I’d like to be patient with the current circumstances and the store having to be closed but there should be better signage. Several people are walking through the parking lot confused because there is no sign that this location is closed until you get to the door. Also the sign blocking the drive-through has outdated information that you can do curbside pick up but you can’t. It’s been like this several times.

Definitely one of the best Starbucks in the area. Very nice interior and some of the nicest staff I’ve encountered. I also love that they are open much later than most Starbucks these days. They clearly are busy with the drive thru, but they work hard to be quick and efficient. Thumbs up!

Im a little irritated. This is the second Starbucks Ive tried ordering from today.. This store had the drive thru blocked off. I can see workers inside, and Google says they are up till 9:30pm. But the door is locked. So I call and their dinning is closed for the rest of the day, and they will be opening the drive thru at 6pm, well it was 5:37pm when I called. So now Ive gotta wait or over 20 minutes for a freaking coffee.. It better be good... Oh and look at that, I cant even order ahead. RIDICULOUS!!

I just visited this location this evening with my girlfriend on a study date. Matt was extremely polite and charismatic and definitely made the atmosphere feel very warm and welcoming. The music was wonderful and the chatter of the employees made rhe place feel dynamic. Would definitely visit again sometime soon!

My wife loves the PSL this time of year! Always something good to eat and drink at Starbucks!

Drive-thru lane is terrible. It backs all the way around into the parking lot and while I was in the line a man came out and punched his fist into the trunk of my car because he wanted me to move my car instead of asking me to move politely. I’ll probably never come to this location again because that was a really scary encounter and I honestly thought the man was going to shoot me or something because my car was in the way…….

Everything is perfect when I do mobile order but when I order drive through my drink is always sloppy. I pay a dollar extra for my sweet cream on my drink and they skimp on it every time when I go through the drive. Kinda irritating...

OK everyone knows how much I love a good latte )pepermint non fat with extra whip cream) but I have been to this location a few times and it is not the best Star Bucks. The lay out is hard with the drive through and when I have been you couldnt even park if you wanted to because the drive through cars block all the spots. Who thought of this?

I dont really go to Starbucks for the coffee, I go for the study environment and the atmospheric noise. I find that I am able to concentrate for longer periods of time and have enough counter space to have several textbooks and a computer out. I also like that most every starbucks location has a large table that can seat about 8 for the larger study groups. That is not common for a majority of coffee shops I visit.

I had a gift card, ordered a sausage and cheese, blueberry oatmeal and grande almondmilk flat white honey. My food came quickly, but 4 people that came inside and ordered after me got their drinks before I did. Only 1 had regular coffee. I was a few mins late to work waiting and while I understand the hectic mornings, Id appreciate communication and more of an effort to get me my drink before 4 other people after me got theirs. I only went to spend the giftcard and am happy I didnt spend my own money to wait so long. Honestly, I am unlikely to go back if I have to pay my own money.

Ordered a Caramel Brulee Latte twice from this location and didnt get what I ordered. It tasted like French Vanilla coffee. No caramel sauce or whipped cream. Which I specially asked for.

Starbucks does a good job at customer service for the most part. They try to move people along pretty quickly so at times you need to slow them down so they get your order correctly. Friendly people.

I just came to this Starbucks at 10am this morning after Muskego was randomly not open... the line was huge!!! So I went inside and I was treated very nicely. The guy who took my order his name was James, he had a cap hat on and he was working the sandwich warming machine. He asked how was my morning and I said good, then he asked if I had any plans today, I felt wanted and welcomed. When he asked for my name I said “erica” and he asked how I spelt it. Normally every Starbucks I’ve been to has never asked how I spell my name. It’s the little things that go a long way. I think James deserves a raise, he was always quick on the food, the drinks I didn’t get till 10 minutes later but some of the other co workers were chit chatting. James needs a raise for his politeness and hardworking!!

I waited in line in the drive through for 15-20 min with about 4 cars in front of me on a Sunday morning at 8:30. This is not unusual for this Starbucks- whether you are inside or outside. If I can, I go to the Starbucks in Target or the one up Moorland on Greenfield. Many times, at different Starbucks if the wait is this long they offer a free drink coupon or at least an apology. On the positive my order always comes out correct.

Always fast, always friendly. I like the food options--plenty of low carb items. Egg soups bites are really good! I love paying for the people behind me in the drive through, and Im not the only one. Always use the app and rewards!

Probably one of the prettiest Starbucks out there. The outside looks really nice and very modern. The inside has nice green tiling on the walls which looks very professional and upscale. I like the natural light in there as well. Clean bathrooms and nice staff, too.

I went to this location yesterday as I was taking my dog for her rainbow ride before heading to the vet. I was greeted by an extremely nice cashier around 10:30 a.m and removed my glasses to tell her about my situation. I ordered 2 coffees to go and asked if I could have a puppuccino for my dogs last ride she was so incredibly sweet and kind as I started crying. She offered me a sprinkle cookie to go along for my dog. It truly warmed my heart. You really go above and beyond to make someones day even in the worst situations. I wish I was able to get her name but I truly thank her from the bottom of my heart! Thank you!

Love starbucks. Love the staff at this location. But the parking is horrible!!! Many times we have left without going in, because there is nowhere to park.

Waited 15 min in drive thru for one cup of coffee. Confused on why it took so long as there was only one car ahead of us and one person in store. Workers seemed to be frantically working so are they getting app orders? If so, they need a better system as that was ridiculous

This is a nice and friendly Starbucks. Today I was greeted warmly Welcome back! after visiting a few days ago. They are cool with us playing Pokemon Go there, important since its a Pokemon Gym, and the only place locally thats had the EX raids.

Best toasted white mocha around!! I’m a little late-this was months ago- but I had to tell everyone anyway! Lol I’ve gotten this same drink at two other locations and they completely recked it!!

I never drive or come through New Berlin, but i did today to grab coffee before my business trip. I had a Barista named Justin (i believe) who was great. While my coffee was being prepared, he spent time talking with me in the drive-thru, asked me about my day, my trip, and even told me to come back and tell him about it. It really made my day. I will go out of my way now to visit this location for sure!

Love the store but the air conditioning was way to cold. Seriously it was a warm summer day but I bet it was about 65 degrees in there. I had sandals on and I couldnt wait to leave because I was so cold. Please warm it up!

Unacceptable service. This morning I waited in the drive-thru line for roughly 20 minutes, then after paying was informed they did not have several of the items I had already been charged for. This is not the first time this has happened. I opted to be refunded for the menu items they did not have, and as a result I was late to work though would have been later had I waited for the alternate menu items to be prepared. It is unfortunate that the management of this location doesnt provide their staff with the appropriate tracking of inventory they require to do their jobs well. The staff is always polite and courteous, but slow and continually off-track with inventory. I recommend finding an alternate nearby location for your coffee-related needs.

I have become disappointed and disgusted by Starbucks, period!!! The employees are not kind or personalble. The bathrooms are dirty which makes me think the drink and food prep isn’t clean either. The employees are more concerned with each other than their jobs. Starbucks is over paying these whining immature people. Starbucks age discriminates and won’t hire ‘normal looking’ people.

This is my usual Starbucks. I like it a lot, the staff is great, and the quality of my food and drinks is top notch.The only thing holding this place back is a horrible parking situation in the morning. The lot is very small and if the drive thru gets packed (it always is) then the parking is be even worse.

I had a delicious Grande Lightly Sweetened Chai Latte while I waited inbetween movies down the road. The staff were very patient with me loading up the app and very friendly. The environment was so pleasant that I didnt want to leave. Thanks for giving me a pleasant place to relax.

Every time I come to this location, my drink is incorrectly made. I very specifically say what I want because of past experience at this location and its still never made right. Not only is my drink not right, but I have to wait at LEAST 10 minutes in the drive thru almost every time I come, no matter what time of day. They begrudgingly offer to make my drink again but I dont have time to wait another 10 minutes. The reason I say begrudgingly is because the older lady that often runs the window seems to be put out when I point out that my drink doesnt even LOOK made correctly and she tries to argue that the drink was made right. I dont know best practices or the systems, but when what I asked for isnt even on the side of the cup, how is it justifiable that she argues with me, the customer, over the drink that I just waited 10 minutes and paid 7.20 for? I would not even give 1 star if that was an option.

Frankly not as good as it once was, the push button machines are not as good. However, the nitro cold brew is excellent.

I got a Venti Strawberry Açaí with lemonade and it tastes like straight up water, I also ended up getting a Iced Chai with almond milk, and they some how got a Iced Latte with Chai with “Almond drink”Every time I go to this Starbucks 80% of the time they mess up one of my drinks.

This place is amazing! Staff was so nice and courteous!

Today: 6 cars and waited 17 minutes in drive-thru! Yesterday: 4 cars and 11 minutes in drive-thru. I will say that today, 2 cars up ordered 4 drinks, but this is too long for a drive-thru wait. And they should really consider having a limit on drive thru drinks ordered per car. I have seen cars hold up a drive thru line for 5+ minutes because they are ordering 6+ drinks for everyone at work. I think anymore than 2 drinks, order them in advance through the app or create a separate line inside and separate station for anyone who wants to order more than 2 drinks. That way they can all hold up each other.

The drive thru service is really slow and its hard to drive in their parking lot because it is so small that cars can barely get out when the drive thru is back up. either work efficiently in the drive thru so this doesnt clog up the customers parked in the lot or get a bigger lot
