Mike the owner actually took me back by my 04 Mercury Mountaineer while it was lifted in the air to show me exactly what the problem with my truck was and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. We brought in our 10-yr old vehicle that originally been diagnosed with a few issues at a local dealer. We wanted a 2nd opinion as the dealer cost of repairs was high and replacement parts were not easy to find. Mike and team took on the challenge. They repaired The easiest issue first. The second issue took some time to figure out and ultimately turned out to be a different issue than what the dealer originally found in their diagnostic test. Mike frequently called and made sure we were OK to spend more money before performing extra work. We appreciate TCA’s communication and thoroughness in getting to the root cause of the issue. We are back on the road with the real issue solved and for a fraction of the cost. We highly recommend Mike and TCA.

Very knowledgeable, open and honest mechanics. My wife dropped off her vehicle to be checked out for check engine lights and several other lights. They only charged us for a half hour inspection and gave us a very honest recommendation. My wife says she was well informed by the gentleman that called and updated her and didnt feel like they treated her differently than they did me because shes a woman (as has happened at other mechanic shops). Highly recommend!

It was our first time there. Went for a oil change and and fix our climate control .Mike did a FANTASTIC JOB, but while there he performed a complete inspection of our car and found a major problem with the transfer case we didnt even know we had and a hole in the exhaust system .Fixed and repaired. That is what I consider a GREAT mechanic

Been searching for an experienced, fair and honest mechanic to take care of my beloved vehicles. Neighbor recommended TCA, and he is so picky, I knew if he liked them, they must be good! Mike and gang are more than that. They are phenomenal! Big job, simple oil change, advice/questions, Mike knows the answer and you can trust him. I found my new home. Big relief!

I took my vehicle in for maintenance, some fluid changes that according to miles was suggested. They could have very easily taken my money, but instead they called me back and said after checking those fluids, theyre in great shape and recommend waiting. Will I be back, heck yeah!

These guys do awesome work and boy does Mike know his stuff! I can go to him with any problem and he will able to thoroughly explain exactly what I may be seeing / hearing. They have serviced my Volvo for a fraction of the price of the dealership using the same name-brand parts. I have tried referring many people to them due to the quality of the work and pricing.

Cant say enough about how impressed I am with Tess Corners Automotive. Took my vehicle in for a simple front end alignment. Mike the mechanic took the extra time to show me some noted observations after performing the work. Explained why my vehicle was pulling and what to do in addition to the alignment, tire considerations and wear patterns, just great service. They have my business from now on!

Needed an alignment for my Jeep 4wd with air suspension. Quoted that hed have to charge time & material because of the air air suspension. He mentioned that this was usually cheaper at the dealer, than for him to do it. He was right. I appreciate his honesty, even though he did not get my business for this. I will definitely use him in the future.

Very disappointed with the overpriced estimate we got for a engine replacement. A used engine cost is half the cost everywhere else that we checked. They must really mark up there used parts drastically

Mike went above and beyond explaining the repair and replacement of our Volkswagen waterpump and the diagnostic of our AC. Would definitely recommend them for your next service, large or small. Great efficient service at fair prices. New front brakes and sway bar links repair cost $300.00 less than my dearlership wanted to charge.This is a very clean establishment and my car was returned withoutany grease stains as usually happens at other repair shops.
