Jimmy Reuter was very helpful in upgrading my IPhone 6 to IPhone 13! Being that it had been a while since we changed he explained all the benefits of new phones without being pushy or rushing me. I have never interacted with such a terse, negative, and demeaning salesperson! I was interested in purchasing a new phone and switching to Verizon. She spoke in such an impatient and abrupt manner, I could barely communicate my thoughts and needs. Once she determined I had a Tracphone, her dismay was glaringly apparent. She kept demanding to know what my budget was and I kept insisting I didnt have a budget, just wanted to know available plans. Then she insisted I needed to know what phone I wanted but wouldnt listen when I told her what phone characteristics were important to me. I finally told her, I guess I should do more research at home and come back when I had a better idea of my needs and budget. She agreed. I then drove the extra 45 minutes to Best Buy and happily spent over $500 with an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable Verizon rep!
Emily has been most helpful. I saw 3 people before I saw her making 3 trips and she got it fixed and then some. Very kind, patient to a person who is not very technologically inclined. Absolutely a great and helpful experience!!!
Charles is the person to go to. Very professional and expeditious. He will help you get exactly what you need and is genuine in doing so. Brooks took considerable time while attempting to fix my phone but it was defective. Usually salespeople take c advantage of these types of situations, however, Brooks didnt try to sell me something until I said I was ready.Then, he helped me find a phone that would meet my needs as well as give me the best financial options.Brooks took the time to help familiarize the new phone as well as tell my husband the best local eats.If you need help with a phone or shopping for a new device, see Brooks. Jim Reuter- Great service, I was in and out in 35min. Upgraded to a new Note-20 Ultra, Salesmen explained everything in great detail so there would be no surprises. Dont go to Verizon corporate store. They dont give a Sh!t.

Sent my nephew here to purchase a prepaid device. And only a prepaid device. To put on an already active line that he had an active sim for, and the sales rep tried to get him to add a while new line to an account that wasnt even his. Called my mother in California demanding her pin code ro access her account. Was hostile over the phone with my mother. And when she tried to explain that all he needed was to purchase a device the rep said that was not possible when. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL PUT FRAUDULENT LINES ON YOUR ACCOUNT TO MAKE A SALE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES WITH 0 INTEGRITY JUST TO GET THEIR COMMISSION. THESE EMPLOYEES COMMIT FRAUD!!!

In the past I had not had a great experience at this location, however, the stores customer service has greatly improved. The sales associates were timely, attentive, and courteous. Doug was our sales associate. He helped us order our new phones, got us on the plans that would be most sensible for our family, made sure we had all the discounts we were eligible for, and then stayed late to get our phones activated! Unfortunately, he did such a good job, that if I have any problems, I will be blowing up his phone for help! hahahaha!

My husband Michael and I went to the local Verizon store here in New Bern because my battery was dead, and I needed a new phone. My husband was not going to get a new phone. We worked with Tamika. By the time we were done she showed us how we could both have brand new phones, for just a couple dollars extra a month, we never felt pressured, she was a joy, very personable, spent a tremendous amount of time with us. Went over all the basic sales items, did not try to sell us anything that we did not need. She did all the setup, took care of everything, and by the time we walked out we had working phones at 4 ready to roll. Could not be happier.

Went in for more storage and ended up with new phone! My service tech was most helpful, helping this older woman understand the features of this phone. It is an upgrade of the old phone, with better camera and lots more data storage. LG Androids are my phone of choice!

We have been buying cell phones for many years and with various companies. In those years we have had some excellent sales representatives, but none comes close to Waldo Alicea in the New Bern NC store. Waldo possess the ability to listen, discern and respond to customers needs guickly, satisfactory, and professionally. Waldo needed all those skills in helping a customer from hell - me. He spent much time and in a awesome way made sure my problems with my phone were solved. In my book Waldo Alicea is the best of the best!!
Incredible place...best Verizon. Store better than corporate stores..better deals..more attentive sales staff..walked in there 5 min to close to get a cable...they treated me like it was middle of day...no hurry at all...ended up sitting down past close and got a deal on a new line of service and saved $50 a month..and got unlimited data!..☺️
Amanda went above and beyond to make sure we got the best plan for me and my wife she stayed an hour later just to help us.Took our daughter back the next day and again she stayed past her time to get off and helped my daughter get her own plan which in turn helped us. Went back on Sunday the next day to get screen protectors for our phone she and another coworker stayed behind 2 hours to put screen protectors on our phone and help us with other things we needed. Amanda is funny and outgoing she will have you entertained the whole time you are there.

I just bought my new iPhone and I have to tell you that as a 60 year old lady I have a fear of new phones! Martha Garbarino makes the whole process SO EASY! No panic attack for me today!! She made sure everything transferred and showed me how to use the phone...several times! She walked me through the facial recognition and all the other features!!! She has made it all effortless in her friendly, calm manner!! She is the BEST!!!

We went in to the Verizon store in New Bern, NC today to get help with our data usage and to inquire as to when we would be eligible for two of the three phones we have with Verizon to be upgraded. Our rep was Stuart and we were extremely happy with our interaction today. We were able to upgrade both of the phones and he patiently and thoroughly explained all of the upgrades and changes we made to our bill. He also helped us with an upgrade to our childs phone who is away at college. Stuart made this entire experience most pleasant - he is an asset and brings a lot of class to this Verizon location. My experience at the Verizon store was very good as Charles was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Thanks for hiring him. One of the others reps offered to help when I went in to pick up my phone, but when he heard I was picking up a phone, he declined helping me, informing they work on commission so it would be better to speak with Charles. That was very disappointing. Too bad they can’t all work together helping each other help the customers. Now THAT would be refreshing!
Went in to upgrade. Dealt with Nick. He was great. Knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service. I ended up adding another line and getting a tablet. If you ask for Nick Cuba you can’t go wrong.

Walter was great. I called the store to check if the phone I wanted was in. It was. Told Walter I would be there in 5 minutes. I walked in the door and he had the phone waiting on his desk. Total time in the store was less than an hour including appropriate upsells. Thanks again Walter!
Had a great experience with Cellular Sales and Nick Taylor. He helped me port over a iPhone I had purchased with no pressure to upgrade. His knowledge of not only the phone but the auto chargers and cables helped me make the best choice. Most of all, if I have a question regarding my service or my phone he is always quick to get me an answer. I know he has a good number of customers but he makes you feel like he is always working for you. Even now that I live out of his area, I will travel back to work with him.

Daniel was very helpful. He spent a lot of time with me. He waived the restock fee because I did not understand the original sales person. He is very knowledgeable.Daniel just spent an hour at my house trying to fix my router that would not connect to my new iPhone or my iPad. He got my me iPhone connected and also installed my Life Proof case on my iPhone. You should be so lucky to have more employees like Daniel. He is definitely a keeper.

I recently purchased a new phone from the Verizon Store on MLK Blvd in NEW BERN, NC. I have to confess that it was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I have ever encountered. I was greeted by a very pleasant sales person, Leigh Ann Simpson, and she knew all the right question to ask, concerning what I was interested in purchasing, as far as a phone and my service options. She communicated with me on a level that felt genuine and understandable. My experience with Leigh Ann and the entire staff at this Verizon location was exceptional, and by the time I had completed my purchase I felt like someone actually cared enough to listened to me and recommend ways that I could use my phone in coordination with my computer to run my company!
Ashley was very helpful 😊 and knowledgeable. She fixed my phone, informed of a way to get a better phone and told me who to contact about my poor signal at my house.

Having so many issues with the refurbished tablet my aunt bought while she was up visiting. The tablet stopped working as soon as she went back to Arkansas. She had to take it in her local Verizon store to exchange it. Not only that, now Im being told that her plan was not adjusted to lower her monthly payment like the representative touted. Her bill wasnt touched according to her local Verizon store in Arkansas. But the guy was quick to claim he could lower her bill, this and that. I forget his name but he was a prior Marine and wore glasses. Shes extremely unhappy with the service.
Probably the least helpful they could be. The first time I went in to suspend one of our phone lines due to my husband being deployed and they told me to proceed I would need our user code. The employee did not made eye contact, looked at my chest the whole time and basically informed me my husband should have taken care of it before he left (which is none of Verizons business). I returned with the code for them to tell me that I need to call customer service and they could not help me there.

I bought an iPhone for my daughter from this store. Unfortunately I did not read the contract thoroughly. Now to upgrade this it must be paid in full. That is not what I was told by the salesperson. So buyer beware of the contract you are signing. I assume the salesperson got a higher commission for this contract.

Ive tried many a time to install tempered glass protectors to my phones and Ive failed Everytime. I called them up and even with it not being their protector (bought from somewhere else) they said just bring it on in, we will help you! Now THAT is great customer service
I came to this store with an issue of a slow performing phone. I have only had the phone a few months. I spoke with the in-store representative who tested the phone for himself and experience my problem. He, then, troubleshot up to his ability and then referred me to Verizon Technical Support. Through Verizon Technical Support guidance and the in-store representative hands-on examination, he learned there was a damaged part within the phone. It hindered the SIM card from functioning properly and reduced the phones performance.The end result is the phone working like normal, and I do not have to purchase a new phone to get my old performance.Both the in-store representative and the Verizon Technical Support member were knowledgeable of the product and the functions of its various features.I leave much happier than when I came in. Hopefully, I will not have any problems in the future.
