I love Einstein bagels, so imagine my disappointment in my breakfast this morning. The gentleman who was in front of me, had to double check his order, and 3 out of 4 sandwiches were wrong, he whispered to me “something is always wrong when I come to this one”. I got my hash browns and at first they were cold and frozen in the middle. Then after they fixed them, they were so hot the paper cracked off all over the hash browns, and the temperature was beyond anything you should ever serve, my fingers are still red from trying to touch it. Just a warning to check your order 100% before leaving.

The Farmhouse, order it. Perfect setup, I like just one egg, to keep the flavors balance. The sauce on it is delicious. The team is very nice and get orders out with good speed. I will definitely be back to try order items but for now, The Farmhouse has my full attention.

Today was my first Einstein bros experience and it was very disappointing. I have been wanting to try this place for a while because one of my favorite treats is to indulge in a savory breakfast bagel. I downloaded the app and used the order ahead feature to save some time, or so I thought. I followed the directions on the app, it said to allow 10-15 minutes for the order to be prepared, and directed me to follow the signs to the designated mobile order pickup area inside the shop where my order would be ready to take. I waited in my car until the 15 minute mark to assure my order would be done.. and lessen my odds of having to bug an employee. I walked in and found the mobile order pickup area where there were 2 bags, unmarked with no receipts or indication on the bags of who they belonged to. I looked in the bags and just took the one which had two sandwiches in it, it had been over 20 minutes since I placed my order so surely this was mine right? I hesitated for a minute to ask staff but no one acknowledged me. I took this order back to my car, realized it was not mine and brought it back in. I stood at the counter feeling embarrassed and intended to tell the staff I accidentally took the wrong order but no one acknowledged me. I stood for about 5 minutes then decided to sit down. After about 10 more minutes waiting, a gentleman who had also been waiting asked for a refund. Not a good sign. There were two staff members that I could see but clearly they were overwhelmed. Finally one of the employees approached me and said they had my order but there were 8 orders before me when my order came in so I would have to wait. He was apologetic but this also made me feel awkward because he said he noticed I took the wrong bag but didn’t say anything. I waited another 30 minutes and was delivered one sandwich, I informed the employee that I had two sandwiches in my order and she seemed confused but told me she would make the second one as soon as possible…. Which took another 20+ minutes. So all in all I spent over an hour waiting for two sandwiches, all while using a mobile feature which was supposed to be faster. “Skip the line” they say… which means wait over an hour. I understand running a restaurant is hard right now but being a restaurant manager myself this is clearly a management issue. I probably will not return because no bagel is worth a 1 hour wait.

I was very pleased with my food and service at the Einsteins bagel in naples. The staff was great, and my bagel was made to perfection. My thanks to the staff.

Went in for my first time and it was absolutely horrible! I asked for my bagel double toasted and saw that he didn’t do so when making my sandwich, so I politely asked him hey can u make sure that’s double toasted please and he said he did double toast it gave me the sandwich and it tasted like absolute garbage, on top of that they advertise caribou coffee and when me and my husband asked for it they said they no longer sell it (it’s advertised outside on there sign) will never go here again Dunkin’ Donuts is not great and is still better then this garbage !!!!

Ordered delivery on DoorDash and paid over $30 but my bagel was missing and my sons order was incorrect. We had ordered a blueberry muffin which we never got, only a chocolate chip cookie. Tried calling the store 6 times and nobody answered the phone. Waste of money. Over $30 for one bacon and egg bagel 3 hash browns and a cookie!! Not acceptable customer service at all. Very disappointing.

Ive been eating Einstein bagels for the last 20 years. Their bagels are fresh and Always delicious. I recently had a pumpernickel with lox, onion, tomato and cream cheese...so good!

Bagels were good, as usual. Too many signs directing people where to order, pick up orders, door dash orders and customers asking each other if theyve ordered. It was like a comedy routine.

Poor management. Lizzy was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me. Shes got great management potential!

Lady running register lost her mind when a older gentleman asked for 2nd time when they would have more coffee. She started screaming at him that she had a lot more going on than just brewing him coffee.

Lack of teamwork being displayed amongst the workers, leading to a mess as well as poor management of a line of customers. Have seen better.

Overall was a great experience. Service is a bit slow because they are short staffed due to Covid. They do have signs posted stating this. Not a big deal. Its worth an extra few minutes of waiting. Staff is nice and quick to make your order after its placed. Thanks

Charged me for sandwiches with 2 eggs, I did not order them that way. Only got one egg on my sandwich. Never offered my receipt to me and gave me an attitude when I came up and asked for my receipt. Have some integrity! It was our first and last time there!

I go here every couple of months and I always think it is going to be good but then it never is. The people are nice and everything but the bagels are always disappointing. Yet I will probably go back there in a couple months.

The bagels were good, fresh. The place is clean. Unfortunately, the exterior has no curbside appeal. It appears dated and dingy. Thats a shame. I bet if it looked updated and inviting from the outside, their business would increase.Naples has a lot of tourist traffic this time a year. If you didnt know better as a tourist, the 1st impression of this place might set you off.

Honestly, one of the best places to stop in the morning. Line is never too long and they make what I want correctly every time. Plenty of drink options (Though they could update their soda machine) and lots of inside and outside seating. Love this place!

I love this bagel shop, I live in Ft Myers and every time I’m in Naples I stop here, I take bagels home and freeze them so I can have them anytime. The best bagels ever and the best coffee. Wonderful people too 💜

The order was taken quickly but it took 30 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. 3 of us ordered potato salad of which there was none but we were not advised of this until being SLOWLY handed our bag of sandwiches....?????

Bagels were good but on my last one I had ordered a French Toast bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. I had about 2 bits left in my bagel and the I heard something hit my tooth. I spit out a little screw of some sort.Edit: Sent in the photos to Einsteins team and havent heard anything back. Its been about 5 months now. Great work.

Delicious egg and cheese bagels, and they have cold brew coffee which is a plus at noon in Florida. The wait staff could have been friendlier, but the food made up for it. It also smelled very smokey. Overall good place for a snack.

I ordered the chicken salad on a multigrain roll. What I got was about two table spoons of chicken salad on a tiny wheat bagel. I didn’t eat the bagel (which was about half the size of the other bagels) because I don’t like wheat bread. When I questioned the order the girl said we don’t have any rolls so we serve it on a wheat bagel. I asked her why she didn’t tell me. She said that’s just what we do. I left her the bagel. She did not offer to exchange the bagel or offer any thing else. The signage said it came with sides. We were not offered sides. My husband ordered the Nova Lox. He got one tiny piece of lox on each side of the bagel. We will not be going back there again.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Its so so so so dirty throughout. I cant imagine the possibility of the food being handled with proper sanitation measures if the entire place is filthy. Please do not support businesses like these, that have no respect for their patrons. How then can the bar be raised? Respect yourself and think twice before spending your money here.

Just a quick stop for coffee on my way to an appointment. Not very busy, but there were 3 people behind the counter but only one taking orders. Its one of the places where you wait in line to buy a cup and lid and fix your own coffee. So the line was slow moving. One would guess the other workers were keeping up with for one supplying the coffee station. Not so. Two choices for caffeinated were both empty. So back to the counter, tell the guy and he fills my cup, I go back to the selfserv for cream and sugar. No half & half, no raw sugar, I think I grabbed the last two white sugars and emptied the whole milk. I didnt hang around, but when I left the self serve counter had decaf, artificial sweeteners and skim milk.The Einsteins on Pine Ridge is one of my favorite places for a toasted bagel and coffee. Maybe I just caught these guys on a bad day.

Which left the decaf,😫Told a second time to a third person, which got them to get one urn filled 10 mins later. Sandwich was good but needed to bring back for the second egg they missed.Try another location, I have had much better EB.

So goss!!!I went in and the people behind the counter did not greet us or ask what we wanted. Another person walked in and had to say hello, can I get some bagels. Whatever thats not the big deal.The big deal to me is that the guy behind the counter on 7/9/18 at 1pm had plastic gloves on as if to protect the customers food from bare hands and cross contamination. Good right? Wrong, he was handling the money and working the register with the gloves on then went right back the handling the food with those same gloves on... what a gross idiot! What is the sense of putting gloves on if your going to handle money one of the most filthy things there is then go back to handling food with the same gloves! I just walked out and will never return.Heres a tip for Einstein if your Einstein then be smart enough to know the purpose of gloves and take them off while handling money and get a fresh pair when your back to handling food. It the entire purpose of putting gloves on. To call yourselves Einstein and do such stupid things is a insult to the mans name.I repeat SO GROSS!
