I took my car to them after I was rear ended. They have a brand new beautiful building and everyone was so nice and friendly. They called enterprise for me so I wouldn’t be stranded without a car. The repairs took less time than they originally quoted me for which was great and they kept in almost constant communication between weekly calls, text updates, and the link to see the cost and status of my repairs. Picking up my vehicle was beyond effortless. I simply parked my rental handed them the keys and drove off in my vehicle. My car looks brand new as well. I think they did an excellent job!

They need to not accept vehicles when your vehicle sits in there for over a week. I am really disappointed with this business. The services are usually good and fair. The last time I was there they were nice and understanding. But they take so long just to get parts for the repairs. Please don’t accept vehicles until you have all the parts for labor

They did an excellent job fixing my car. They we’re friendly, professional and kept me informed of their progress.

My front bumper repair required a TON or different parts. Some that were missing got ordered and replaced but the beat up and miscolored other parts got left on. So my new bumper looks like a patchwork of old an new parts and I cant really say it looks great. I would have loved the option to get it all blended.

Will give a full honest review if they ever make good on the claims theyve given me.

The service was good, but my repairs were not my trunk wont close and though they have a lifetime warranty on their parts i travel a lot so bringing my car back to be fixed for something that shouldve been done right the first time just doesnt sit well with me.

No one really likes to go to the body shop, as that means youve been in a wreck and/or youre about to shell out some money on a repair. But I had such a great experience with this shop that I was compelled to write a review of it. Jason is who I worked with and from the start, he was up front and honest about the options. He kept me informed of the work they were doing and sent pictures to help explain what required repair. In the end, the finished product was brought back to new condition and the total cost was very reasonable. If you need body work, this is definitely a place worth considering.

So to be honest this morning I was extremely mad with this company. Last night I was planning to pick up my truck this morning and I had not realized with the corona they reduced/took off leaking hours. So I called first thing in the morning and their voicemail and said that they were open today even though their website did not. So I started calling them like crazy and they called me back a few hours later saying that even though they are technically closed today that somebody would be there till noon. I started heading over there I got my vehicle everything looks like it checks out. The employee was very friendly I would recommend this company.

Crash Champions New Lenox did a wonderful job on out 07 Cadillac DTS. The replacement bumper and paint job looks terrific. They even helped on fixing a crunched tailpipe. Our car looks new again! Crash Champions is awesome! They texted me a step by step as the repairs were being completed on my car. Amy is everything! Jason is great! And they gave me flowers when I picked up my car! Yay!

My car was hit by a bicycle and needed a rear gate, bumper and glass. This place was recommended by Geico and seemed to have decent reviews so rather than shop around I went ahead with them. It took more than 3 weeks to finish my car. (Remember my car was hit by a bicycle not a Mack truck). When I called, I would hear the same story, we need another couple days, a couple days would go by and we’d hear another excuse, bad bumpers, diagnostic tools, paint not good enough, etc. until at the third week I told them I was picking up my car finished or not. If it wasn’t finished I was going to take it to another shop to finish the work and I told Geico I would be doing this. They agreed. Long story short, they took forever to complete the car, it shouldn’t have taken more than a week. No real follow up from anyone at Crash Champions, sounds like business as usual there. I’ve seen other reviews with the same excuses they gave me, so it’s nothing new. If you have Geico insurance, shop around before agreeing to use their recommended provider, I had a good experience in the past with Service King. As far as the work is concerned, I will post an update once I have a chance to review the work done.Update 12/8/19After a very long wait, the work performed was very good, no quality issues, car returned in excellent condition. The poor review was for the time it took to complete the job and lack of follow up. I updated the review from 1 to 3 stars.

Car returned all fixed and in super clean state both inside and out. Amber at front desk is pleasant and keeps you informed of repair status.
