I give two stars for the way they make my coffee however I have to be to work by 5 every morning they open at430 every morning and I order right at 430 I get there about 440-445 and the coffee is never ever made I have to sit another 10 minutes while they finish the drive through and then get to mine way after I know it’s not a need for coffee but in my work I need my coffee!!! What’s the point of mobile order if you’re not going to make the drinks? They even have a sign that says in a hurry skip the lines with mobile order. Please Starbucks get it together I’m tired of almost being late everyday and watch everyone get help before me

Perfect location if you are driving between San Diego and points north or vice versa, right between the 15 and the 215 split. Huge interior, drive through, it was pretty nice as Starbucks in this part of the area go. Would return to this location.

Always a friendly face and polite interaction when orders taken. I wish one of these Starbucks were open 24hrs still instead of 430 am. When you arrive at any Starbucks at open you wait therefore I have to arrive at 420 and wait until 445 to receive order. This is because there usually a line at open.

Got my coffee fix. Had to go a town over to avoid the overly long Sat morning drive through lines. Well worth it. Went as far as sharing my sausage egg muffin with my dog along with his pupaccino as I sipped my Mocha.

The pumpkin cream cold brew is awesome! I order it without the vanilla syrup but with the pumpkin sauce only!!! Its Yummy and alot less calories then the latte! The service is alot quicker inside when the drive thru is backed up!

Last night i had put a order in on the mobile app at 8pm. The mobile app stated that they closed at 10pm. When i arrived at 8:10pm to the drive-thru a gentlemen mentioned that they had closed at 8pm. Shocked i commented well i put a order in on the mobile app and it went through and processed by payment to then another employee, a lady this time, rudely got on the intercom to tell me that they were closed and she will not open the doors because of security purposes. I then stated that i was not trying to go in but i do want to know what to do now since Starbucks took my money. To where the lady stated that she was getting to that and told me that i had to call customer service. I do understand that it was the mobile app that made the mistake but the fact that i also received disrespectful service as well when there was no disrespect given just confusion is beyond me. Never going back to that Starbucks again and will be calling customer service as well to file a complaint and to get my money back.

This was my first time here at this location. The coffee was good but the service was not very good. The cashier didn’t smile when I asked a question about them having something she just cut me off. I am not one to leave bad reviews but I must say the service here really downed my mood. I hope they can see this review and have their employees work on customer service.

Use to come in all the time to work on my laptop for work. Loved this location because it was right off the freeway, was (mostly) kept clean and best of all, it was never too crowded! For me this was important, because I already drove a lot for work and I really wanted to make sure I had a guaranteed spot to sit next to an outlet. Miss the store and the friendly employees.

Experience the same issues as every other Starbucks in the area. Ordered a beverage and even had the Barista that took my order relay the order to the Barista making beverage know and the Barista still made every drink incorrectly.

I give them 5✨because I have seen worse and through these Covid 19 times drive thru(s) are busy and in high demand. They were great, a few times a year Im down there👍👏😃

I love this Starbucks. They are one of the Starbucks that can make my drink - London Fog the best. And everyone there is so nice.Also, thank you so much to the nice woman in a the black truck in front of me for a random act of kindness by purchasing my order. I waved her ahead of me and she bought my order. Totally unexpected and so nice. I paid it forward with the next order.Just shows does not take much to be kind to one another.

One of my favorite Starbucks to stop in at because everyone there is always so friendly and nice. And for those that see on a regular basis stopping in once or twice a week are even more so. I am very particular about the ways that I liked my items made and they are the one particular place that seem to always make sure they get it right!

Love this Starbucks location. Right off 215 and 15 freeway. It has a drive thru which is very convenient for travelers passing by the area. They are quick and Ive never seen the drive thru line get backed up

As Starbucks go, this was a nice one. Friendly people, fairly clean environment. Lots of people studying and being chill. I had to wait a little while for my drink but then were busy, so I’ll give them a pass. I also appreciate that the bathrooms were unlocked and had paper towels. Most Starbucks are locked up like Grant’s tomb and it’s a pain in the a** to have to ask for the code and all. And paper towels are good because then you don’t have to touch the nasty handle on your way out. Thumbs up.

This location was recently remodeled and has cool industrial decor, but there is now less seating and the new seating is less comfortable. There are a lot of high top tables with almost backless stools, and the lower tables and chairs are also less comfortable. The vibe is now much less stay as long as you want and much more finish your drink and go.

Amazing people work here and are friendly, respectful and they go out of their way to make customers happy 😊Took me a bit after moving from Elsinore where my Starbucks was to find a store that made my drinks the way I like them, I tried Madison Ave also but by far hot springs was the best one 👍Thank you all for your great service everyday!

I drive out of my way (when not headed to work) to go to this Starbucks Drive thru. I think they have the best customer service and most consistent tasting drinks. Michelle always greets me by name and I think that’s the coolest thing. For someone to remember repeat customers and be genuinely happy to see them is true customer service. Michelle, I hope you know that you’ve turned several bad mornings around for me with your kind spirit and positive demeanor. I truly hope you’re working every time I get my coffee. Usually good... but today baristas were a joke. Very slow and messy. Went through the drive thru and they overfilled my cup and when they put the lid on there was frozen coffee under the outside rim of the lid. I go to take a drink and it dripped everywhere and got all over my clothes. Well done.

Great coffee, greater service!

I don’t drink Starbucks often and I don’t often give ratings (unless the service was extremely good or extremely bad). Yesterday morning, I needed a coffee due to an extremely long week and lack of sleep. I pulled up to the drive thru and requested a “light and sweet”. Of course I didn’t know that even with the simple drinks, you have to know exactly what you want. Anyways, she asked me “sugar or syrup”, I said “syrup”. Here comes the complex part, “what flavor”. My world spun out of control, I forgot what I said but she said “Cinnamon?”. Curious, I just went with it. Then.... here comes the tricky part.... She ask “What kind of creamer?”. My world again spun out of control. Did she mean flavor or like almond or soy? So I said “Surprise me”. I was a bit nervous about the flavor but when I pulled up and she gave me my drink, it smelled like White Christmas. I sipped it, and it taste like White Christmas and Keebler Cinnamon Roll Stripe Cookies. Never have I ever had coffee some yummy! If she works the same time every day, then I say to you other customers, go at 5:30 am and receive her coffee!She deserves a raise! 10 Stars!

It’s possible that the red headed barista had a bad morning or perhaps this is her every day mannerisms but on this morning I ordered an iced coffee and waited about 20 minutes for my drink order only to have it be a hot drink on a day that was hot and humid. Granted that I love hot coffee but was not feeling for it on this morning. I can understand the busy hustle and bustle of a Starbucks morning but what I don’t understand is that when I told her that my drink order was wrong she tossed the drink across the back room into a trash can without dumping it out first. She gave me a look of annoyance like it was my fault. She didn’t say a word to me. I noticed her interactions with other customers and it was the same annoyed look in her face. She called out peoples names to pick put their order and would slide the drinks down the counter at them and throw them their straws like they were dogs fetching a bone. I’m not one to complain about bad behavior but I have worked in customer service and can appreciate when someone goes above and beyond to make your experience a good one. Needless to say that I will not be going back to that particular establishment. Even in a rushed environment you can always have a smile on your face to lighten the mood. That is what makes customers want to come back. Like I said maybe she just had a bad morning but non the less it’s a lesson learned. With that being said I do enjoy the Starbucks coffee.

Overpriced under staffed

Bad first impression. They had no caramel flavor (we wanted a frapp), we opted for a pink drink they didnt have the Acai flavor either. We asked for the very berry hibiscus NO ICE! Guess what we got? Full cup of ice and about 4oz of tea. RIP OFF!

New remodel is trendy but uninviting. All the comfy chairs were removed. Now they have lots of chairs that are backless. The seating area is smaller and the alcove is gone.The new flooring has an industrial warehouse look that I hate and it makes the acoustics awful. Every sound echoes loudly and when its busy, its hard to hear people talking at normal volume. Pair this with loud music and get a headache in short order. This used to be my go-to Starbucks in the area, but Im definitely looking for a new hangout.

They cannot seem to wrap their heads around the fact that there are two types of white chocolate mocha frappachinos because I have received nothing but white chocolate creme frappuccinos.

This is the best Starbucks to study at in Murrieta. Its pretty quiet and the Wi-Fi is perfect. Also the workers there are nice and very accommodating :-)

Went in Thursday morning, this location is not close to me but I started going because they get my drink right. I always get extra shots on my fraps and other locations dont get it right, this one even gave me an extra cup with the rest of my frap.

Please fix your cup lids! Im tired of spilling part of my drink on my clothing. I pay a premium price for a delicious drink which then becomes a frustration when I have to wipe it off of myself and my car.

Horrible service, smokers outside and bathrooms filthy, staff had attitude for a pour over, and lied about being bussy, instead of saying she didnt want to do it. Its back to any other coffee shop in the aera.

Virtually no wait, my drink was delicious and I forgot my phone in the restroom and they returned it to me. Awesome, good people here.
