I’ve been going to this Walmart Vision Center since 2010. John had been great although not there anymore. Patrick and Tina are great and on point. Great sales and excellent customer service. Both have a comfortable pleasant demeanor. I get my prescription by Dr. Gary in the mall and bring it here. My glasses are better quality and only 1/3 cost of the place in the mall. They have one year warranty included in the cost. I usually get a free case and free glass cleaner with each pair I buy. I recommend this particular vision center.Update: Tina and Patrick are great.I was not impressed with the doctor that performs exams at this location and I prefer Dr. Gary in Greentree Mall.update: different attitude from staff.update: must have an appointment. Tina said Patrick in pharmacy dept. now. he willbe missed. Tina cordial and friendly, there is a huge selection of frames.update: Nancy is nice and remembers my name. She knows how to fit my glasses. i’m very happy.

I have been going here for 15 years. The employees are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The prices are also very reasonable.

Nancy is great! The rest of the staff are very good also, but Ive been coming here for several years and she has always taken care of us.

They did an eye test then told me I had cataracts starting.measured for glasses, when I got the glasses I could not read or distant and fell off my face. I went back in they bent the ear piece and said that would do it, then said the bifocals were unlevel and adjusted that, came home same thing, went back got a new eye exam and in a weeks time I guess my cataracts were so bad glasses wouldnt do any good. Came home and went back a fourth time and ask for a refund. A fine example of dishonesty,any thing to make a sale, glasses were not measured right thats why they fell off, it shouldnt of took four times to get honesty and get my money back.

Great place to get glasses! Theyve cleaned and adjusted my pair of glasses every time Ive asked. Wonderful staff!
