I seen the vehicle I was interested in online on a Friday evening. My sales consultant Steve put the vehicle on a 48 hour hold so I could do the financing. (I live a couple of hours away in Pa) he called me with my approval and rates. Monday I went and purchased. My purchase went well nothing exceptional or spectacular, however the service after was! The finance woman and my sales consultant both reached out to me multiple times to make sure I was happy, received my tags, receive my requested touch up paint pen.I get compliments on my vehicle everywhere I go and when people ask what dealership I tell them it was totally worth the 2 hour drive. Hope to be back in the future for the next vehicle
Jim was a great rep. He helped me get the car I really wanted. He worked his magic, and Im very thankful. The car is running great as well. Everyone that I had interaction with there were all great. I personally dealt with Lenny and Christine. I traveled from Connecticut a few days within eight days to New York and New Jersey and no where did I find any employees in any dealerships that I went to with this much professionalism. They extremely knowledgeable about every in and out of my car buying experience. And answer any question I had with the upmost patience and and honesty !They each have their own responsibilities in the dealership but I can’t recommend these two enough the funny thing is I decided not to purchase a vehicle there and believe me it’s not for any reason that anybody reading this review should be worrying about what you need to worry about is you will not be wasting your time and this should be the first place you look for when trying to buy a vehicle in that area!! Even if you decide not to buy a vehicle there you will definitely be satisfied and content. Lenny and Christine are very genuine and sincere as they are trying to help you throughout your ENTIRE process! They were not like other places where they try to get you in through the door and hit you with surprise fees and unnecessary more fees, you will know exactly to the decimal what everything is going to be when you get to that point! best wishes these guys were awesome

It was my first visit after one year of Jaguar f pace ownership. Not bad at all and only for a software update. New facility is spacious and comfortable. People were very courteous and I was able to work while waiting and have some fun looking at new vehicles. SVR is a real looker. Car was cleaned spotless inside and out.Great visit overall.
Jaguar Land Rover New rochelle has very helpful and courteous staff. Everyone there is always very willing to help. My Fpace was serviced quickly and car was delivered nicely washed. Only wish the dealership had more of a loaner car availability. Will happily be coming back for next service.
The best car buying experience that I have had. I bought a used 2017 Cadillac Escalade and the price and condition were fantastic! I had been looking for over two months for a vehicle priced fairly and in good shape. The communication with the dealership was fantastic and the whole process went smoothly. To put this in perspective I bought this vehicle as an out of state customer. The dealership is very experienced in how to handle these sales and the whole process from beginning to end was a pleasure. Purchase with confidence.

My wife and I were in the market for a new car and liked the F-Pace which we found at Jaguar New Rochelle. We were dreading dealing with a dealer after our last experience with another dealership (Audi). I had started a conversation with Lenny, who was very friendly and responsive, and schedule a test drive. When we showed up he had the car ready and was pleasant to work with, even though they were in the middle of moving the dealership.. We didnt get the slimy salesman pitches or pressures that we got at the previous place and decided to take the car. We then got to meet Tamatha with Customer Services to finalize all of our paperwork. Again, she was great to work with and was open and honest about all options and fees that were presented to us. The combination of both Lenny and Tamatha made the whole process very comfortable and painless. My wife, who normally dislikes dealers, came out saying Wow, those guys were really good and I actually liked working with them..This was hand down the best car purchase experience Ive had yet!Thank You Lenny & Tamatha!

I have had service appointments at the Jaguar Larchmont location. My Jaguar vehicle is always repaired correctly. If the repair takes more than a day they always accommodate me with a rental vehicle. I always receive great service from service guide Johann Berry. I am treated with the utmost respect and he has been honest about repair needs for my car. Great service experience!!! I will go back to the Jaguar Larchmont dealership if needed because of Johann Berry and the service I received.

Waited 4 years to get my vehicle back.I go back because the undercarriage cover comes off and the gentleman that’s in charge tell me that it cost $300 to get it replaced.Now I think it’s time to start doing legal actions Because I waited in the extensive Time to to get my vehicle correct and today is December 24, 2020 and is still not correct.
Despite receiving my vehicle with two bad air and take filters, the car was in good condition and provided service after the warranty period.

Ultimately didnt end up buying from this dealership, but as I was gathering information as an out of state buyer, Lenny Curtis was just great in providing all the information I needed to make a very well informed decision on the I-Pace I was very interested in. Lenny was very responsive and very helpful throughout my process. That I ultimately chose another I-Pace due to vehicle options at a different dealership was a bit of a disappointment since I was so satisfied with the service from Lenny up to that point. I would definitely return to Jaguar Larchmont/New Rochelle in the future.
There’s honestly many things that went wrong the last time I went to the jaguar dealership in Larchmont for my yearly service. It was a Friday morning. The first thing I noticed was that only 1 person (who confirmed he was hospitalized a few months back with corona virus) had on a mask. Not the sales people, not the receptionist, and not the other service people wore masks as they entered in and out of the dealership. Something was very wrong with this! After my service was complete, I didn’t receive any paperwork showing what was done to my car nor what we discussed. I was really just sent on my way as the service advisor gave me a business card with a non working number and said call him if I needed anything. I learned it wasn’t working because when I got home, a noise under the car made me look to see what it could be. Something looked off but not certain, I took a pic and attempted to reach out. Unsuccessful, I went out the next day and while driving, the belly cover of my car detached partially while I was driving on the highway (inhibiting me from driving safely at highway speed). Now stranded on the side of the road at 1:00 pm on a Saturday, using a number on the website, I called the dealership for help and was told by Brandon in service that 1. They couldn’t send anyone to get me because they would be closing in 20 mins and 2. That if someone could get up under the car (on the side of the road) and pull the belly cover off and put it in the trunk, that I can then drive to Larchmont for them to put it on a lift and reattach it. I live in Brooklyn and was in queens at the time. Not only did he never come up with a solution or even try to assist me, but he never even recommended that I call Jaguars 24 hour roadside assistance. To add insult to injury, I was never given a call back after leaving multiple voice messages before and after speaking with him. I had to be the one to keep calling to speak to someone in service. Bottom line is I’ve never received such horrible service from any other dealership. I’ve driven Mercedes and Lexus and received exceptional service. I expected much better from Jaguar. But I have an appt this week. Let’s see if they fix the problem because right now, I’m driving around with the belly cover attached by zip ties, which another service advisor said “works just fine”... as if I should be ok with this and I bought a $45k vehicle. I’m not ok with that.

We’ll let just say this he is a great example of outstanding customers service that most establishment is lacking these days. He went above and beyond to get me the F-pace I wanted. I will be a recurring customer from now on. James is knowledgeably and kept me informed every step of the way. If you go there try and see James you will be taken care of.
Picked up an XE on 11/29. I dealt with Jim R. and I was able to cut a deal on the same day I went in. He was patient and handled my requests very professionally. And I got a great deal! Awesome service. I had a great experience. My boyfriend also picked one up a 2 months before and had zero complaints as well!

If you have service work to do on your Jaguar I would strongly suggest you consider a different dealer. One who stands behind their work and one who doesnt challenge client words. My Jaguar locking system worked perfectly. Bring it for new key. It is broken afterward and need new part. According to the service person the fact that it broke at that very moment is purely coincidental... And who knows if in fact it wasnt even broken before....? If you would rather avoid being accused of this, pick a place that is more respectful of the client and the brand it serves.

Great service and a great bunch of guys who handled my purchase of an F type effortlessly from across the country. They met my budget directly even though it was ambitious, and made the paperwork a breeze.
If I could rate this dealership 0, I would. I bought a new car on 12/23/17. The car had problem and I tried to reach the dealership in order to return it or exchange it. The General Manager never called me back, neither did the Sales manager. They do not answer my calls, period. Meanwhile the oil is leaking and the car cannot be driven.
Horrible!!! These people are the worse do not go to this place, they will waste your time. Went to sell my car, I got a offer and spoke to the salesperson on Wednesday. Supposedly their corporate office gave them the value of my car. Drove in a hour of traffic from NJ to NY paid tolls and waited for the salesperson on friday at 10 am, got there sales person was late and when he did arrive he said that his manager cannot take the car because the Manager is not there and he went on Vacation till sunday. Why would they make me come on friday at 10am and knew he wasnt going to be there. I even received an email about confirmation of my appointment. Then on Tuesday I received a call from the sales person saying that his manager cannot take the car because they LOST MONEY on the other cars I sold them three months previously. So nothing but lies, if corporate gave an offer on my car why would the manager then say he cant take the car? Bottom Line, big company with morans running the stores, Unprofessional and a WASTE OF TIME. They may have AUTONATION on the name of the store but Management is no reflection of the company. A simple No we cannot buy your car instead of wasting my time. I can only say that probably buying a car is even a worse a experience. I even spoke to the manager on thursday and he knew I was coming on Friday at 10 am. Do not go to this store they will waste your time and Management even worse hiding behind a desk or office without the courtesy to talk in person. A Monkey can probably do a better job, just add Manager as his last name.
