped my husband and I, and they definitely know what they’re doing. So if you HAVE to go here ask for one of them to help you.
I just want to give a shout out to Caroline!!!! She went above and beyond with helping me get my new phone activated and working without losing my current phone number. Great store and EXCELLENT customer service. I just cant say enough about the customer service I received at this store from every staff member I worked with. I highly recommend the Moore OK T-Mobile store. Many Thanks!!!!

Went to get a phone from the Moore location wasn’t able to get the one I wanted so we ordered them, but we only wanted the phones if we got them in a week so after being told we have two phones we could choose from that would be here the next week we went thu with the deal little did we know faith the girl helping us wasn’t being completely truthful with our order details and just wanted to make a sale went back a week later and she was helping another guest and spilling the same lie “you’ll get it next week” the phones are really backordered and I could have kept my old phone she also said the money wouldn’t be taken out of my account until the phones were shipped another lie
My associate, Abigail, was just the best! She was so sweet, and knowledgeable about how to change my cell plan and upgrade my phone at the same time. I’ve had to work with associates, in the past, who just seem lost, and forget to ask you important questions, like whether or not you want insurance. Abigail was right on top of every question I could possibly have before I had to think about it, which is priceless for me, the Forgetasaurus! Thanks Abigail, for making a necessary outing actually fun. 😁👍🏻
Switched from another provider and they did a great job. Went back because I was having issues with the phone and they were friendly and helpful. I drive across town just to use this location. Cant say enough about these guys.
Fayth was super nice and helpful! There werent many phones available for take home, but they do have availability to ship your upgraded phone to you. Very friendly and went over all current available promotions/deals.
Joshua N at your Moore, Oklahoma location was so helpful after I tried for 3 days to get my account number from our previous carrier so we could switch. He made an impossible and frustrating issue very easy and pleasant to work through. We are glad to be T Mobile customers and EVERYONE at your Moore location is friendly, courteous and helpful. Joshua was exceptional though on a very difficult day and struggle.
Dont waste your time going to this store! They cant do anything. The Bryant square store did everything they said wasnt possible to do in store. So I guess it just wasnt possible for them.

When I walked in. And seen that there was several people in front of me. I panicked, but seeing how the representatives were handling customers by multitasking. Made the waite not soo bad. And thanks to Faith and the other young lady that helped me with my phone 📱.

My mom had an issue with the bill which was charging us the wrong plan, so we took it into the store to get it fixed. Caroline was the employee that helped us right away, and got the issue resolved in no time. She was very kind and patient with us. This girl sold me 2 iPhone 12s then couldn’t activate them.. had me leave my phone with her for 2 and a half hours and couldn’t do a damn thing she was letting one of the phones die when I got there sans wanted me to leave them again. Then she tried to explain to me how to do her job at home! Lol I am not a technician. She needs to learn how to do her job. Don’t waste your time going to this useless store

Went in to speak about getting my sprint phone unlocked with plans on activating it for T-mobile service. After being told by Sprint Customer Care that I could indeed go to a T-mobile store to have my old phone unlocked I went to this store. I started to explain my situation and was told to contact customer care. I explain that I did and they told me to go to the store. The representative just stared at me for about 10 seconds and repeated that they do not unlock phones at the store and I would need to contact customer care. I left and probably will take my business elsewhere.

A girl named Kimberly greeted me and was happy to help switch my old phone over to my new one and she also put a new screen protector on it too! I walked into this Tmobile store to upgrade my sons phone for his birthday. (I usually use this store). The young lady helping me, she described herself to other staff as a keyholder, was rude and condescending. I kept my business there because Im lazy and it was sons bday. Had it not been, I would have left and given the commission to someone else.

I’m from Houston born and raised. On my trip out of town. I had to stop by a t mobile store. And I happened to walk in this store. I just gotta say whoever is the assistant manager. I think his name was Josh. He was incredible and very knowledgeable about their plans, prices & even new items. I honestly didn’t even need anything more than a charger and to ask about my LG tablet troubleshoot. He sounded very informative without seeming like a cheap car salesman. Trying to get over a man from out of town. To have someone I didn’t know and to be in a place I never been. He helped me feel comfortable and like I knew him my whole life. This was definitely a great experience & genuine exchange in this crazy time we are living in. I’d refer anyone in a 50 miles radius to check out this t mobile.

I want to share my experience with this location. First of all the absolute stellar customer service compared to the corporate location on 240 and Santa Fe, Oklahoma City. I gave up on the corporate location due to lack of extreme frustration of them sending my phone in on the 6th of January and no one knowing were my phone was by the end of January. That location said it was with the insurance company and they had no way of tracking it, the insurance company said it was Sprint and Sprint blamed it on T-Mobile. The 240 location would not help in any way but to say call the insurance company. This would not be an issue if I had a phone all this time, but I did not want a loaner and pay 300 if I broke it. So I took a gamble on a local owned location in Moore. First day I came in and Faith helped me. So took all the information down and said a district manager would call by that evening. No phone call that night. I called the next day and was told the manager was there. I was on the line with first the insurance company and again they said that Sprint was handling the phone repair. Stenson went on the line with Sprint and was so helpful dealing with them. He handed me over to an associate named Dexter. Well guess what, Sprint did not handled it and I was there a total of 4 hours, and on the phone again with Sprint and Dexter was there all the way. I have to say that I have never had such an OUTSTANDING customer service experience in my life! I cannot say enough how much Dexter went above and beyond and tried everything he could. Thank you .. Thank you... Thank you!

I absolutely hate going to the T-Mobile store. Everytime Ive had to go in there its over an hour. I dont know If theyre understaffed or what but I went in there today to get a replacement phone (I had gotten an e-mail it was ready to be picked up) was in there for over an hour then the guy there skipped me and helped someone who arrived after me. I ended up leaving because I had my 3 small children with me. So disappointed
I don’t know if I will be mad or be happy when I go to the store I ask about my screen protector the guy name James he said it was free blah blah and he said we will order it for you.. Yaa he got me one and of course I got the wrong one I have iPhone12 pro but he got me iPhone11 pro max soo I was disappointed. And when I got to the store the lady even let me pay for the exactly iPhone12 pro screen protector soo now I have the wrong screen protector that just a waste.. I was just disappointed like I even say to the guy 3x I told him I have iPhone12 pro but still insisting to order 11 pro max soo BS..

I’m actually really upset with this store. I originally gave them a 5 but after looking at my account I realized they signed me up for Apple care even after asking and me saying no. On top of that the guy answered his personal phone in the middle of our interaction. Very poor customer service at this store.
👎🏼 I brought in my new phones and SIM cards to get them activated. The employee put the SIM cards into the new phones and instead of activating them he told me I would have to call customer care to get them activated. Really?! That’s why I came to the store! Instead, I received no help and was sent on my way to deal with it on my own.
The people at this store are amazing. I needed a USB OTG adapter for my phone. They had exactly what I needed, and got it to me quickly. Highly recommend them. Fantastic customer service!

Went there to get my screen protector replaced for the IPhone 11. Josh is his name. He put my new screen protector on and it is flawless. He also got me to get a better case. If you go here ask for josh.
