A joke. Somehow the price of silver dropped from $25 per oz to $23 oz between my getting out of the car and walking through the door. Then the weight of my sterling silver bowl dropped from 15.5oz to 14.5 oz. What a coincidence! Last but not least, the clerk explained that since sterling is 92.5% pure silver, she could only offer me $15 an oz because ... you know .. 0.925 * $23 = $15...Dont waste your time
