Went in there today to activate a phone into an existing account and the clerk Mauricio, did an amazing job helping us out! He was respectful, clear, and made sure we got a good experience in his service.

Monique and Maria were the best! They were very helpful and helped answer all my questions. They were very kind but also made me feel secure with joining the company.

Our visit to Metro today was awesome! The clerk was very informative and very professional. We were happy with our purchase and would happily recommend others to do business there!

They were nice but seemed to lack the knowledge with a basic request. It took over an hour to transfer over to metro from cricket wireless and still over 24 hours later and 2 additional phone calls to customer service and one of the phones we got a sim card for still is not working. Also the sales people put in the wrong coupon code so it charged me 100 instead of 80 for my monthly service lucky the call in customer service has been great and they fixed that and credited my account for the next month. The workers again were nice but not very professional and when things arent working well or taking forever you could give your new customer maybe a credit or a free something for their troubles. Will update if service ever works on the other phone. Also so far very slow lte speeds.... .25-.5mbs download so thats not great either.

Paid my bill early and now Im getting screwed services are off but due date is March 29th

A lady that works at this location is so rude and was no help at all. I would recommend going to the one on Holly St. The employees are rock stars.

With 40 minutes left in the business day the lazy sack of manager wouldnt let me pay with cash on my last day of service because she did not want to recount her till...i asked politely why?i wont have a cell phone tomorrow..... she was rude and said it didnt matter how much time was left after she counted it was done i called to complain she identified herself as the manager and was rude again

The salesperson who helped me was amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and I make a point to ask people about their cell service and recommend this Store and cell provider as an alternative to paying more for less value.
