Jiffy Lube took care of not only my vehicle but my wifes vehicle. They offer full service personalize oil change, unlike other companies that I have been too for the same service, their service offer full coverage for your vehicle. Not just oil change but, topping off all fluids, checking almost everything on your vehicle. Tire rotation, tire pressure, vacuuming your vehicle, checking lights, etc. Their customer service is the best, they are thorough. In the invoice they list everything they have done to your vehicle, item by items. And to top it off, their prices are competitive. Will definitely keep going to them for sure. These guys rock!

Its like a quick doctor visit for your car. While change the oil and rotating the tires, they also refill the wiper fluid, clean your AC filter, and wipe the windows all while you sit in your car with your tunes.

Just had my truck wash before arriving. Get done with the oil change and had to go get it rewashed do to oil splatter and oil hand prints all over it. Youd think charging someone $47.00 in labor youd take better care of their vehicle. Wont be back!

I was a faithful, loyal customer for years until they put a battery in my car that would work until I drove down the road somewhere else and shut my car off then my car would not start. I had to pay a tow company three different times to jump my car. Each time I went back to Jiffy Lube during the times my car wouldnt start, they lied and told me they didnt know what the problem was and it wasnt the battery. My car was broke down for days and I had to make an appointment somewhere else to figure out the problem. I went to Toyota and ended up paying $100 more because Jiffy Lube had the battery to my car where it would misfire and not start. Toyota found a small, rounded metal piece that was attached to the battery at the top and it wasnt suppose to be there. They are crooks and just want you to keep coming back to spend money. Not to mention how unprofessional the assistant manager is. He consistently would flirt with me every time I would go in there and got my phone number out of the computer to text me many times. I almost wonder if this was a personal matter in the first place because he didnt like I was dating somebody because I brought him in there with me a few times. All I know I WOULD GO to a different place to get your car worked on, or an oil change because they are all unprofessional and crooked. I wont be back!!

Time is valuable and due to not having my own facilities for an oil change; the service provided by Jiffy Lube fits the budget. The service is fast, professional, and worth the price. Staff are knowledgable from my experiences.

These guys I have trusted for years, they take care of me. They have done a lot for me an kept me on the road an maintained my trucks nicely. They dont give me the run around, they tell me honest facts about what I need. I appreciate the work theyve done for me over the years. I travel a lot, and I feel very safe knowing Im good to go on trips because I count on them to keep me safe on the roads.

The first time I went here something was wrong with my car. The found a tiny leak in a hose and replaced it for free. I just went for an oil change and they went above and beyond. Super friendly, professional and quick! Ill never go anywhere else. Love, love, love the service here!

First groupon I ever did, and they were extremely helpful as well as fast and efficient.

Pass this one up and save yourself some money. Theyll sell you what you dont need. I got an oil change and my antifreeze was low. Theyll charge you for a gallon to top off ounces. I refused. I was more concerned because a car losing coolant means an internal or external leak. I filled it myself so I could inspect for a.leak. It was a lot low like a quart. And it went somewhere. No external leaks and nothing noting internal leaks. I watched it for a week, and now a month. Nothing was leaking. Im certain now they drained some off to sell me fluid. And I will never again bring any of my three cars back. Im warning anyone that wants to stop by. You WILL need something more than an oil change. Google Jiffy Lube and watch the under cover scams the brand endorses.

Buyer beware. They over-tightened the oil plug and the oil filter cap. Not to mention they didnt put any of the o-rings on either so it practically fused to the car itself. Save yourself about $30 and do it yourself. Takes 30 minutes tops after you do it once.

Been here several times and price seems to get higher and higher every time. Last couple times I’ve came and pulled up every employee looks out and shakes their head at me like they don’t wanna work. Always trying to try to make me purchase something extra. I won’t be coming back. Time to find a new place.

Go to Walmart! I want to give them zero stars. The manager is rude and misleading. Payed them $180 to fix my a/c, 2 days later it wasnt working again. When I called, manager acted like it was my fault, that I should have known it may only work for a little bit, and refused to refund my money.

Wow. Unexpected. I’ve heard and read the horror stories of “quick lube” shenanigans and even witnessed some first hand myself but not today folks!!! Hats off to the manager and crews here today!Had an Interstate Battery go dead in my car and called everywhere looking for an Interstate dealer rep... the Indy offices said try a Jiffy Lube... so I called here and they had the battery in stock and it was cheaper than all the other do-it-yourself name brand stores but I was scared! I’ve done all my own vehicle maintenance for the last 10+ years after I learned how to do what the “stealerships” do... anyway - the manager here was way cool, super helpful, made sure they had the battery in stock before I made the trip (showing up only 30 min before close on a Friday - July 5th to boot!!!).They tested my battery, found a dead cell, checked the date stamp, checked with Interstate... and... Replaced the battery at NO CHARGE!!! Not even labor! (Which I did ask about before hand...)Forgot to grab the managers name tonight... bummed about that, but while they changed my battery I saw them do 3 oil changes that took only an average of 10 min each!!! These boys don’t play! Kudos all around! Good quick oil change

Always used this jiffy lube for oil changes and little fixes while I was in college. Always found the management very friendly and professional. When I took my truck in to have it realigned and found out my ball joint and tie in rods were bad, they were very reasonable and worked with me to figure out the best price to get the job done and assured me that their work and the parts had a lifetime guarantee. Side note: I got this all done before moving from Indiana to Louisiana.. which I informed them was the reason I needed it done right away. Here I am a year later finding out that after having my breaks changed that the parts dont look like theyve ever been replaced, certainly not a year ago.. when I called them to find out what they could do, I was very polite and simply asked what the warrantee was and explained the situation. There only solution was to bring the truck back across the country to them to fix it.. and I would have to pay for the labor (which was the most expensive part) for them to do anything for me. When I asked if I could bring it to a jiffy lube in my town, I was told I would have to pay for the work again and bring them the bill to be reimbursed. So my only option to get something fixed that I paid a ton of money for a year ago it to spend just as much in a plane ticket or gas to be reimbursed.. BULL. So much for guarantee and customer service. Being a national brand, I assumed they could work with one another to hold up their warantees. Apparently not... definitely shouldve been something that was discussed when they knew I was getting the problem fixed in preparation for a huge move across the country. Not a happy customer.
