Coffee, Food is always great, staff here are very nice, Layout of this location completely wrong from drive through to inside!! Build to the NW expand it, make more seating, make stand alone drive through with separate team!!!

The WORST Starbucks I have ever been to, particularly in the Fargo/Moorhead area. If you plan on ordering from this Starbucks, be prepared to wait in line for 30-40 minutes....sometimes even longer. And while I dont mind friendly service, their friendliness is so incredibly fake. Maybe they do that so no one complains about waiting in line for so long. I realize that all Starbucks are hurting for employees, but this is the ONLY Starbucks in town where I have to wait this long! All of the others Im thru the line pretty quickly. This location is so slow that I actually save time by driving way across town to a different Starbucks.

My husband and I went on a breakfast date and everyone there was so polite and fun.

Staff friendly and fast service. Really strange hours and dont know when I can get a coffee cause its closed when the one in Target is open. Kinda wonky.

Unorganized, alot of the baristas seem lost. This location used to be super fast, friendly and reliable. Not so much anymore. They usually run out of a lot of items on the menu and the service is much slower than before.

I started to order the refreshers mainly the strawberry Acal lemonade sadly today tho, they were sold out so I decided to try the Mango Dragonfruit lemonade and its 🔥👌.

I love the dragon fruit refresher. It is the most amazing drink ever!!

Too busy all the time, the app quotes you pickup times that are way too early, drive though is always 15 cars long. Usually worth finding another coffee shop nearby instead. 20 below coffee is just to the north and caribou is located to the south in hornbachers, much better service at both.

Not cleanly. There were flies everywhere and there was a gnat on my drink when I went to pick it up. Sandwich was undercooked. The workers werent rude just not very helpful.

I do not understand this Starbucks...randomly closed or not available for order ahead. Often no drive thru sign to let people know they are closed (like this morning at 730am) so people sit in the drive thru lane. This used to be a great Starbucks..super fast and reliable...not so any more.

Usually prefer caribou but had a great experience. Got a coffee that was pretty good, the lady taking my order was very kind and patient. Incredibly nice older gentleman taking payments and handing out orders. Line was pretty stacked too but that didnt put a damper on their mood

Really sweet and fun staff. My only complaint is Ive ordered inside three times..2 drinks maximum and one if not both come out wrong. What caused my complaint today though is one of the two drinks I ordered was a venti iced green tea.Barista: we arent doing sweetener anymore is that ok?Me: yeah thats fine (i do my own thing with it at my home)She asked if I wanted a receipt but I ordered two pretty simple drinks so I didnt think to get one.Then after waiting what came out was a green tea lemonade. Not a big deal..but its just annoying that we literally had a conversation about it and she still managed to get my order wrong.

This is my regular Starbucks! The staff is awesome! I always order an unusual drink and they get it right every single time! I really wont go to another location! This location does things exactly how I like them!!

I waited for almost 20 minutes and they got my order wrong. No one said sorry just oh, weve been real busy. The order itself was wrong, the size was wrong.....if you cant function with only four employees, then get more. The one was more concerned that my mask had slipped slightly from my nose, she is the one that took my order, placing it for wrong size. I will NEVER return to this location.

Lines are very long, but its to be expected during a pandemic. Staff is very friendly, and I had a nice conversation with Levi when was waiting for our order. Great job guys!

It really breaks my heart that we are judged based on our tone of voice or color or ethnicity or culture.It isn’t everyone that comes in for a cup of coffee who might have had a good sleep and will have it enthusiastic spirit at 9 AM in the morning. Some of us might have had a tough night and just need a couple good coffee to help them boost our spirit in a good direction through the course of the day. It really breaks my heart that individuals aren’t educated well enough and rather judge and be rude using their tone of voice and body language making customer not wanting to come back ever again. I hope individuals who serve other individuals or trade services could put away your own emotions and help others by cheering them up even if they’re not in a good mood to help them have a wonderful day. I hope staff who are in a good mood and might have customers with different cultures different personalities different tone voices keep putting out positive energy even if they don’t understand them. How do we judge when we only see eyes and hear voices without reading facial expressions. And please, don’t feed of another employees emotion to treat the same customer badly.

Very very slow staff. There were only 3 cars ahead of me and I had to wait for 30 min to get to the window. Very disappointed. And the drive through is always slow.

I went there around 10:30 on October 13th, they were so busy but the baristas were still really nice. My drink was wrong, just got mixed up with someone else’s, I called in just to let them know about the switch. The manager, Tammy, was extremely nice and had me come back in to get the correct drink. Everyone there was extremely nice, I’ve been going to this location for 3 years and they always are amazing to work with and very nice.

Dear Starbucks PLEASE open another location in Moorhead!! This location is overwhelmed beyond capacity. If you put a mobile order in it’ll take almost half an hour and the drive thru has lines that take over 25mins to get through! Starbucks needs to expand in the Moorhead area. The staff at this location is great and the service is superb however due to the mass volume it is not worth the visit.

The Drive through always takes forever! Dont go through it unless you have 30-50minutes to spare

Was picking up an item I purchased and she was meeting me here. We zipped through the drive-thru and had a couple of frappuccinos.They were absolutely terrific, I hadnt had one in a while and dont think hes ever had one before which made the fact they were perfect even better.The service was great, we got through the drive-thru quickly paid and had out drinks in a matter of miniutes. Seems like a great staff. Very good at their jobs. Quick and efficient

I went in yesterday morning to get a coffee for the road around 6:30 a.m. The store was very very dirty. Every surface was gross and overall didn’t appear to have been cleaned in some time. A thorough cleaning is long overdue!

Just waited in the drive through lane behind 6 cars, finally get up to the order kiosk, and then the closed, 5 other cars behind us 🤨🤬. Website says open until 8pm ITS 3pm 🤬 NO ONE CAME OUT to say they closed, or to block the drive through if they were closing. 😡😤 what the hell!

I visited this Starbucks today (12/12/19, around 11am), and the girl working the drive-through was phenomenal. It was very busy, probably about 7-8 cars behind me, and she was polite and nice even though Im sure it was stressful to be so busy. She let me try a Frappuccino I had never had before and made sure I liked it before I drove away. I wish I had looked at her name!

I thought all Starbucks were following no contact service, but they are not! The people who handle the money are also replacing lids on coffee, and man-handling each cup after taking money, credit cards etc... They are wearing masks though.The lobby is open, social distancing is not being enforced! But, like Fargo N. Dakota, it looks like COVID-19 didnt come to Moorhead, so they are not taking the same precautions as other places.Friendly people & good coffee, but only masks for COVID-19 precautions. 😕

Staff is courteous and attentive. Lines in the drive-through can be long but usually go quickly. Same with the lines inside. Plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. Interior is clean and well kept. Good assortment of food items and updated frequently. Drinks as well.

My coffee is always hot, and the staff there are so nice and helpful. They re very fast too. Also one time I had accidentally forgot my wallet at home and they gave me my coffee anyways with no questions asked.

Slow service, few of the gals are extremely rude. Even with mobile ordering I have waited 43 minutes for 1 iced drink. My lunch break is only 30 minutes. Dont recommend this location if you are in a hurry!

Drinks are great, service can be ridiculously slow at times. Very hit or miss. 15 minutes for a mobile order (that was put in 10 minutes before I arrived- 25 minute wait). Saw them pull 6 orders for iced drinks out at one time, while pushing through all the hot.

I used to one veg his Starbucks l. The guy at the drive through kept my credit card, when I called to ask if it was there she told me to “call back in five minutes” so I did. When I called she said “what’s your name again?” Then when I reminded her she said it’ll take a bit to get it when you get here. Okay, so now since you kept my card I have to drive all the way back, wait to get my card, and get my kids out of the car? Customer service is apparently a luxury here and not standard

A Starbucks on a major road thru the middle of town... almost feel sorry for the caribou inside the hornbachers next door. This place was an amazing idea.

Quite possibly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and the WiFi worked great.It was how it was run that was terrible. There were SIX staff (that I could see in front of house), and FOUR customers in line and it took 15 minutes to get a double espresso. They need a better manager or to better train their staff. The poor kid serving customers all by himself was as polite and helpful as possible but he could only accomplish so much when he also was making pour overs, heating food, AND replenishing drip coffee. It was nonsense.

Went to pick one up on the way to the park, drive thru was exceptionally slow and my drink that I always get at other Starbucks stores, tastes like straight cream and sugar, even noticeably lighter color. Apparently someone needs to get trained again!? Just disappointing...

Hit & miss.Usually they do a great job & I come here specifically for their awesome Nitro w/ pumpkin cream. They usually make it correctly by letting the cream set on the top. However, this time they mixed up the cream with the coffee & it just ruined it. I asked for a remake, specifically asking not to mix the cream. They remade it, exactly the same...New baristas??

The baristas are always super nice and even when theyre busy theyre fast. Usually pretty quiet inside if youre looking for a place to relax or work on homework. The drinks are great and the food is surprisingly delicious.
