I visit a Wawa at least once a day on average. Enough said. Great company. Well organized. The only bad decision Wawa has made has been streaming in commercials through the sound system, especially out at the pumps. Please, for a short while you used to keep music playing 24/7. Listening to commercials WHILE shopping is a real downer. We are already here shopping. We dont need to be programmed. This decision seems so uncharacteristic from Wawa because theyve always seemed to do what regular people would want...it really bothers me. Lol

Grabbed a cheesesteak and being from Philly it wasnt bad...not a Philly cheesesteak but id eat it again...staff was very friendly

They took the wipes and hand sanitizer away from the kiosk, which should have been there pre and post covid, they are usually dirty, I bring my own wipes. It gets a little hectic at times but they always seem to make the customer matter by opening up registers. They can do better with the custom salads, or the freshness of them.

Driving through the area my wife and I stoped here to fill up on gas. After filling up the receipt was unable to print and had to thus go inside to get a copy. Upon going in there was a line of approximately ten people and only one register open, more people filling in behind me. Being around noon time and in an apparent heavily busy area, I feel one register is quite unacceptable. Also, the point of paying at the pump is to get what you need there without going in, so receipt machines should be checked regularly.

The ladies in the morning are the best!!! This is the best Wawa hands down when they are working. Don’t know there names but they are always pleasant and the food be good.

This is the dirtiest Wawa I have been into in a long time. Bathroom looks run down and dirty, doors In And out of bathrooms dirty. Floors really dirty and worn. Relatively newer wawa too. Very disappointing.

Mobile orders all a mess,, cant give stuff to the right people.. If theyre this disorganized at 10 am, I cant imagine coming here during a lunch rush.

Told the lady that the hot chocolate was not working if she can take a look at it. With an attitude she said if thats the case we done have any. All she had to do was open it up and adjusted the nozzle from where the chocolate pours too common problem at wawa. Lazy employee

Only got air on this visit. In a five mile stretch along route 40, there are three Royal Farms and two Wawas. this is the only one with a working air hose.Thank You

I’ve been coming to this location for months, but there is one woman who works here who stands out among everyone else. Her name is Sara, and she is always friendly and kind, keeping her composure despite chaotic morning rushes, and getting all the customers through as quickly and respectfully as possible

Horrible experience at this location today Friday 1/17/20. The wawa employee making my sandwich did use any of her food serv or osha training skills. 1st she didnt change her gloves after wiping the food prep table off, then pulling on her clothing, wiping her forehead, making nose snorting sounds with open sores on her arms. I rather starve then eat here.Wawa Corp you need someone at this location ASAP.

I usually come here with my daughter because she loves the Wawa food, but the staff preparing the food seem to always be in a foul mood and very unpleasant to deal with. Even if you are nice they are always rude

I don’t understand the lack of quality control here.Consistently my order is wrong and missing things I’ve paid extra for. I’m not exaggerating that every time I come here something is wrong. Sandwiches missing meat and cheeses. Coffee wrong, or even with grounds at the bottom of my cup. Rolls missing from bowls and soups. Sandwiches not toasted. I don’t think I need to open and check my food before leaving, apparently I should be.Today was my breaking point. I got a Mac and cheese bowl with meatballs, parm, and a roll. The meatballs were undercooked and still cold with nearly no sauce, there was no parm or roll. It looked like rinsed off, half microwaved meatballs were thrown into a bowl of macaroni.I understand working in food service is exhausting, but this just isn’t acceptable. There has to be some kind of base line in training people how to deliver the same kind of service with every customer. What are the options in fixing this? And I supposed to drive back and complain at the register? Who fixes this stuff?I don’t want to direct my frustrations at the wrong person, but there needs to be some accountability here and solutions to make sure this stops happening. A good management team makes their employees want to do a good job and holds them to the company’s standards.I hope this quality and consistency issue gets fixed, as this is the closest and most convenient Wawa.

I had to work today. Our cafeteria isnt open. I decided to get something for lunch at this Wawa. I work in Wilmington. I opened my sandwich just to discover mold on it. I called and the person who answered the phone was like well bring it back and well make another. Okay I am not leaving my job to go all the way back there. They said bring it back when I get off. When I get off work I am exhausted. What sucks is I ride the bus home. So now I will have to catch 2 buses or catch a bus to this Wawa then walk home. I live on 273 by TD banks. The representative did not apologize for my inconvenience. She acted like how dare I call and complain about mold on my sandwich. Or big deal mold on my sandwich. I wont go to this Wawa again. I will just go to my Wawa on Airport Road. I will take a picture of my sandwich and update this post once I get off. I am at work starving. You really think I want another sandwich.

Currently there is trash every where outside. Which in general makes the place feel dirty. The inside is clean but not immaculate like it used to be.

We really like their coffee​ and we get in & out very promptly.. the only complaint is this location get overcrowded and parking lot is a nightmare.
