They were able to set up an appointment with me within a few days. The young man who showed their products to me was very respectable and knowledgeable. His presentation was very professional and he came very well prepared. He was very kind to me and even offered to help with with anything I needed to be done around the house. (my husband had just passed away) The windows themselves are amazing! There is no leaking and my house is so much warmer than it was last winter. They are easy to clean and look great!

We had a walk-in shower installed. The whole project from start to finish was without a hitch. The end result was exactly what we wanted. I was skeptical that the job would be completed in one day as promised but Mad City delivered on this promise! Seriously, there isnt one thing we can criticize about. We had a great experience with window installation. The initial salesman was thorough but also realized that we had two toddlers that didn’t want to listen to his whole spiel! We decided to have our master bathroom remodeled We received a call saying the crew would be here between 8 and 10 am.. They showed up at 7:52 am. Already in the plus to us. The men were very polite, professional, and made sure they promptly laid down cloths to protect our tile and carpeting. My husband and I were amazed at how quiet they were during this process. Our bathroom looks like the ideal room now. Thank you Mad City for making us totally pleased.

I got a new shower put in downstairs and it was a super easy process. They have all sorts of designs and prices so youll find something you love that wont leave you broke. Real nice people. The work took all of 10 hours from removal of my old tub to the installation of my new shower. Will totally go to them for my next remodel.

Worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to customer service/trying to pressure me into locking in a project when I wasn’t comfortable. On top of that, tried telling me statistics on his close rate and telling me that I probably wouldn’t call him back after he left. I sure gave the company a call back but my answer was NO we’re not moving forward with any project with mad city. Presenting one price and continuing to drop the price and tell me if I don’t sign that day I lose the deal. As a sales rep myself this is the easiest way to not get my business/lose respect. I told the rep I needed a week or two to think about it and he wouldn’t respect that. He kept pressuring me to sign the paperwork. As a result I will be informing my neighbors to not ask for an estimate from you. Just so everyone is aware telling me to replace just a tub and the three walls is 17k, then dropping to 15k, then dropping again to 13k.Response to your comment below:So pretty much your saying that because your rep tried PRESSURING me into a project that I needed TIME to think about as this was my FIRST estimate and continuing to tell me that I needed to lock in to get the best discount and bully me is considered as me not being anticipated for a fast paced start? REALLY, thats your response...AGAIN, another example of HORRIBLE customer experience.

Installation was impressive relating to efficiency and product knowledge. I had complete confidence in the crew after the first 30min. It was apparent then I had nothing to be concerned about. It was a pleasure to watch.

We wanted to replace our 20 year old porcelain tub/shower with a walk-in shower. The salesperson did a nice job walking us through all of the options, what was driving the price higher to allow us to make the best decision. He also suggested removing the header above the old tub to make it more open and larger. Boy, what a difference that made to the entire bathroom.We were quoted 3-4 weeks from order to scheduling and it happened right within that timeframe. We then did install a week later. Team showed up on-time as scheduled and completed the new walk-in shower within 1 day. The next day we noticed what we thought was an issue and they came back out within an hour to look at it. Explained how it was normal for this type of tub and if we ever had an issue, not to worry because lifetime warranty.We have had it for 3 months now and are extremely happy with this purchase. Mad City was very professional, on-time, efficient and had great follow-up. We would recommend a tub/bath replacement by them for anyone who asks. Great overall experience!

Mad City itself is amazing. They installed a new window and door for me. I would definitely go back. One caveat: DONT go with the financing company (unrelated to Mad City, but its one theyre contracted with I guess?). They charge daily interest.

The workers did a great job with our tub to shower conversion. Very orderly and quick install. Shower is great.

Mad City took out the cast iron bathtub and installed a walk-in shower. Two men worked and completed the job in one day including the plumbing, hauling the mess away and clean-up. The wall to ceiling was about an inch difference from the front to the back of the shower so the shower sides were trimmed accordingly so you cannot tell there was a difference.I was very pleased with the finished product!

We are very pleased with our new front windows. We held off for quite sometime and then finally decided it was time. They came to the house and gave us an estimate and we found them to be right in the ballpark as to what we wanted to spend. They installed them and look beautiful! Thanks Mad City!!

Our bathtub/shower area was in dire need of a total renovation. After 40+ years it had actually become very unpleasant to look at.We scheduled appointments with four different companies. Mad City was our second of the four. We were so impressed with the salesman and the variety of choices he offered that we cancelled our two remaining appointments. The installers arrived and in seven hours they transformed our bathroom into a sparkly new modern facility.Everyone from the home office, the salesman, and the installers were friendly and professional. We have even received a couple of follow-up calls to make sure we were completely satisfied with their product and work. We highly recommend Mad City for your home improvement needs. Call them. We had a step in shower installed in my mothers home which replaced a bathtub with no shower. The salesman was good about helping her understand the need for a shower curtain because of the limited space in the bathroom and was friendly and courteous. The sales pitch took about an hour longer than it needed to and mainly seemed to be about selling us on Mad City rather than going through the details of the products. I did not like the if you sign today well drop the price by $xxxx.xx. I cant remember the amount as it was a year ago, but it was probably around 10%, ballpark $1200. To me that sales gimmick is shady. Things cost what they cost whether you decide on the spot agree to terms a week later.The actual discussion of product, installation and warranty was only around 30 minutes. After a years time, the shower and window that were put in still look good and were happy with it. The crew that came out to install was fast and professional. There were a few minor cosmetic issues that they took care of within a week. I would recommend them if you want the job done fast and dont mind paying a premium to have the job completed (mostly) in a day. I am withholding the fifth star because of the sales pitch. I dont fault the salesman, as he is just doing the job hes supposed to do. It is the way the company trains them to sell product. I had a big window project for my sun room and didnt bother to call them because I didnt want to deal with them again.

I received a kitchen remodel from mad city. They whole transaction went over very well. However, the service I received from the contractors was above all the best part. They came in and got to know us on a personal level (after all they were going to be spending a whole week with us). Even though my dog barked initially, they did so well to calm him down to the fact that my dog didnt bat an eye to the noise of the construction. They kept their mess to a minimum by blocking out the rest of my house. And they explained things to me about my home remodel that was beyond what they were doing to my kitchen. It was like I had my dad there giving me guidance. They were amazing to work with and am glad I pulled the trigger to remodel. My kitchen looks beautiful!

The quality of windows was poor they had to replace all of them. The workmanship of the install caused damage to my siding from the saw they used in install. The large window was not installed properly and the original installers did patchwork to try to cover the problem. After almost 5 months they did replace the poor quality windows and properly installed the large window. I do not recommend them as window installers.

My husband contacted Mad City to get a quote to replace 17 windows in our home. Two gentleman showed up and gathered measurements and walked us through the different window options and explained why their windows were better than every other product out there. Their presentation was very good and informative.However, after listening to them talk for 2 hours, they finally gave us our final number. We knew 17 windows would be expensive, but the price point we were told seemed incredibly high. I politely stated that it’s a lot of money and I would need time to think it over. I then asked for an itemized quote so that we could decide to maybe do a few rooms or a floor at a time. The salesman said he was not able to provide an itemized quote.At this point, I declined and said we’d be in touch after receiving other quotes. Suddenly, our salesman was able to knock $5,000 off. Great, but still not an itemized quote. Plus, if I wanted to save $5,000 I had to sign a purchase agreement that night. Again, I declined and at this point am not very happy with the high pressure sales technique. I felt like I was sitting in a time share presentation.Salesman turns around and says he can knock $7,500 off, again, only if I buy tonight.I again decline, because if I’m going to spend that much money I need time to think about it.I had somewhere to be that evening and thanked them for coming out and began to get ready to leave the house.One last ditch effort by the salesman- he can now knock $11,000 off his original quote! Again, only if we buy that night!While I found their presentation to be very educational and helpful, I absolutely was turned off by their incredibly high pressure sales tactic and inability to provide an itemized quote. I did not feel I could trust their pricing as it was clear their salesman was doing his best to make as much commission as possible in the beginning. I want honest numbers from honest people, not a high pressure sales pitch. Very disappointing to say the least.

Tub/surround installMad City was great to work with, contacted them before moving to a new house, scheduled a consultation which was very accommodating. They were on time, very friendly, and knowledgeable, it was a no pressure consult. Ordered a new tub install, it actually came in early, install schedule was flexible. My friend Debbie Guyette had Mad City Windows come to her house last year to do siding, doors and windows. She does not know how to write reviews so I am doing this for her. A year and a half later, the house is still not done. Contact with the company is very limited. Siding has fallen off the side of their house within the past year, water has been leaking in between the siding and house, and even through some of the windows. The project manager, Jason, said the siding on the back side of the house needed to all be taken off and redone, and also the garage needs to be completely redone. They sent one guy out there last week to do it, the guy came and said he cant do that much work by himself, so they are now left sitting and waiting for a response from the company AGAIN. As if that isnt enough, they never got a building permit to do this work, which caused the company to get fined a lot of money. .Im sorry, but you should know you need that to do this kind of work...if I could rate this company zero stars I would for her. She paid a lot of money for this project, and a year and a half later its still not done....this is ridiculous!! Even with all these problems and lack of care from the company, you think they would at least give a sorry card, or gift card to my poor friend who is sitting there with a half done house for over a year. Get it together Mad City Windows, finish this project!!

I wont lie, their windows are not the cheapest out there. But they let you know that when you buy from them youre getting the best, highest rated windows. Ultimately they will save you money over time to justify the cost. Since we are planning on staying at our house for a very long time it made sense for us to go this route. Gary our sales rep went through many aspects of their product and I felt for the money we were getting a good deal. We worked out an affordable financing deal and it was set. The installers were super nice guys and did a fantastic job.

I chose to give 3 stars, but to explain a little better I will break it down into 4 categories of Sales, Customer Service, Installation, and Quality of product. Contractors who performed the installation were on time, respectful, good workers, and conscientious. I could argue 5 stars for installation. Quality of the product I would go 4.5-5 stars, we have had no physical or cosmetic issues with the windows since installation (its been 2 months). The areas in need of improvement are Sales and Customer Service for Mad City Windows and Baths. I would provide zero (0) stars for Sales and 1 star for Customer service. My reasoning for the sales rating is in regards to aggressive sales tactics and dishonesty by 2 separate sales associates. My wife and I were both told in separate meetings of a price match Mad City does to stay competitive with other Contractors and Suppliers. When we called them in regards to a lower quote from Window World, we were then told by 1 of the same sales associates that they do not honor price matches with Window World. When we reminded the Sales associate about what he had told us about price matching, he denied saying any such thing, became irate and hung up before we could get any explanation to why. After contacting Customer service to speak to a sales manager, it took 4 voicemails and 2 weeks before a manager got back to us. Customer service was very polite, just response was slow, hence the 1 star. Mad City Sales and Customer service replied to our concerns and questions with Im sorry for the experience you had with our sales associate. So they are fully aware of our experience, but did not compensate or attempt to rectify their deceit. Overall, product quality and installation was very good, but sales and customer service was poor.

We had Mad City install a walk in therapeutic tub with shower and surround. It is absolutely gorgeous. We are extremely happy with the product and install. We had a couple hiccups that they quickly resolved. Overall very satisfied. We use the whirlpool almost daily.

The project was converting a one piece tub surround to a walk in shower.From the original door to door canvas to the sales representative and complete through the install and final inspection, everything was professional yet personable. The sales rep was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and had samples and pictures of completed projects to help in the decision making process. He did not use pressure tactics to close the sale. The installer was very good. He worked alone for most of the project and really knew what he was doing. He took care and pride in his work and cleaned up everything after the job was done. His attention to detail was very good. Everyone involved showed that they cared about the client as well as the company. Clear expectations were set in advance and there were no surprises.

Hired these guys out to perform a bathroom install for me. The initial quote was sky high and involved some very aggressive sales tactics, but I refused. They later came back with a somewhat high, but much more reasonable offer.The work was completed well, and I have no issues with it.I DO have major issues with Mad City sending an email out saying that they pay for their reviews. They asked me to give them a 5 star review on Google and that theyd pay me for it. No thanks! Super unprofessional!

We had a walk in shower installed. The installer was very polite and courteous and did a good job. The shower door handles were ordered the wrong color and they were supposed to come back to install the correct ones. Two months have passed and they have not come back with the door handles. One shower door is still without a handle. Rather disappointing as we paid rather good money for what we thought was premium products and premium service.

We had Mad City install windows in our entire house a few months ago, and have been very happy with the product so far. We did have a slight issue after installation where some windows were harder to open, but after a tech was sent out to do some adjustments everything has been great since. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable, and the product is high quality.

Shower Tub installationTub and shower surround is nice and easy to clean. Shower head that I had to pay for is junk . Had to replace right way. Most disappointed in that they did not remove the moldy plywood - just installed over it. This also left a gap between the bottom of the surround and the floor after having the floor replaced.4/7/21 UPDATE: Owner response asked me to call which I did and no one had any clue why I would have been asked to call

I got my whole bathtub replaced, they did it all in one day and were very kind and cleaned up good before they left.

The first installer arrived as scheduled but was by himself and did not have a tall enough ladder to reach the second floor, much less the 3rd floor. They rescheduled the next day and arrived early and got right to work. They removed the molding carefully and made the openings ready for the new windows. One of the window openings was not square so the installer spent quite a while making sure the window was square in the opening and fit without any gaps or binding when the window slid to open. They cleaned up everything and did a great job.

I would recommend Mad City to everyone. They are very professional and the work they did was outstanding. Very neat and well mannered. When the job was completed they went and rechecked all the windows to be sure everything was in working order.. We had 11 windows installed and the price was way less than we imagined and the whole job was completed in 2 days.

Mad City did a fantastic job. They removed my old bathtub and tile and installed a beautiful bath surround. I chose Arctic Ice for the pattern. It is beautiful. Love the practicality of the easy-to-clean surface. The faucet and grab bars are attractive, too. I got the metal shelves, which I like a lot. Highly recommend!

The sales person that was here was to pushy. Kept comparing other companies. We hadtold him we had someone else coming. He kept it up and wouldnt bring in the samples for us look at .We finally told him to get out. we will not use this company again

I was quite satisfied with the work and the countertops. The installers were very nice and cleaned up well afterwards.

The installers that came out to my home were very professional and handled my install of 11 slider windows very efficiently. The next day, I noticed a small crack in the bottom corner of one of the windows. I filled out a ticket online and they called me and immediately set up an order for a replacement sash. When it came in, an installer spent about 10 minutes in my home swapping out the defective one and installing the new one. It was overall great service!

Did two new bathrooms in our home. Excellent job. Very professional installers. Cleaned up when done. Fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

We were looking for an estimate on replacing our front door, wrap, side lights, and storm door. They responded to our request by calling on a Sunday morning, took our request information, and scheduled to meet us at 7pm the next day. 11 minutes before our appointment, Mad City called to say they wouldnt come up for a single door, and they canceled our appointment.They didnt tell us when we scheduled that they wouldnt come up for just one door, they waited until we wasted our entire evening.

I absolutely LOVE our new walk in shower that was installed by Mad City Baths. I was very impressed with their professionalism, expertise and quality of the products used. The salesman who provided us with the quote was very knowledgeable and provided us with all the options possible without any pressure or upselling. The contractor who installed our new shower was also very professional and was able to complete the installation in only 1 day! After we used our shower a few times, we noticed a couple small issues with the shower head and an imperfection in the floor so we contacted customer service to report the issues. They were very helpful and sent someone to fix the issues in a very timely manner. They even followed up with us to make sure the issues were fixed to our satisfaction. We have been completely impressed and satisfied with Mad City Baths from start to finish. We highly recommend them if you are looking to upgrade to a walk in shower.

We had a walk-in shower to replace our tub. Im in a wheelchair and my husbands eyesight is not very good. We hated getting into our old tub and didnt feel safe. Our new shower is so easy to get in and out and have a feeling of security getting into and out. We would highly recommend them.I was very impressed with their installer putting in our shower head slide. He worked with me to find the right placement that would work with me.He was very patient with me and wanted to make sure I was satisfied.

We had a great experience from the start. Met the team at the home and Garden show. Set up an in home visit where they presented their product. We ended up agreeing on a new Patio Door. Ordering what we wanted was very easy and smooth. When it was time to install, they were on time and professional. The finished product is beautiful and everything they said it would be. Thanks for everything and look forward to doing new windows next.

This company came all the way across the state to install windows for our home. The representative didn’t push us to buy their product, he simply told us what great quality windows their company had. The installers did a fantastic job! They replaced all the rotten wood around the window frame and made sure each new window was installed properly and sealed correctly. My husband and I were so impressed by the windows and service, we had them come back and replace the rest of our windows for our home and even had them replace our doors.

Had a shower and a bathtub replaced and love them both. Would use again for other projects.

After seeing commercials on TV and speaking with someone at Sams club about windows and possibly siding. We scheduled an appointment to have them come out, we were thrilled about being able to do windows as well as getting financing for the siding too. That was when everything went downhill, I gave a 3 star rating because the installers did a great job...I would give them 5 stars if I was able to review the parts of service separate. The communication was terrible and inconsistent we requested a certain set of days so that someone could be here, the scheduler told us what day they would do it, did not listen to what we were able to do or try to work with us, she was very snotty and rude...not a good person to be the voice of and represent their company. No one communicated with us that they were waiting on things and everyone was telling us a different timeline, when we would call to inquire people were either rude or just plain not helpful. We finally got a time that worked and there were more issues with lack of communication...the siding insaltallers were supposed to follow after the window installers and they didnt even show up and no one called. No one was communicating with anyone, we had to call and they sent out another crew who came late on Sunday so were not able to get done, this whole thing was supposed to be done Friday-Sunday...they finished on Wednesday. We asked them to be done by 3pm each day so we could sleep, we worked nights and they were getting done around 7pm. There was supposed to be a 6-7 guy crew and there were maybe 5 when they showed up and then there was only 2. When we called upset about the overall service we had to leave a voicemail in which no one ever called back even when there was a threat of legal action for not doing as they were contracted to do.The finished product looks great and the installers were all wonderful. The other parts of the company need to work on their communication. We would consider them for other projects but not unless communication improves.

I had 3 new windows installed and they are beautiful! Larry was very efficient and cleaned up afterwards. The color matches my indoor wood very well and theyre beautiful from the outside too, I love the trim color. Street noise diminished as soon as the windows were installed and IO cant wait to see my heating bills this winter!

I appreciated Mad City Windows quick response time to questions. They had great suggestions for replacing my windows and the installation took only one day. I have noticed a drop in my electricity bill too, which is always a plus!

I scheduled a appointment for my bathroom. The quality seemed good but the price was more than I was looking to spend. High pressure sales techniques and I didnt even get the Amazon gift card they advertise all about. Hard to trust a company that breaks the first promise they make. I wouldnt recommend
