Worst experience ever! I had a cart full of items for my kids and myself to try on. They literally took out the dressing rooms - They dont exist anymore because of covid. As annoying as this is I thought - Fine Ill just return what doesnt fit. I went to the front and asked the girl working there what their return policy was. She replied with 14 days. I got in line (now self check out which is also annoying) and rang everything up. They only have paper bags now which cost 10 cents each. I got to the car and had my son try on a few things in the car. I walked back in (about 15 minutes later) to return what didnt fit. They told me they dont accept returns!! Only exchanges. I told them the lady upfront JUST told me they had a 14 day return policy. He said she was wrong it was exchanges only and THEY REFUSED TO RETURN THE ITEMS I had just purchased 15 minutes prior to. They said you had find something else that fits. HOW!?!?!?! YOU DONT HAVE ANY DRESSING ROOMS! Never coming back to Savers ever again.

I wish that people would have more considerate donations. There usually isn’t what I’m looking for available but I still purchase some items. My daughter doesn’t like the overall smell of savers but we go weekly just in case someone does donate what I’m looking for! Always a gain!

I love the place. Name brand clothes that have been hardly used for 2-3 bucks. Just bought most of our school clothes for less then 100$

I really like Savers. As far as thrift stores go this one is cleaner, smells better and is way more organized. And I take all my things I no longer need there. Its a win win.

So amazing! Almost spent $100 on Amazon for 3 items. Instead went here spent $90 and brought home over 20 items including the 3 I needed! Must go!

Savers has pretty good deals and sales (especially if youre part of their free rewards program) and a variety of products. However, the best clothing selection in my opinion is the kids clothing; I can usually find what Im looking for and theyre pretty cute.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because sometimes their sales are unclear on whats excluded.All in all, a pretty decent place to thrift shop. I love their rewards program (theyll give you a heads-up on sales and even extend the sale for you the day before its available to everyone else).

They have become an absolute joke! $15.99 for a used pair of shorts! All of their pricing has become ridiculous! Good luck! Never again!

I do like shopping at Savers but their stuff is extremely overpriced and they seem to only accept exchanges on clothes even though they have completely removed the fitting rooms, which just feels shady. Also, it states right on their website that, Shopping in our stores does not support any nonprofit.

Walked into savers Nampa at 10:50 am with my cousin who is visibly pregnant and was asked to leave because 10-11am is for the elderly and high risk. So when did carrying a child make you not eligible for the high risk hours? Last I knew they were included. Unfortunately today you lost two long time costumers. Be better savers.

My boyfriend accidently put our waterpiks in the wrong bag into the one we were donating and we spoke to a rep about seeing if we could get it back we were also going to donate the next day so we asked if we could pick it up then. Is frustrating we will have to wait about a month until we find out plus someone could buy it before that time frame its just all so annoyin!

Went to purchase a Halloween Costume. Kind of expensive considering its a Thrift Store, but had a good selection as well as accessories.

The store has so much and it is pretty organized .Such helpful cashiers up front.Charging for bags and glitches in self checkout( which I hate already) is why I docked a star.Prices are either really good or really awful it is a hunt for sure.Again I cannot stress how helpful the front people were and friendly

Why still no dressing rooms? Other stores have their dressing rooms opened. And they give only store credit for returns, so its not easy to buy something, and return it if it doesnt fit.

Lock your vehicle when visiting this place I had my tools stolen wile I was Inside Im thinking it might have been the dirt bags that live behind the store. I say dirt bags because Im only calling it how I see it check for your self.

Big store. Lots of items and variety. More spendy than I thought. Disappointed with how pricey some of the items were marked for. I was hoping,considering the name of this second hand store for better bargains for sure. Kind of ridiculous actually. . I saw MORE than 1 item marked for $2.99 when I know for a FACT they carried those at the DOLLAR TREE (across the street) brand new for $1.00 .. .

This is my favorite 2nd hand store around. They have a large selection of clothing and home goods. As a plus size woman it is hard to find clothes my size in department stores, but I have had good luck finding clothes my size here. This isnt the cleanest store around, but they have good selection, good prices and friendly staff.

Fairly run-of-the-mill thrift store, but with a much wider selection. Prices are fair and theres plenty to be seen. Definitely recommended for any thrifty individual.

I kinda like this thrift store. They have decent prices, nice employees, and a pretty good selection of products. For such a short staff, they were pretty good at their job, especially for how busy it was (around Christmas holiday). My biggest let down was the prices on their books and movies. They are way less expensive elsewhere. Other than that, they are pretty awesome!

Its a typical thrift store. It can be dirty, especially if they are busy. But they try to keep things as neat and organized as possible. Great 50% off deals on holidays, but good luck getting a dressing room on those days. Staff is nice and the checkout process is decently quick.

3 of the employees have COVID and the district manger is not doing anything about it! Shut it down

Thumbs up to Savers for encouraging people to use reusable bags! I take my reusable bags in all the stores I shop in and ask if they will bag my items there so as not to waste bags. I was so excited to see Savers has joined in trying to save our environment.

Savers is a privately owned FOR PROFIT thrift store. They do not help the community whatsoever. Their prices are outrageous because they want every penny possible. They say they pay the Arc of Idaho for every donation. That simply isnt true. They pay a few cents per TON of clothing donated. They do not pay the Arc for housewares, shoes, jewelry, electronics, etc. Only for clothing. Then, the items that are simply garbage are trash compacted and sold to 3rd world countries. They literally sell their garbage to other countries to create and stimulate marketplaces. When I say garbage, I mean garbage. I have seen them literally empty garbage cans into their compactor. The entire corporate structure is completely corrupt. I cannot say enough bad things about this place. Google how many indictments have been filed against these crooks. How do I know all these things? I work there.

I love Savers! They are usually pretty reasonably priced. Some items are priced under what I would assume while some other things can be priced a bit exhorbitantly but I feel like I mostly get great deals on name brand, like new items. They are also environmentally conscience when it comes to bagging your items, even giving you the option to carry out your own items rather than using a bag.

Only reason I give any stars is because cashiers are friendly and helpful. Even they know that prices here are insane. Its a thrift store stocked with donations. Why are the prices same as new? Again.... u guys better value your register crew. If not for them, nobody would come here

Savers has good selection on shirts.

Savers used to have the best deals in the valley for thrift shopping but now their prices have gone up considerably. They now charge for grocery bags so bring your own. Higher prices and charging for bags you tell me, good market move or greedy.

My only complaint about Savers is their prices. They have the highest prices of any thrift store in my area of Idaho. That being said, they have a great selection of clothes, books, toys, shoes and decor items. Furniture selection is poor. I shop at other thrift stores first and if I cant find what I want, I go to Savers.

I went looking for a sheet for a project and they had a flat twin sheet for $12.99. I was amazed after looking around at the prices that they were selling anything at all. Things you could get at Wal-Mart were $3/$5 more. They need a price checker and do it at a fraction of the price then the shelves and racks wouldnt be so packed. I wont shop at Savers again.

Excellent selection of used clothing items. Clothes are in very good condition, most look new to me. The prices are great, usually about $3-5 for a nice shirt and $7-10 for jeans. Members receive a discount and seniors get 30% off on Tuesdays. I think they have a better selection and nicer clothes than the other thrift stores nearby.

I went to Savers to purchase an outfit for a school dance for my grandchild. We found a magnificent gown and your attendant (Thursday 3/19 -blond woman working the dressing room) first validated the beauty of the dress, went and found two additions to the outfit that just made the girl look magnificent. So....we bought heels, a dress, jewels and shrug for a decent price and only had to visit one store. Yee ha. We were so pleased and your fashion consultant made the day. THANK YOU from a grateful grandma.
