Went to this location to get a temporary fridge because mine went out. Had no trouble with the rental process and the fridge was delivered the same day. Great location for those urgent needs like a fridge going out.

Easy enough to rent things from. But, things are a little pricy if you dont pay them off within 90 days. I had trouble with a certain model of tv. They tried to tell me someone hit it with something. It didnt happen. They gave me another of the same model and the same thing happened. It ended up being a defect with the tv model. I got no apologies and they werent nice about it. My payoff date kept changing to a later date. They couldnt tell me why. They replaced a new tv I bought with a used one and paid over 2000.00.

They almost lost me my job. I was two days past the pay period. They have three personal references and yet not only did they call all three of those but they thought it would be ok if they call my place of work looking for me. I got wrote up for “using the store number as a personal number” which I NEVER GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO CALL MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT!!! Only when we first signed up. I get I was late but damn a little over board if you ask me. Worst customer service by far as well. After my current item is paid off I will NEVER AGAIN rent from this store!

We have rented from a couple different stores and by far this stores employees are the nicest, most helpful people weve bought from! This is the Sabraton store in Morgantown, WV.

Great place for starting out and getting what you need for your home awesome pricing and as always very friendly people
