Let me say first it breaks my heart giving Vista pawn One Star. Everyone seems pleasant and very helpful except for one employee he said that he was the manager but Im not sure his actions did not seem like management decisions if you go to Vista pawn I would definitely steer clear of their employee named kota I drove all the way from Oregon with thousands of dollars of my valuables and I was $20 short and he was unwilling to work with me whatsoever. So now Im driving back to Oregon and Ive wasted 3 hours of driving all for nothing if youre not sure which one is kota hes easy to recognize hes got the bad haircut.

Coda was super informative and helpful in getting me what I needed in a time of desperation. Awesome service.

Went in with some friends and purchased some paintball markers. Was told they were tested and should work fine, though they weren’t willing to drop the price down even a little bit. Once we got some CO2 to test it ourselves, we found they were subject to heavy air leaks and lacked the slightest potential to perform as promised. After we returned them they only offered in-store credit, but no cash refund. Right now is the day after the purchase and return, and the paintball guns (markers) are back on the wall for purchase. Feeling along the lines of being cheated and lied to when all me and my friends wanted was to have a good time.

I never had the pleasure of visiting the shop but I was able to coordinate a purchase via telephone with Vista Pawn. I put an item of layaway and called several times to make payments and coordinate a friend picking up my Raphael statue. Everyone that I spoke with was very helpful and didnt act like my situation was a burden. Thank you for helping complete my set.

First time would-be customer. Waited 20 minutes to see something in the case. Zero acknowledgment from staff. Then they assisted someone who had just walked in. I set down what I had in my hands that I was planning to purchase and left. Im never coming back. Bummer. Seemed like a cool place too.

Great store with a great selection. was a little disappointed though because they did not have tickets for WrestleMania 37 being held in Hollywood (well, SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California to be exact), you can almost guarantee that Cena will be making an appearance in some shape or form.

Great store, clean, with friendly employees. Much better tool and gun selection than other shops. Wife has bought several gold rings and earnings at great prices. Happy wife, happy life.

Ive been coming here for years both to pawn and purchase things. Mostly Ive dealt with them in firearms. And I will happily continue to do so as their prices are fantastic, their knowledge of their products is better than average even when its something a little out of the norm, and they have always handled the firearms counter in a safe and respectful manner. The staff is friendly, and always a lot of fun to deal with. There was one time I bought a pistol there that was not functional in any way shape or form, but I brought it back, and they were quick to make it right. These guys have really earned my business, and they can do the same for you.

Employees greet you as soon as you walk through the door and are willing to help. I bought a ring which at other places would have been out of my price range but I was able to get something that my fiance wanted at an affordable rate. Thanks vista pawn

Sort of friendly guys. Not helpful really. They either dont care about assisting with electronics or dont know. 1/3 price for your item (phone) is kind of a joke. Youd be better off selling phones at a used phone shop down the street. Good selection on bikes and lots of cheap dvds. It just I got double their offer on my phone down the street.

Tried to give me $15 for my Nintendo DSi and tell me some of my jewelry was fake so the girl tried to offer me a couple dollars HAHA- all together they would’ve bought my stuff for around $30. I was like no thanks LOL. Went to First National Pawn (who in my opinion are the best) and got $65 for everything together. Also turned out my jewelry wasn’t fake. If you’re looking for quick cash this definitely isn’t the place, has some good deals SOMETIMES.EDIT: there’s one guy here that’s awesome I always forget to ask his name but you’ll be able to tell who he is if he’s working he always is way more outgoing than everyone else and super helpful, he sold me a blue G-Shock on my birthday for a great price

Its amazing I never had a problem with Vista up until 01/28/2016 when I was bringing in some stuff to get rid of and so I brought in all that I needed to get rid and sell off to Vista right after I got a crap load of stuff the employee named Matt then proceeds to tell me were not interested in anything that you have. Common courtesy would have been to tell me you couldnt make a sale or purchase on any of things before I brought it all inside and ready to be sold if any of it could.... I have never been treated so poorly at this location ever until this incident. Definitely lost my business.

I am a YouTube reviewer, and the staff here is always so friendly and helpful. They always give me suggeations for reviews, and make great deals on items! Biggest plus is that they truly care about their customers. Not your run of the mil pawnshop.

They were slow, unpleasant, and blatantly lied to me about the price of one of my items. I understand that only about 35% of retail value is what you get when selling to a pawn shop, but lying to cut the price in half? Good thing I did my homework before I went to this pawn shop.

I walked into the store I walk back where they have all the little separate sockets and separate tools and I found a spark or for a torch and a pair of wire clamps pliers and I brought him up to the counter and he looks him up on the Internet and he told me he wanted $60 for them when they were only work probably $2 there was no price on them he should have put a price wasnt very good customer service

Beware their service depends on their mood, I have thousands of dollars in pond with this shop all I was asking for five more dollars I called the manager and now Im told that there was a miscommunication when I clearly told the employee that I have multiple items in pawn check my account Im sure you can find the $5 somewhere else and he told me clearly that that doesnt matter those items have already been pawned and now Im being told by the manager that there was a miscommunication Im really tired of companies blaming the customer..

Purchased a firearm in the past that turned out to be broken. Gave them another chance, ended up sitting at the firearm counter for 20 minutes without a single employee offering me any help. Walked out without purchasing the item I wanted. Also, most of the car audio equipment is either broken or junk, hoping to rip off a customer who is not knowledgeable about car audio equipment. That was the last time I walk into that store. Many other pawn shops in the area that will actually appreciate your business. Poor customer service. Bad business. Avoid at all cost.

WORST PLACE EVER.My husband went there to get a little loan on some older handheld gaming systems, While there the employee took items to the back to find batterys for it. He came back from the back without batterys SO ANOTHER employee took game-boy to the back. As this was happening I nicely ask WHY DO THEY KEEP TAKING ITEM TO THE BACK? Another employee that was on next computer looked at me and LAUGHED AT ME. With no response on why and a laugh from other employee, I asked the one that laughed what was so funny about that and if there was a problem with what I just asked. Pissed off he got and told me to take my stuff and just LEAVE NOW. WILL NEVER RETURN. PLACE IS DIRTY AND STUFF FOR SALE IS MOSTLY TRASH.THIS ALL OVER A QUESTION ON MY MY ITEM NEEDED TO GO WITH THE EMPLOYEE TO THE BACK EVER TIME JUST TO FIND BATTERYS.

This place is usually pretty busy, which is annoying but also a good thing. they do a lot of business. the products are generally in good condition but test electronics before purchase.

Everytime i go in to purchase something the employees always act like its a hassle to help you and sometimes dont even help. Theyll stare at you and wait for you to ask them for help. Also ive gone in to pawn items such as dvds blu rays etc and theyve told me they dont take them anymore? Arent you guys a pawn shop??? With the closing of hastings, me and the fam struggle to find movies we want and this would be the last place i go to look not only because of attitudes but also because of inventory. Pawn 1 or 1st national pawn are way better. Boo to you vista pawn!!
