I went into the Metro PCS store off of Collier BLVD in the Wal-Mart plaza and WOW LUIS & IRIS HAS THE MOST TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL IN THE AREA!!! They were extremely knowledgeable of all their products and phone services offered and so I switched from my precious provider to METRO BY T MOBILE THANKS TO AWESOME LUIS AND IRIS!!!! THEY WERE VERY PATIENT AND I WALKED OUT WITH 2 NEW PHONES FOR MY SON AND I WITH BIG SMILES AND EXTREME SATISFACTION!!!! THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH!!! LUIS AND IRIS YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!

Extraordinary experience. I have for sure never experienced a metro store with such a professional and knowledgeable staff. Usually I go to the one in golden gate or the other one on radio road but there is no comparison in the service.Mr. Dino is the manager there, but the whole staff will do what it takes for you to get the best deal and price and will help with any problem with your phone.

We stopped in to pay our monthly bill and Dino was telling me about the newest promotions that Metro had running. I came back later with my husband so we could decide to take the promotion going on because both our phones were cracked and hard to use that way. We ended up leaving with 4 new phones because of the outstanding customer service and sales knowledge of Metros product. Dino walked us through it all step by step. We are a family of 5 and we will definitely be back to this particular store to get our 5th phone here soon. The store was very clean and we were greeted with smiles and great customer service. Metro needs more dedicated employees like Dino to sale their products.

Dinp is very professional. Very courteous. He enjoys working with people and helping them. My husband and I have been trying to figure out this problem for quite some time he is the first one and the only one that has been able to give us any answers he has been very helpful and very very nice. We will definitely return to the store to him for further updates and for the purchases.

We came in to activate an old phone and walked out with a brand new one for free and for even cheaper! Service was quick and smooth and the staff was very professional. I highly recommend this store :)

Service today at Metro at this location Abed Abed Abed was a wonderful customer service he gave me a phone. Gave me but I got a new phone and a new glass screen and he was able to transfer my pictures in my content over to my new phone and hes been very helpful and I love the store Ive been coming in here for almost 3 years I recommend anybody that needs anything from the store

THIS WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THE WOMAN IN THERE WAS BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL. MY 80 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER WAS DISRESPECTED AND THE WOMAN CUSSED AT HER. THIS IS A HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT.
