Came in to schedule an appointment staff was ready and willing to help... A week later (due to work schedule) Geri did my color and i couldnt be happier she gave me great tips on how to properly care and repair my hair from a previous dye job. All the ladies were so friendly #happycustomer

Came in about a year and a half ago and still have not gotten over how much money i wasted :/. three months into quarantine i decided i wanted to bleach my hair but leave the roots untouched, and then dye my hair a bubblegum pink color. my stylist that day, brandi, told me that after applying color to my hair it would only stay on for a short while due to how faint it was, so we went with a darker, more hot pink tone. i was so excited to get my hair done, explained to her what i wanted and she nodded and told me we could bleach my hair in one session since my natural color was already so light. she bleached my ends, leaving most of my natural hair untouched, and let it set for only about 15 minutes. bleach doesn’t work that fast and i was skeptical, but thought it was okay since she told me she knew what she was doing. fast forward to the dye and blow dry, everything seemed fine until my hair began to dry up and lighten after being wet. brandi was complimenting my hair left and right, saying she loved it. it did look good, however definitely completely off from what i wanted. i wanted my hair to be pink and left with red, despite her telling me it would come out in the hot pink shade we went for. i also paid $250+ that day. since then i’ve been dying and bleaching my hair by myself and it has worked wayy better than at fantastic sams. despite all that, brandi was very nice and fun to talk too, i was just dissatisfied with the end results :/

Angie was the stylist. I asked for a Balayage. She was unsure and had to ask her colleague on how to do it. This is when I should have left the salon but I didnt. I showed her pictures of the color I wanted done. It came out bloody red and orange. I looked like carrot top!. The lighting in the salon is on the dark side so the horrible red color wasnt visible. Once I was outside in the natural lighting I could see the true color. She basically did highlights and didnt perform Balayage. She had no clue of this technique. She had no idea what color to use on me. I rebooked so that she can fix it. When I arrived at my appointment I was told that it wasnt booked and not in the system. Angie cant even book an appointment. She is useless and incompetent. Luckily I found another stylist, she is amazing and fixed my hair.

I love this Fantastic Sams location. It is clean and exceeds all of the Covid guidelines. Ryan has cut my hair for 13 years and is so talented. I never have bad hair days no matter how long between cuts. The true sign of a great haircut. She is also gifted at coloring hair. Today Tina cut and colored my hair. I have always admired Tinas work and I knew she would make me feel just as beautiful. My hair looks fabulous! Tina is meticulous and talented also!!! I highly recommend this Fantastic Sams. You will not be disappointed.

I would not recommend this place at all. I scheduled an app 3 days ahead for a certain time due to my busy schedule and they call me back a day later saying they will have to move my scheduled time to later on in that day. So i move things around and agree to come in later that day, i show up not even 3 mins after my scheduled time because it was crowded in the parking lot and they say since i showed up late that my stylist (Geri) started taking walk ins and that she will not be free for the rest of the day. I didnt recieve a call or anything, they just simply kicked my app off the list after all the adjusting i did for them! Terrible service and will not be coming back here again. Total waste of time!

Well sad to post this but it is time to say something about this horrible place and toxic. I cant tell the details but what I can tell is that I am unsatisfied with the service and more.....

This was the absolute best experience I have ever had! I walked in with my hair a destroyed disaster. Ryan not only brought my hair back to life, but made it beautiful as well! My color is absolutely PERFECT! The cut looks phenomenal after being butchered elsewhere! I have naturally curly, unruly hair.Jessica did my brows. Her care and precision was truly impressive! They look great! I won’t be going anywhere else ever again. I love my new look!

My wife doesnt do social media do she asked for me to leave post. She has had her hair cut and colored here several times with several different stylist. Shes been very happy and surprised with results. Thumbs up to the gang at our FANTASTIC Sams.

Everyone here is great but Ryan is my Girl! I used to go to an upscale expensive place and paid double then one day I needed my hair colored and my salon had no openings so I went to Fantastic Sams and im not gonna lie but I was scared. That was 3 years ago and I have been coming to Ryan since then and her work is awesome, I feel like she should charge more for her work because she is better then any place else. If she is busy Tara is also awesome and they are just good people. You wont regret it! Love them all.

Great location! My wife and I travel a lot and use several Fantastic Sams locations on a regular basis. This place is really good. For us its Tee, and shes fantastic. She does everything for my wife and cuts my hair. But Ive heard very good things about the other hairdressers there. My sister-in-law sees Tina and my brother-in-law sees Ryan (not sure of the spelling 😊). All are excellent!

Jessica is fantastic!!! I have curly hair that is challenging to cut and she gets it perfectly every time!

I had no idea that Fantastic Sams could do mermaid style coloring, but they do!! Jessica did an amazing job blending shades of turquoise for a beautiful look. My daughter was very happy with the end results, Thank you Jessica.

Rosie was excellent. She balanced out the color in my hair and took the time to make sure it was perfect. I appreciated her attention to detail and patience.

The woman who cut my hair was nice, however I was overcharged. I was charged for a shampoo, cut & style, but my hair had been freshly washed when I came in (so she didnt shampoo it), I got a quick trim or a dusting as she called it because Im growing my hair out & she only used the hairdryer to get the trimmings off of my neck. She didnt even offer to show me the back, etc. (Not something I thought about until after I got home & saw that it was uneven) She tried very hard to sell me products & services that I wasnt interested in, however when I gave in & bought some styling pomade, (it didnt do work the way she said it would) & failed to mention that it cost more than my haircut. Lesson learned: look at the receipt before you hand the card over! It was my fault for not looking it over or saying anything - I was tired & just wanted to get out of there & get home. Ill be going somewhere else next time I need a trim.

Bree was awesome. Took her time, asked questions and really helped me go a bit darker with the help of Ms. Tina! Love my new color.

Anyway I went to check them out today and I was impressed with their professionalism and great customer service. Madi did my hair and I was very pleased. Outstanding job!

Very clean, very welcoming. Did an amazing job on my hair and even gave me some great tips on products to use on my hair. I definitely recommend this place.

My son received the absolute worst haircut here. He says he looks like a gorilla, and I have to agree with him. So sad. I truly dont understand how the stylist couldnt know from looking at his hair when we arrived that he does not wear his hair in whatever awful look she gave him. Its just pathetic.
