Triple 5 star service! I had knee surgery and could not get to location to pay bill. Was able to get assistance from Neremise who went above and beyond and came to me to help all get resolved! This is great customer service ! Thank you Neremise and Cricket Wireless New Carrollton

My visit was awful. I was a victim of false advertising.Be aware of Rachel & the skinny dark skinned store manager. They are manipulative .

Steven was a huge help for me getting a new phone. He had provided me with a wireless charger, something I never experienced before. He even walked my family and I to the door. Great customer service overall!

My last visit to Cricket Wireless left me less than pleased. I did not receive the usual five star service I have grown accustomed to. The associate seemed like he didnt wish to be bothered and the sooner he got rid of me the better. A stark contrast to my previous visits. And not up to the high level of service I expected.

This is the only Cricket Wireless Store I go to, Everytime I go, I accomplish what I need and enjoy a great interaction with the staff there. The Assistant Manager is a friend, and that came about strictly through my interaction with her about a year ago when my mom and I went to get new phones. Another employee Im cool with is Kevin he is so funny were always enjoy dealing with him.

I could possibly save more with another carrier but we are not interested in a contract at the moment. One of the staff members recognized our son was challenging. I think he said he has or had prior experience working with kids like him. His additional effort is what keeps my business.

Sorry it wasnt my intent to leave you one star. I was trying to get rid of it from my notification and somehow one star was clicked that is why you didnt see any comment along with the rating. I am currently giving for stars because as Cricket store I couldnt find what I really needed but the help and service that you provided was excellent.

Samantha did an amazing job! Store is clean and my experience the with the staff was really wonderful, only store I have been to in years that has excellent customer service.

I went to the store to look for some phones and information on there services the young lady that help me was very rude everytime i ask a question she keept on talking to me with an attitude i felt that she didnt want it to help or answer questions that i need it she kept telling me that the store was closing at 8 but when i check my clock it was 7:44 she was rushing me to ask fast because of the time very unprofesional very rude dont know her name but shes tall dark slim girl

Building is compact but friendly, seats inside as you wait your turn. Free parking, armed security personel and good customer service.
