Had a bad starter. Rich thought it might take a week or two, but he ordered the starter, received and installed it all in 3 days! the price was pretty good as well! What a great experience! I would recommend Rich and VZF Racing in a heart beat!

I would never take or recommend this business paid him in advance got nothing but excuse for over 8 months having to take him to small claims court to get my money back. Plus found out he never worked on my bike. Please beware. Hes a con and a lair

The owner is phenomenal, service is quick and great. He is fairly priced and does the job correctly. If he himself cannot he knows a plethora of people in similar fields who can help. He is only person working and still keeps work flowing at a great rate. Willing to meet/work after hours to help out military guys. Highly recommended.

I just purchased a TAO TAO Motor Scooter from Rich at VZF. I called him Monday 1/21/19 to inquire about the Scooter. He immediately called the distributor and got the models and color in stock. I went to the shop, picked out the Scooter I wanted, and he immediately ordered the item. He called me Thursday 1/24/19, and we arranged for delivery on Friday 1/25/19. The Scooter does not come fully assembled but his shop assembled the item and filled it up with gas. Rich called me Friday morning, picked me up and we went to the shop. I got my insurance, went to License the Scooter and returned to the shop. He put the Scooter in his truck and took me home. He went over how it operates, and told me to call him with any questions. I used to work in the car busines, and this transaction was as pleasant and smooth as it could possibly be. Rich went out if his way to make me happy. I am more than pleased and happy. Rich did a great job for me. I highly recommend Rich and VZF. By the way he also services cars. They are located on Genburnie Rd in New Bern a door down from Jiffy Lube. Great people and outstanding customer service. Thank you Rich and VZF Racing.

Fast! On time ! has best products around! No over the roof prices like you would get when you go to the dealer! never had any problems with any of the 4 dirt bikes that i have owned and they have worked on! Never have i seen any bad dirt bikes, scooters, atvs or cars come out of there with any problems ! over all best place around!! A++++

Getting the job done that I needed.

The whole lot is full of trash. There is no decent scooter on this lot. they will not start they will not run and he cant find the keys. what a way to run a shop. half of them look like some one dumped them all over the sides. This is a trash shop that sell run down scooters. the seats are torn he was not able to get a signal one of them to run on the whole lot. while i was there i even had a customer complaining about a scooter he bought and cant get parts for it. This is a junk yard.
