While coffee here can be more than your average starbucks, what they got here is purity in taste and quality 🤩🤩🤩If Im ever in the area Ill come back here for my blended coffee. Definitely a great place for coffee and tasty sweets.👏👌👍

Good coffee. Terrible decision to rebrand name to Rise to Grind. Not appealing at all. Not comforting or funny or enticing.i want to rise to be happy. Not grind. Lets grind might be better but as someone who works in advertising, I think allot more thinking should go into this. Not that anyone is listening.

Just came in and had the worst customer service. Do not support this business unless you want to be talked down to by a teenager. Especially in this current climate, she should know better, but its nice to have privilege and never learn to be nice to others. It is embarrassing because at the end of the day it is just simple coffee.

I usually visit the shops whit the family and the location is perfect. The cashier is always very pleasant. Great and quick service

The place is cozy inside with nice drinks but my chocolate croissant was very hard, felt and tasted old. Bathroom needs attending too as well, the ladies toilet seat was broken, very unstable to sit on. Besides that the drinks are great and the staff was nice. If you want to compete with the other coffee shops, take care of the small stuff. Fresh bakery items and functional toilets would be a good start.

Great coffee at all locations, great service, great scones! New and clean location. Coffee better than Starbucks although its still pretty sweet so depends on what you like. They have the best ice! The little chunks instead of big blocky pieces. Makes a difference for you cold espresso drinkers!

I have been in here three times (always in the evenings) since I moved to the area over the summer and the coffee good, but the service is really not. I feel like I am bothering employees by making an order and they take forever even when I am the only one they are serving. I usually prefer independant coffee shops if I can find them and this is the closest coffee shop to my house, but I dont think I will go back again. I would rather go to Starbucks down the street where at least I am greeted by a smile.

I love coming here. Im also greeted when I come in. I usually order the same drink but occasionally will try one of their new smoothies. Very refreshing on a hot day. The atmosphere is laid-back and the chairs are so comfy you want to stay for hours. Give it a try, it wont disappoint!

The matcha was on point! Love tea and they did not disappoint. My brother is the coffee drinker. He loved it as well. Going back for 2nds and 3rds

This coffee shop is much more than coffee pas. The both the previous and the current owners are great people. Bill (previous owner) would know his regulars names. This place has flavors of lattes and blended drinks that are one of a kind. They are more than happy to help make customized drinks. They have free internet. They have breakfast sandwiches and pastries.

Love my local Its a Grind! They always greet me with a smile, never mess up my order & are extremely friendly. Its the perfect spot to study on the weekends and to go during a break from work during the week.Highly recommend!

Unless Lauren or the other young male are working the customer service is horrible. Ive got grains in my coffee or the coffee is just out. The list goes on but that is usually just Sunday. I would recommend not going in on a Sunday.

I really wanted to like this independent business, but service was non-existent. My friend and I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes as three employees were bustling around behind the counter. Not a single one said anything. Not even a hi, or well be right with you.

This was first time here since we just moved into neighborhood. We tend to support smaller chains or more mom and pop type places over huge chains. Pretty bad first experience. Maybe we will give it another shot in due time but I felt I might as well burned $20 on the sidewalk.Ordered the following: iced decaf vanilla latte, iced white mocha, breakfast burrito, and a coffee cake.Got the following: peanut butter chocolate frap, Carmel frap, breakfast burrito(with sharpie written on the tortilla) and the coffee cake.Im sure its cute to write platitudes on the wrappers and coffee cups in sharpie but please dont do it on food. It bleeds thru and literally transfers onto the food the other side. I could make out the words on the tortilla.

I use to go here everyday. Jay is a shrewd businessman. Prices are lower than Starbucks, but the quality has been so bad lately. All the drinks taste like metal and the food is always old.

There are way too many burnt-coffee stores, but there cannot be enough good coffee shops like this. Good coffee. I like the iced Americano, my wife does the fancy-shmancy drinks. Tasty muffins. Great breakfast. Quiet, quaint, tables perfect for working alone or gathering with friends.

I come here for the funky monkey which is a delicious concoction for sure. Im currently sat at a table trying to work out where the strangely muffled and somewhat loud music is coming from. I was at first convinced that someone had parked there car on the outside wall of the building and was blasting music at 7.30am. I ruled this out as there is no outside wall on that side of the coffeshop. Conclusion; terrible sound system. Also hands down worst croissant Ive ever tasted. Ive taken two exploratory bites and Im done. So to summarize, awful sound system, dreadful pastries and a great funky monkey.

The blended drinks tend to be just super sweet & lacking in any coffee taste. Hot drinks are a bit better. Over all better than say Duncan Donuts but not better than Starbucks.

The ladies that work here are very polite and make great drinks, however the old man that works here always over charges me and can not make a drink. I refuse to come in when it is his shift. I do not recommend the pastries they are usually dry or stale. Be careful with the fruit tarts last one I got was molded on the inside

I cant believe they charge for water. You get one tea bag but if you want it in larger cup the price goes up. If you get a refill if hot water $1. Seems trivial but what a RIP off.

Thankful for java stop that isnt Starbucks traveling from San Bernardino to San Diego. If youre dairy free and yourey looking for something fancy, the menu features both soy and almond milk, and most of their drinks can be made vegan.

It is the best coffee shop in the Murrieta / Temecula area. The WiFi issues have been sorted out. Finally. There are comfortable chairs and tables where people chat. And there are power strips everywhere for the laptops.

Out of 3 employees I could see only 1 was making drinks causing people to wait 10-15 minutes for the order. My drink was prepared incorrectly twice which seems like either the cashier was not listening or the other employee could not read the order. Either way Im not going back.
