Great selection of video games. Some iffy markdowns on Pre-Owned Nintendo Switchs but thats not just a this store issue. Very clean and organized. Though a lot of items had no price on them. Regardless the employee knew his stuff and could tell me the prices off the top of his head.

One guy in the store, but he was very attentive and helpful, and offered advice on consoles to buy.

Gotta love Gamestop these guys are friendly and very helpful unlike walmart in West Brownsville you order something online it damn sure doesnt take 24 hours before you got notified that your order is ready is like 20-40 minutes later if I could give them more stars Id definitely give them 20 cudos Gamestop

Waited outside for the Series X launch and management and staff were fantastic help the day of and made sure everyone was taken care of an orderly fashion.

How things are right now I get it but needs to restock there merchandise

Applied for a job here. Called in to simply ask if they had gotten my application and the gentleman on the phone explained that that was him and that “no new games come out this time of year so why would we be hiring” and hung up on me.I always was greeted kindly inside of the store but i guess management here thinks that since i can’t see them face to face, then customer service doesn’t matter.

They dont have as the games they used to have.

Pretty much where I get most of my games from. Also find some cool hats and shirts there. Got some cool think geek stuff also.

Nothing is super cheep here we have our return prices are horrible like every other game stop. the items on display are cool they are very pricey.

This store is always packed with tons of merch, games, and consoles. The only complaint is that the store is too small and uncomfortable to navigate. The associates are also more helpful and friendlier than some other GameStops.

Normally, things are super expensive but this time I got what I needed super cheap and had great service! Thanks guys!

This place used to be the best to find games now its a joke .. prices are higher than competitive retailers and they never have the right inventory .. Oh sorry we are out, but my shop 10 miles away clear on the otherside of town has 5 copies so u call and they say oh no we dont have any but maybe our other shop does .. guess what I will be going to another shop from now on. There is more gaming collectibles and junk merchandise and USED games in this place than new games or anything else for that matter . Game Stop you have lost the game !!

They typically have a great selection of prwplayed games and the guys in the store know what to reccommend baasdd on your taste in games. I am really hoping the next gen systems bring back open world single player games to the mainstream.

Nick is one of the best store managers Ive ever had the pleasure of interacting with...he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store layout is kind of a mess in terms of being overcrowded for the size space they have.

Very helpfull they put a game aside for us and kept their word until we arrived a few hours later.

Certainly my favorite Gamestop in the Morgantown/Clarksburg area. Possibly the roomiest too. The staff for the most part is absolutely fantastic.

I didnt think this was a very good GameStop. I looked around and they didnt have what I was looking for and the guy kinda made me tell him what I was looking for, and then he gave me a look like he thought what I was looking for didnt exist when it is a very popular fighting game pad. Oh well.

They lied to me and said that they quit selling ps3 remotes and tried to sell me a used one for 50 bucks. The store smelled like cat pee.
