This was my first experience with Bath and Body Works in several years and my first time at the one in The Avenue. I came with my seven year old daughter. There were sales associates throughout the store and answered any questions we had. The staff was helpful but not pushy. The scents were great and they had a huge selection! The store was really clean, well organized and nicely designed. I came in because I had some coupons and they let me use a couple to purchase what we had selected. Overall, I was very glad we came and we will be back!

They didn’t have what I needed and they were not very helpful in helping me order it. Apparently there websites are not connected to there stores. Also Ashley the girl that checked us out was very pushy and rude to me and my daughter.

A rat was running around a few months ago, it could’ve carried a disease! I decided to give them another try few days ago, disappointed. All the employees sit around talking with each other and were no help whatsoever. Threw a receipt right in my face, could’ve cut my skin. That cut could’ve led to infection and so on. I felt disrespected I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. I cried. A worker bit me and spitted in my face. The spit was tasty ngl but I can’t tolerate that behavior.

I was really disappointed that all the employees stood around talking to each other and ignoring customers. No greeting, offers to help, nothing. I stood by an employee having a conversation with an employee for a solid minute before i was acknowledged and able to ask a question. Another employee blocked me as i was walking so he could organize candles and did this for a while, never acknowledging me or apologizing. Genuinely never going back here. Tiny store completely packed.

Bath & Body has very few appealing scents. Disappointing.

Love their sales. At this particular visit, a young sales lady gave up a product she had put back for herself. I asked about whether there was any in the store, and she had the last 2 of the item in question. She volunteered that information and proceeded to share one with me. Its a favorite of my daughters, and a part of her Christmas gift. I am very grateful to this young ladys generosity and kindness.

Really good quality, very family willing to help their customers, but its too rushy and what I mean by that its very fast paced environment and they more than work hard and or maybe even be a little too harsh on their self also could use more product cuz every time Im out I go over there theyre always out in something! Which is actually excellent you got to love it when you see a store sell out!

I know it was Christmas but they ran out of gift sets. Kind of high prices but the girls like it. Most things smell pretty good Mens and womens

A body wash is like $20 and I didn’t get any deals I ended up buying like 6 things and it came to $100 it was a gift for someone

The gentleman who opened the store was not very friendly and a bit harsh, so that made the trip a little less exciting. Found the soap I wanted but not the sanitizer. The checkout clerk was super helpful and patient. She wanted to take my phone for the coupon and was understanding when asked to view it through the glass.

I love this Bath and Body Works they always have so much to choose from, I have a hard time.

Customer service was nice. I don’t have any issues with the employees. I enjoy shopping at this location and do purchase a lot of products throughout the year. With that being said, I’m disappointed about their coupon system. Every other location I have shopped at, they have honored taking a coupon or deal . I was late by just one day since my coupon expired over the weekend. This location would not accept it. Drove to the Opry location and they happily applied the $10 off 40 and a better deal on their candles. Maybe it’s different at each location but was slightly disappointed in this one since I shop for candles throughout the year .

Very creepy and disgusting place. i was trying to purchase candles when all of a sudden the cashier threw one of them at my face leaving a dent on my head and broken nose. this is so unprofessional, i did take legal actions against the cashier. worst place every never coming back here ever again. i hope you all choke.

I like it when I find those little jars of coffee beans to refresh my nose. I also love the copper plug ins. I hope they make more styles.

The experience from the moment I walked in the store was not good at all.

Very friendly employees that tried to help me find an old scent I couldnt remember the name of. Clean store, too. I appreciate that they only allow 25 people in the store at a time.

I have been to this location numerous times- I’ve always been a huge fan of B&BW anyways, but this store is by far the best I’ve ever been to! They are always so warm and inviting when you walk through the door! It’s so refreshing to go to a place where the employees actually seem to enjoy their job. It’s always very clean and organized despite being sometimes busy and crowded. And they always have awesome sales and deals! Love it!

As a man you cant go wrong taking your wife to visit here. They also have great high quality products for men! Staff is terrific! Buy something for your wife or sweetie here and it will please her and earn you brownie points! Also this store is located in a great place to spend an afternoon shopping and then head for a great place to eat dinner just a stones throw away!

I love the Bath and Body Work new store. Very clean and well stocked. They have a many options for men and women. I was shopping for a gift today and Sam was wonderful help. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect gift in a timely manor. They always have great deals and a wonderful staff, I just wished they would put some more of them at the cash wrap so we wouldnt have to wait in such a long line.

Always smells so good and the staff always has a warm welcome with a smile. Good prices always has the best deals.

I absolutely love bath and body works i was an employee there for 8 years not that location though. I find myself often more times than none helping people shop giving them a shopping bag making suggestions and helping them decide what perfect scent to choose. It was always a dream to have my own store.

Visited for the Semi-Annual Sale after Christmas. As expected, the store was very busy, but products were still organized and the check out times were reasonable. I was able to find everything I was looking for at a good price with some help from staff.

This is one of the better Bath & Body Works that I have ever been to. Whoever is in charge of stocking the shelves and front facing the products is doing an amazing job. The staff is very friendly and really tries to work through as many customers as possible when it is very busy. They have always seemed to be on top of their inventory and for that the staff and management should be commended.

The staff there, especially Jackson and Izzie we SO SO sweet! I just stopped in quickly after work and they turned a quick in and out into a memorable shopping experience because of their stellar customer service.

Everyone is usually very helpful and accommodating at this store. Today however, while I was being checked out by an associate next to Hannah, the card reader wasn’t reading my card. Hannah asked my associate if the card was in all the way and al I said was “I tried to push it in to check” and she told me directly to my face to “not get so defensive.” I wasn’t being defensive in the slightest, just trying to offer help. I found it incredibly rude. I understand it’s probably the busiest day of the year with the sale and she mentioned several times she was getting off in 15 minutes, but I thought that was rather uncalled for. My clerk was nice, but I did not catch her name.

I love this place, except waiting to enter and excess customers can sometimes discourage your visit.

Has a wide variety of fragrances to pick from. I personally love their hand soap expecially their fall editions. Also you can normally fine pretty good deals which makes it even better.

I love B&BW and their products, but Im getting super irritated with their employees. I feel harrassed every time I go in because the employees are so overbearing. I dont need to be told 3 different times what the sales are and I dont want to be asked every 2 min if I need help. Seriously, just let me shop!

First off, the new location is really nice.. tons of room and variety. I went in today for wallflowers, luckily there was a sale. Like most visits, I found more than I needed, when I asked about a coupon, the cashier giggled and said there was one sent out this morning. I checked my email, it wasn’t there, she said “I can’t help you.” Again, I was purchasing a considerable amount of stuff, so I just hoping for any coupon. Yes I purchased it anyway, and she giggled and giggled about “not being about help me.” AFTER, and only after I paid, did she look up my email to tell me that someone on their end had entered it incorrectly, and that’s why I didn’t receive it. I just thought this was poor customer service. She just giggled and giggled and never tried to help. I’ll order online or go somewhere else next time.

The employees are always so nice, and the displays are organized and in great condition. Shopping in this store is so much easier very spacy and the sale items are never confusing.

Cashier shorted me money. Called to let me know it was found in register at end of day. Got my money back but not apologetic at all.

The service was over solicitous. I think a customer should be asked 1 time if they need assistance, if they day no...leave them alone to shop in peace. She kept coming to me. Following me...I felt rushed. I ended up returning half the products I bought because I felt pushed to it. Wasnt a good experience.

Worth to go when its buy 3 get 3!

I visit Bath & Body Works a couple of times a year to pick up new wallflowers. As I am very selective when it comes to scents, I typically stick to a couple of favs (Limoncello & Rainforest Gardenia). However this year, I found several enchanting fragrances from their carefully curated spring launch! I was thrilled to introduce one of my favorite florals, Fresh Cut Lilacs, to our home tonite. And I cant wait to ascend to the home office in the a.m. to soothing notes of Sea Salt & Sandalwood.Also, the store looked very clean/neat & was fully stocked up, i.e. each wallflower scent had a clearly marked tester scent candle to help patrons choose their favs.Finally, Donny and the rest of the staff were very welcoming & cheerful. A wonderfully groovy ;) experience!

It wasnt bad, it wasnt great. I wasnt greeted or offered any help. I went in for soaps so I really didnt need help but when I was trying to get some assistance, no one was there to assist or checked or offered. I normally go to the location in the mall...will probably continue to do that.
