They where short staffed because of it being a Saturday but was able to help me with getting a Battery much appreciated for that

I had excellent service here. They were able to help me with my emergency situation of a flat. If you have trouble getting tires for your foreign/ high end cars this is the place to go.Edit. Just learned they will not work on any modified cars for anyone who does performance or visual mods.

Courteous and quick. Take time to explain differences and schedule time fairly (do not overbook). Vehicle is done close to time predcted.

I love the guys here, everyone is polite and friendly. And the last two oil changes, I had issues paying, first I had to use 2 cards and cash. No problem. Today I had to give the card to my other half and the desk guy got everything set so I dont have to delay my schedule. I dont know if I can go anywhere else.

Highly recommend!! After being told I had transmission seals leaking by another repair shop, and getting a quote of approx $1200 to fix and flush my transmission, Best Buy mechanics took the time to find the true problem. There were no seals leaking. It was just the hose which they fixed quickly and for under $100! They even asked that I bring my car back in after about 1000 miles so they could reinspect and make sure there was nothing else leaking! I also bought 2 tires from them. Nicki taught me how to check the tread and gave me much better tires than the dealership did 1 year ago when I replaced all 4 tires (and again, much cheaper)! They have earned my business forever. Honest and very nice people to do business with.

I walked in with a screw in my tire, very happy with there customer service! I was surprised how fast they got it done. I also witnessed them go above and beyond for a customer. They had to wait for a part to arrive so they offered the customer a ride home and to pick her up when they completed the car. Way to go Best Buy!

I recently went to NTB in New Lenox for an oil change. That resulted in waiting 2 hours, my engine cover falling off a few weeks later and being told I had $1600 in repairs needed. I knew better that they were trying to scam me. I did have some work needed to be done on my car, though different then what NTB said. I had no heat in my car, low tire pressure, needed a new battery and a tire alignment. They let me know I didn’t need a new battery and only had a nail in my tire so an easy fix. They repaired my heating and did my tire alignment all within a day. They called me a few times to keep me updated and explain the process needed for each repair. Clearly, they were not here to scam me but help me understand the process and in result the cost. I am so grateful I found a place where I know they are here to do the best work they can and not take advantage of me. They have a customer for life and now my family is too. Thank you!!

Theres a reason Bill and his team has been in business at there location for so many years. Bill was in constant communication with us letting us know what was wrong with our van. He explained what needed to be done immediately and what could wait for a little while longer along with tell tale signs if those things got worse. Very happy with their work, knowledge, warranty, and communication. Do not hesitate to trust them with your vehicles.

I have been coming to Best Buy Tire & Auto for years now and they always deliver top notch service on the car and for the customers. Ive given them some doozy problems and they always get it solved. Just today was a stuck gas flap. I thought frozen, but the solenoid piston actually had broken. They got it opened 30 minutes before closing when I did a walk in on them. Ill have it back in next week for a full repair.

I do my hair there with Natalie and she is the most professional and delicate person with the hair besides being an excellent person and she is a love with my kid she is super attentive and knows how to take care of the hair that is difficult and is quite damaged by previous hightligs I recommend them

I came in with an issue, they were busy but took a look to verify I didnt have a safety issue then got me in the next day. After 3 shops prior to them couldnt find a reason for my problem, they spotted it in 10 minutes, invited me to see it for myself and quoted me reasonable prices to repair the issue as well as other things I asked about. Very professional.

Ive tried to get work done here a few times. They wouldnt mount my tires on my rims- warranty issues, im told.I tried to get muffler swap. They didnt feel like doing exhaust work. 3 guys sitting at desk BSing.Try elsewhere. google maps is wrong- they are E of Spencer.
