Less than 1 star. Paid for overnight shipping, and get tracking telling me it is due by 4:30 pm on 09/22. Does not arrive, and on 09/23 tracking says No scheduled delivery date available at this time.Had to call the support number and demand my call be escalated multiple times in order to get the call escalated to someone who could do anything about it.2 technicians refused to call the local center where the item was sitting... after actually being escalated, it was handled in about 3 minutes. The last 2 people on the phone were very good at their job and helpful, the first ones not so much.I receive packages from UPS overnight every time, every day, on time... Fedex has yet to deliver a package in the timeframe which is paid for.

No issues.. other than wondered why package was not delivered. The clerk advised to me that the driver didnt feel safe leaving it? Iexplained I live in a secure apt. Complex they will need to be buzzed in. He said Will have driver leave packages next time.

Honestly the best costumer service I have revived in a while! There was a package complication and Yessenia totally helped me and was such a nice person and she helped me fix the problem, and made sure no more problems occur for the near future! I appreciate them all so much! I highly recommend these guys. I don’t usually write reviews that often but I just had to write this one.

This is NOT a FedEx Ship Center and they were NOT helpful. Not only do they have a poor selection of boxes, they cant even print a shipping label! The woman there sent me on a wild goose chase all over Muskegon to go a UPS store so they could print the label and then wanted me to drive back to her store to send my return package. RIDICULOUS! The UPS store not only printed my FedEx label but they helped me secure my package and then told me where the closest FedEx place was. Would given this place zero stars if I could have...

Great customer service

At the mercy healrh center today, fed ex driver walked in ignoring the virus question desk. When he was stopped, he became belligerent because the nurse wanted to ask him about virus exposure...he then stormed out refusing to pick up the medical centers packages...a staff member had to run after him to his truck and explain the medical situation...he came back in but was rude and called a patient stupid.

Efficient but not friendly.

Efficient. Answered all our questions and concerns. Told us when our package would arrive. Twice as pricey as the post office but at least FedEx promised a delivery date and time period. Time is of the essence as the saying goes.

Waited for a package (it was a present for my Husband). It was never delivered. Tracking said it was at 2:28 that day. They were polite enough to deal with but maybe they shouldnt tell the customer who was receiving the package and person who sent it two different things. Please hold the drivers responsible!!!! It was NEVER left here!!

They need to add a loading dock or at least a fork lift.

I sent a package around 3 in the afternoon to go from Michigan to Ohio and by noon the next day it had been received. I am very happy with the service and I cant say enough for the young man who helped me and was the most efficient person I believe Ive ever dealt with. The lady working with him was also efficient working with another customer. Thank you to these 2 great employees.

They attempted to deliver a package to me yesterday and I was not home which needed a signature no issues. But they claimed to have tried to deliver it again today and they did not because I was sitting in my living room by my front door. I don’t appreciate the laziness of that driver or the rude service I have received from this office.

I would rate them less then one. Maybe not all of them but specifically today. I was waiting for my package(A new phone) and I sat in the living room all day to make sure I didnt miss it and sure enough I was tracking and tracking it online then it says Delivery Exception.. So im like okay what is this, whats going on. I read and it says that nobody was home or the business was closed. So Im like no I literally was here all day. So I continue reading and it says to follow the instructions on the paper they put on the door. So I go to the door thinking okay, possibly when I was in the kitchen they came. Sure enough no paper on the door or around it. THEY NEVER CAME TO MY HOUSE AT ALL...... So I call them up and they blame it on my phone provider saying that even though it was out for delivery today the company called and said they wanted the package back.. Why would my phone provider even send it out or have it make it onto the truck to be delivered just to have it sent back when everything was approved. So I got in touch with the phone provider and they saw nothing on their end other then the FedEx company saying that no one was home so they decided to ship it back. Seriously I am not a happy customer towards FedEx.... HOLD YOUR DRIVERS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS..I know its just a phone but I leave for vacation soon so this really puts me back.. Definitely not a happy customer what so ever... Have your drivers get the address or whatever the heck happened right...

More interested in making excuses than giving help. Dont tell me what you cant do. Help me with solutions. Its not about you. Its about the customer. Think about customer service training.

My first time. It was fast and easy. My package weight was 55 lbs.

Cannot contact them and I feel I will be turned away to pick up my package even know its sitting in the back room and wont be delivered for another two days....Edit: Just got back, there tracker said it was in town but the package was really completely somewhere else.... Could of known if they actually had a phone line that would pick up instead of a machine telling me what I already know...

Joke...package tracking is a joke. I was told by Fed Ex at this location that they have no idea what Fed Ex Ground is doing. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. They actually took my shipping number and told me the exact same thing that I looked up a minute ago.Also, tracking a package is not very accurate. Never arrives on the day it states.

You cant have a package held here, the closet location is 30 miles away in holland. UPS has a package station that can hold packages NEXT TO MY MOMS WORK. I always tell companies when they send things to send via UPS because it never fails that my package is a little late or the truck is full and has to wait a extra day even though i paid for 2 day delivery and wont reimburse me for the shipping charges.

I tried to ship a package on my lunch break. Drove 15 minutes to the location. I was really pleased to see a handwritten sign on the door stating that they were closed for lunch. As I did not have 30 minutes to wait around I will take this to another service that keeps actual business hours

FedEx sucks. Every single interaction with them is a headache. Theyre considerable slower than their contemporaries, and it seems like there is always a problem. The last few deliveries Ive had from them have always been sent needlessly late, or to the wrong location. That last one is a hoot, because the nearest pickup location is thirty minutes away from my house, or if I choose to change the location of my delivery, I have to pay these clowns for their bone-shattering stupidity and incompetence because that certainly makes sense.If I do get a package from them without a hitch, they always deliver at inconvenient times for me, either when Im at work (because it makes sense to make deliveries really early in the morning, right?) or later in the day when I should be getting sleep (because I work 3rd shift).

Absolutely hate fedex i personally have never had a package through them devliver on time or at the right address. I even know many people with simular situation. there really is no other factors to why the packages have so many errors

I am on the phone with fed ex right now and the man cannot speak English...I demanded another customer service person...I brought a Smart post package to the Muskegon Michigan main post office one full week ago, and I just learned from fed ex that they only come and pick up packages once every two weeks! this is completely unacceptable!! I will never use a fed ex service every again. Hate them. UPS would NEVER do this.

I waited for approx. 25 min. to contact an agent at FED-EX although the recording stated shortly with you ....... They (fed-ex enemy),,answered the phone and hung up on me! Late lunch? Break time? Or just needed to go out and smoke a joint? Not the first time with the Muskegon Mi. office!

Try UPS much easier to use their web site and they answer their phones!

People were always nice to me, always delivered on time and always available when I went in. I have never had a bad experience or any problems with them.

I also cannot get in contact with anyone. I am still waiting on a delivery of an item that I paid extra on shipping to receive it before the weekend. The weekend is gone, no updates on tracking and it is over-due by 5 day. Will I get the extra money from shipping back? lol not a chance. I hate Fedex, always have. Not sure why any company would use them.

Its irritating that this location does not have a phone number. The guy from the FedEx place said they wont hold packages, but on the website it says they will. However, how do you find this out, if they dont have a phone number for you to call?

Was told package would be in by 6 pm well they close at 7 pm and time was of impotence. It arrived about 6:45 pm which was okay but close
