Rude as ever. I wouldn’t recommend these guys! I told him my situation and how he said he won’t approve based on it and calling me smart saying I don’t need your business take it elsewhere! This says his cars are probably as bad as he is!

This is the worst car lot ever! We had the worst experience here, the guy Joe tried to sell us an old truck for 6-8k more than blue book value so if it would ever been in an accident it wouldnt have even been fully covered even with gap insurance. Joe has a very poor attitude and needs communication lessons. Be sure to check for oil leaks on main seals when buying a vehicle from them as well. I am not a disgruntled customer by no means I just call it how I see it and would hate for anyone to have to deal with these people especially with so many better car lots out there. I bought a truck from these people and it ended up needing $3,000 repairs after 6 months!!! Good luck guys but I would definitely stay away from this family.

Love love them. We previously did business with another buy here pay here lot closer to home. Weve purchased 4 vehicles from them with no help to our credit because they dont report. Then we stumbled on Floyds we are now on our 2nd car. I had a specific car I wanted my husband spoke with Joseph within a week we had it with everything we wanted. They have our business now and for the future. Great customer service.

This place is HORRIBLE. I wouldnt even give it a 1 star but I had to. Do not let the positive reviews fool you, theyre all done by owners or family members. Anyone local that has dealt with these people know they are fake Christian scam artist, and all the vehicles are LEMONS. Buy a vehicle here for $15k and youll have $5,000 more into it by the 3rd month from repairs. They work with you so well because they know youll put upwards of $3000 down and then you cant afford it anymore because of it being broken more than it running so you turn it back in, and what do you know, its right back on the lot!

I am VERY surprised that Floyds received a bad review. First I have had my 2005 Chevy Suburban for 1 1/2 years and have NEVER had a problem with the vehicle. I am not made of money so any repair is very important to me and my finances. I recently have had to have my 4WD worked on and they were reasonable and time efficient. They worked with me on my initial down payment and are very understanding if there is any reasonable delay in my payment. When I trade in this vehicle it will be with them and any other vehicle I will be purchasing through them! Ive been to a lot of places and the ladies and gentlemen at Floyds are by far the nicest.

Nice cars.But they dont always fix the little problems that you dont know about until you buy it.Cars are priced a little high.

Im about to purchase my second vehicle from these guys. Needless to say, my first experience was great. Its a family run business, and they do their best to make you feel like youre a part of it. Theyre willing to work with you within reason. They even do some repairs for a fantastic price should something go wrong with your vehicle (which is always a possibility when buying used). That being said, I never had a single problem with the Nissan Sentra I purchased. Also, I had it paid off in no time. Great prices, great people, great selection. If they dont have a vehicle you want, they can find it quickly and bring it in for you to look at - no commitment necessary. The paperwork process is a breeze, and it doesnt take all day.I was on time with all of my payments, except for one. At the time, I was a single mom of one and something came up. I called to see if they would allow me to be late, just that once. She certainly didnt seem happy about it (which Im sure you can imagine - a missed payment can turn into scary business in a heartbeat), but she was willing to work with me. I stood by my payment arrangements and our relationship stayed in the green.If you purchase a vehicle from Lee Floyd, you wont be disappointed. Unless youre the last guy - he seems like an easily irritated individual. Just dont be late on your payments, and communicate with them if something goes wrong and youll build a lasting, mutually beneficial relationship.
