Yummy icecream! Great service!

I give 5star cause over all staff great especially Rosie, very pleasant young lady, but I have to give there spaghetti Alfredo just awful its more like cheese, thank God I didnt get constipated from it.lol

Horrible experience. Felt like the person working thought it was a huge inconvenience that we came in. They refused to come to the order counter. We were the only people in the shop, we ordered three different cookies. We didnt get any of the kinds we ordered.

I had a very bad experience for the first time at Mancinos. There was a piece of napkin in my grinder. The hostess (Suzi) asked if I was pouting. I said I dont want free food. I want this to be acknowledged. Ive spent at least a thousand dollars eating there. Honestly its probably more than that. I kept my cool and she was absolutely rude. I had a to go grinder and one of the other patrons asked what I was going to do with it. I said Im not sure if I will even feed it to my dog. It was the first time Ive had terrible service here. Everyone has a bad day.
