Excellent ophthalmologist and very friendly and helpful staff. I have had numerous eye exams done here and was extremely pleased with the way Dr. Frederick explained everything to me. Staff has been very helpful in selecting my last 3 pairs of glasses here. Highly recommended and prices are very reasonable. Couldnt be more pleased with this service.

Very unfriendly staff. Not worth the lengthy wait to have your phone call answered or even be waited on when you have a appointment. I will not go back. Wish that I had gone anywhere else.

I called and was left on hold for over 20 minutes, James and a random female answered and kept giggling while they repeated appointment processwhich does NOT end in an appointment. They explained that you can get an exam, but they give u your prescription on a card and you make an order for the glasses on a RANDOM website! While still giggling

Doctor was great but Ive been in there 3 times and no one feels the need to acknowledge that your in there. It takes 20 seconds to say Ill be with you in a few moments. Instead on every occasion Ive been in they look you right in the eye and just go back to what they are doing without saying a word. The third time I went in I just walked out after 5 minutes of no help or acknowledge of my existence.

Worst customer service ever! The staff was so rude no one acknowledged me until I said something. Horrible will not ever go back! The only nice person was the Dr.

The staff was competent and polite.... Dr. Frederick was pleasant and thorough......it was a nice experience.

My appointment was scheduled at 2:15, I arrived early incase I had any paperwork to fill out. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I will never be rude under any circumstances so when they told me they will be with me in a few minutes I politely nodded. After 15 minutes she finally handed me a clipboard and told me to fill out the first page, I finished in 2 minutes. I again waited another 15 minutes to do the pre exam. As she told me to wait again until the dr called me back, I dreaded her words. There r six employees in the office and I have now been here for an hour waiting on one doctor, maybe hire more doctors? I am extremely unhappy with this as a paying patient I will never come back to Walmart for eye care ever again!

Staff is so rude. Horrible experience

My daughters glasses were broken they helped her find a frame to put her lens into until her new glasses came in. Then it only took 2 days for her new glasses to come in. And they have a huge selection of kids frames with very affordable prices. This will be the only place that I will take my family to for contacts & glasses
