Kacey helped me find and engagement ring for my now wife. I ended up custom making one and it was a very easy process. I showed Kacey what my wife liked and a couple days later she sent me back a 3D image of what the ring would look like. I had to make a couple adjustments to make sure it was perfect and Kacey was more then happy to do anything I asked. What I really appreciate about working with Diamonds Direct is that I had a deadline that I need to get the ring by and they pulled every string they could to make it happen. Me and my wife have been married for a little over 7 months now and we both still love her ring and my wife is still staring at it to this day.

Great customer service here!!! They brought out about 20 dimonds and showed us the different cuts, sizes, color and clarity. Not pushy at all and worked with my budget. Could be a little better on keeping the pricing discreet for those who want that. Wonderful place. Fiancé felt like a princess.

We worked with Michael for our engagement ring, and honesty the experience was practically perfect. We could tell from the beginning that Michael was very passionate about helping us find a ring we loved that was still within our budget. We went to a few other places before coming to Diamonds Direct, and though the experiences were fine, they felt very “transactional”. In the end it was all about making a sale for them, but with Michael, the experience was so enjoyable we honestly didn’t want to leave. Once we picked and ordered the ring, we had to schedule our engagement photos just three weeks out, which we felt kind of bad about because it put a lot of pressure on Michael. Not only did he deliver, but he literally called the manufacturer and had them rush-deliver the ring to be worked on immediately so that we could get the ring just in time. I had such an exceptional experience at Diamonds Direct SLC with Michael Fischer. Walked in and this place was packed. Greeted by friendly staff who offered us a beverage right as we check in. We were able to see pieces without being hassled by sales people. They were so friendly and accommodating, my current ring had the rhodium redone to restore it back to new! All on the house! We LOVED our experience at Diamonds Direct (DD). I 100% recommend anyone to come here. This was our first stop for engagement rings; we had no idea it would be our last. We went to a few other places to make sure we werent going with the first thing we saw, but every place we went to after shopping at DD paled in comparison. After purchasing my ring here, my brother-in-law had also just purchased his wifes engagement ring at Shane company and said theyd had a bad experience. Once we told them about DD, they returned their ring at Shane, went to DD, and spent less money on a bigger diamond and custom ring design that she loved even more. The diamonds at DD truly were better in every way. What blew us away was 1. the excellent customer service, and 2. the transparency of the company. Lou, the store manager, sat us down and taught us everything we didnt know about diamonds (which was a lot). Once we were educated on the 4 Cs (cut, clarity, color, carat) we felt more confident choosing a diamond and ring design. He also went into detail about the way the company operates and showed us how their prices compared to other companies- he had a chart that shows the market value of a diamond and illustrated how much other companies will mark things up compared to DD because they mine their own diamonds. We could really see how the prices at DD were better every time. They made it a really fun experience and we felt like they really cared about us. I cant stress enough how much I would recommend this place over anywhere else!

Their prices were really good compared to everywhere else we went. We got an engagement ring for my fiancee (19 days until she is my wife) and we got my wedding band there. The engagement ring we wanted to do it custom and it wasnt much more than if we had just got a similar ring, but ours is unique. Lou Verde, the manager, helped us out a ton and kept us advised of everything that was going on during the process, including sending me pictures of the CAD drawings that the ring designers were doing before they caste it so we could make needed changes. We were able to make changes until it was perfect, and it really is. We were just barely over the budget that I was hoping, but the ring is so perfect that the extra hundred dollars or so were definitely worth it. Everybody else was nice and professional.The only reason I give a four star instead of a five star review is because of the original salesman that we talked to, Ryan. The first night he helped us get the process of getting the custom order started. He gave us his number and told us to contact him with whatever we needed. He never answered calls or texts and when I called the store to talk to him directly he was never available or had left early for the day. It was pretty frustrating, especially since we had no idea what was up with our order. You would think that with the commission of us spending over $2,000 he would want to make himself available or at least call back. We left probably four or five messages with the reception staff for him and he never called back. We had to finally go back to the store and talk with the general manager, Lou, to get any progress. Lou was amazing to work with and thats why I am writing my first review ever, but Ryan was super frustrating.

Everyone in this store is so friendly! Ryan was the one who particularly helped us and he was amazing! He helped us both find our rings and they are beautiful! Im always a worrier about price but he really worked with us to keep us around where we wanted to pay. It was about a 4-5 week turn around time to get our finished rings but he also let us know it was an unusually long wait due to some trade shows their jewelers were going to. This place is amazing! Tons and tons of selections within any budget, and everyone there is super knowledgeable about jewelry. Customer service is second to none. I walked in and someone immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome. I personally worked with Lou to build an engagement ring, and he walked me through every step and was incredibly helpful. I gave him my budget and he came out with around 10 diamonds for me to personally examine to figure out what I was looking for in the perfect diamond. Within 2 visits we had my fiances own 1 of 1 ring picked out and designed. He was quick to respond, and easy to follow up with for any questions or updates. Their staff treats everyone with care and respect, and I can honestly say that I can recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to buy a piece of jewelry. Btw, she said yes!

Everyone in this store is so friendly! Ryan was the one who particularly helped us and he was amazing! He helped us both find our rings and they are beautiful! I’m always a worrier about price but he really worked with us to keep us around here we wanted to pay. It was about a 4-5 week turn around time to get ours finished but he also let us know it was an unusually long wait due to some trade shows thier jewelers were going to. Well worth the wait though!

Everyone is so nice here. I took my ring in for routine maintenance just before noon, and get to pick it up later this afternoon. So fast too. They do the work on site, so it doesnt get shipped somewhere far away.

Got stuck in there for way longer than we wanted to be, but I guess thats normal for jewlers; theyre pushy.What I didnt expect was to be told that our budget was too tight and that our preference of stone, color and style were all wrong.Honesty can be refreshing, but at a certain point, too much bluntness is grating. Especially the motive behind that blunt approach is (probably) to get me to spend more money.

After looking through many jewelry stores, Diamonds Direct was the best option not only for their wide variety of products but also for their customer service. Leah, an associate, helped me get the exact necklace and the exact ring for my fiancé. Everything I ordered needed special modifications and she was more than helpful. I was very picky to say the least and she did all she can to help me get what I wanted without forcing me towards more purchases like other stores do. I could tell that she genuinely cared about my situation.

We were so impressed with this jewelry store. We went in to buy wedding rings for both me and my now-husband. Lou was the employee who helped us and he was amazing. We told him what our budget was and he only showed us rings that were in our price range, which, surprisingly, were quite a few options. We went in not really having a clear idea of what we would even like, so he guided us through the whole store and helped us pick the perfect rings. We got the rings faster than expected and when they came in they were gorgeous and fit perfectly.
