My services experience at Pepe, Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle is predictably perfect.The outstanding scheduling, reminders of my service date, followed up with reminder, get this, of “my” service department provider, Maria, who follows my car service start to finish, text me to tell me my car will be ready at 4:30, not just today, but for the last two years. Way to go Maria!! My GLK loves you.The service kicker, is always the latest loaner. I requested a GLC, GOT IT. Hello.My car was ready, waiting, washed up, and serviced, perfectly.Thank MR. Horrible. All they want to do is upsell. One driver but yet they claim to offer a pick up and drop off service. My car was dropped off at 730 am the first appointment. And I didn’t receive a notification about “additional” services needed until 12:00. Which means in that entire time they didn’t even start my car that’s just how long they took to tell me that they think I should do more than what I came for. I missed my court date, and my doctors appointment because of this. If we are going to pay all this money for our Benz don’t waste it on the Benz of New Rochelle 👎🏾

I stopped by without an appointment and I was welcomed and had a sales associate help me right away. His name was Christian DePalma. The BEST DECISION I ever made! I had previously looked at few other dealerships and I definitely noticed the difference in costumer service. Christian had me test drive about 5 different cars that I was looking at, I was not rushed or pressured at all. He took the time to explain the different features with me for each car. I ended up buying E class 300 in polar white/ black interior, night package and it was exactly what I was looking for. I came back the next day to pick up the car but had a wedding that day so when I came in the morning EVERYTHING was literally ready for me ( and I am from CT, so I am sure it’s extra work for that to register and all). If you’re looking for a car, you must go there and ask for Christian, you won’t be disappointed. He made it all so easy! I love my new car!! Great looking show room but be weary of their service department! Greatly overpriced and that is not just coming from me that’s actually coming from one of the people who represents the company in their service department. They have a waiting area that offers complementary beverages and snacks, but when you see your bill, those complementary beverages and snacks are very much paid for by their clients. Mercedes is an excellent car this is my second but as far as service is concerned, Unless it’s covered under warranty I would never go there.

I never thought in a million years I would walk into this dealership, just searching and leave with a GLC 300 2019 with $0 down. Mr. Jason Valentine ( salesman) is the truth. His spirit and his energy was great from the beginning. Nothing but honesty in his eyes and voice. I cried three times before I actually drove off. Thank you sooooo much, Jason. ASK FOR JEREMIE! He breaks the stereotype of a car salesman. He gives incredible service to his clients. Jeremie did everything in his power to ensure that my Certified Used car was in the best possible shape before picking it up. This dealership will not put a car on the lot if its not in great shape. The car looks brand new after they did the touch ups to the exterior. He is very easy to get in contact with if you have questions, he is friendly and fun to talk to, knowledgeable about everything Mercedes, and most importantly got me a great deal on the car... a very reasonable and fair market price. Worst experience ever. Robbed me of my 25 thousand I put down. Left a part loose that caused a blown engine. Because it took 5 months to breakdown they are not fixing my car thats covered under a warranty. They get paid for warranty work and they still wont help. During a pandemic. Be careful with them. Horrid experience. 26hrs and nothing was done to my car. Bad communication by Rich and Mariana and I was lied to throughout this experience. I am back at my AUTHORIZED Mercedes mechanic for over 20yrs. Got an engine flush and oil change in less than an hour. Representative that assisted me the first time i came to service my vehicle was very informative and helpful. I actually wasn’t due for a service at that time and she was very honest with me. Today Kevin Valentine the representative that assisted me was not very helpful or as detailed as he should have. I requested a way back home when i set the appointment about a week ago and i was told i would be accommodated. Then i get here and they say that i don’t have that option. Very disappointed with the customer service. This is the closest Mercedes Benz dealership to me. If it wasn’t i honestly would not ever come here again.

On July 1,2021 I filled out MB finance form within an hour I was on the phone with finance officer Mr.Garcia very professional NO B.S. he “listened” to what I was looking for we spoke briefly about finances and possible payment within a few hours I was at the dealership speaking to salesman Mr.J.Rodriguez I told Mr.Rodriguez exactly what I wanted color exterior and interior AMG profile he match exactly what I wanted all financial transaction were accomplished smoothly with absolutely NO B.S. I took delivery of mine car several days later Mr.J.Rodriguez took the time to explain this beautiful car Mercedes Benz C300 4Matic...with absolutely no problems I was waiting for the usual salesman B.S.IT NEVER CAME....from beginning to end ALL staff members I came in contact with all “PROFESSIONALS” I recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to purchase a vehicle without the hassle and usual b.s. from dealerships...

I didnt get anywhere when I asked a salesman about a car being custom made for me. Maybe because the salesmen maybe dont get anything from that? Who knows, but not a good look from any car company when someone shows they can care less about what the customer wants. Im sure the owner would be quite upset if he knew.

I got my 2020 amg from here. This is my second time using the service department and i’ll admit i was very frustrated in the AM because there were no loaners available. I got a flat as soon as i started leaving the new rochelle area. To make it up they dropped me off to work in white plains and picked me up. To me that’s going out of your way to provide exceptional service! Dietel Vogel was super friendly and MB knowledgeable; he should be in sales not in service! 👍🏼👍🏼

Im not someone who leaves reviews often; with a schedule as busy as mineI just simply dont have the time to–but I have to make an exception. Ive worked with Jennifer and the team at MB and they are incredible. This is my second time buying a vehicle with them, and I will never buy another car elsewhere; they simply are the best.Just for context, the first car we purchased was for my wife which may have been straightforward, but the car purchased this week was most likely far from it. I own a company based in NYC, and one of our work vehicles suddenly died on us several days prior to a job that would have required it. I message Jennifer who instantly responded to me despite it being 9pm. I told her my predicament, what I needed, and she told me that she would take care of everything; she did exactly that.I had very specific requirements regarding our needs, and she addressed every single one of them. In literally 24 hours, she was able to find me the exact vehicle we needed, she had finance handle all of the loan details, and had the vehicle prepped and ready for me. I couldnt have asked for more.Not only was Jennifer amazing, but David in finance was great, as was the other David who was the sales manager. Its obvious that everyone part of their team is passionate about what they do and they truly make buying a vehicle an enjoyable process. Prior to meeting Jennifer and the team at MB, buying a vehicle wasnt exactly making my list of favorite things to do. An embarrassment to the Mercedes brand. Took my girlfriends car for a service and will not be taking it back there ever again. We left the car to get service and it took over 5 hours, we then called to ask if we can head back and pick up the car, the women said she will call back in two minutes and hung up. She never called back. We headed there anyway because it was now 4:30 on a Saturday and they close at 5 and are closed on Sundays. We arrived.. they didn’t even start working on the car yet. While waiting another customer was having the same issue getting someone’s help. After leaving we noticed something was broken that didn’t even need to be fixed. A huge disgrace to Mercedes name.

I had been looking for a vehicle since December 2020 in the Maryland area and was not finding the vehicle that fit my style and budget. As I expanded my search, I found this cute little red GLA at the MB dealership in New Rochelle. I reached out to the dealership and Jennifer Magnan, my salesperson, responded to me the very next morning. In addition to calling me, she emailed all of the pertinent information about the vehicle that helped me to make a decision quickly. I flew to NY on a Friday, test drove the vehicle Saturday morning and drove my little GLA home Saturday afternoon. Jennifer took the time to explain the process to me including how they would assist me in securing an out of state registration; she even offered to get me coffee and lunch! The icing on the cake....Jennifer partnered with the Finance Manager to secure a better interest rate then my Credit Union offered me! This is my first MB purchase and I know it will not be my last. The negative car Salesman narratives are being shattered 1 sale at a time thanks to Jennifer of Mercedes New Rochelle.It was time for a new car. My 1st stop was Mercedes Greenwich, the Salesperson was a breath of fresh air but they didnt have anything that grabbed me, next stop was BMW Greenwich, keep in mind i told myself i wanted a BMW but my baby (theyll always be my baby) brothers wanted me to get a Mercedes & i tend to follow their lead in certain things. We got to BMW, i could tell the Salesperson was a wonderful human being but wasnt very personable & being a Salesperson myself i was ready to leave because there was no connection. That was on Saturday, Monday we crossed the border & went to Mercedes of New Rochelle where we met the very professional Jennifer (what a joy & an amazing experience it was) Jennifer respected our budget, did a splendid job explaining the differences, made recommendations based on what i told her. We end up spending almost double, i was ok with my budget but once again my brothers made an executive decision that i belonged in something better & theyll cover half the cost🤗If we had a question Jennifer didnt have the answer to, Jennifer would let us know & seek the answer for us. We left feeling like we knew Jennifer because she asked questions, built rapport & every perceived problem i came up with she would address them & find a solution. For my first Mercedes-Benz, I kept a real open mind.. thinking that Mercedes was expensive and I had the thought of buying another Jeep. I was a referred to my Salesmen Peter from a close family friend. Although, I really should use “Advisor” because he always pointed me in the right direction. I was nervous to change my vehicle. I wasn’t sure if I should remain a loyal customer with my current model and take advantage of the many discounts you receive when staying with any company or make the leap to Mercedes. All I will say is Christian DePalma. A simple phone call and he makes you feel at least and secure you want to switch. I never had such a seamless transaction when purchasing a new vehicle. I researched several dealers to ensure I went to the correct one so I wouldn’t regret my choice and thank you google search. New Rochelle Mercedes is amazing. My car purchasing experience at MB New Rochelle was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I stepped foot in the showroom a few months ago, to the day I took delivery of the car, and even the following days after that -- Jeremie, the sales consultant was right there to help out.Jeremie was incredibly knowledgeable about the MB cars, he took his time listening to my needs and explaining different features, comparing the various models benefits/tradeoffs, and discussed considerations above and beyond what I was expecting. I never felt pressured to go with one car vs. another or even go with MB and he gave me space to work through decisions.After test driving numerous Mercedes Benz cars and other brands, I was confident in my purchase of the GLC43 because of how well Jeremie had articulated the considerations with the automobile and how that mapped to my needs. After making a decision on the car, I had decided to go with a custom build and placed an order for a car to be built to my spec.What really blew me away was that when all of the auto manufacturers factories had to shut down (including MB) due to COVID, Jeremie was right there to help me secure a car already built to similar specs that I could take delivery of sooner. Believe it or not, I think I actually like the car we found more than the one I ordered! Though the final delivery was done atypically, with PPE [masks, gloves] and social distancing, it was such a great experience and such a bright day.Overall a 10:10 experience with Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle and 10:10 with Jeremie! I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for new car to not hesitate for one second to go here.

Worst experience here !Went on a Saturday afternoon to have an estimate from body shop, they took pictures and told me they will call during the week !Waited 10 days ! After three phone calls and leaving several massages with no answer, I talked to the supervisor! He told me he would call me back in couple of minutes for follow up ! Well, It’s been three days now ! Nobody called!Since then, I had two estimates from two other Mercedes Benz in WestChester!Hideous ! Waste of time!

I went to get my car maintenance and to get my rear wipes replaced with the parts I was advised need replacement in a previous visit at the same location. First, they have a promotion going on for maintenance in big signs in their consultation area but my assigned advisor was charging me full price. I had to ask for the promotion and the advisor said oh, is there a promotion going on? Like this sign is in your area of work, and has been going on for a few weeks, how can you suddenly forget about it? Also, when I was waiting for my car to go through maintenance procedure, I asked if they put the rear windshield wipe and again, he forgot. Then when I got my car back, they took out all the visible surface, plastic part of the rear wipes and ruined my motor. Then they had the audacity to say oh we can’t put the parts you bought because your motor is broken. My motor was working, the only thing that needed replacement was the plastic parts. Instead of asking me if I want to leave the old rear wipers on, they took it off and left my car bare. So my car wouldn’t look bare, I told them to put the new parts which is the same parts of the old parts they took off. They said we can’t do it because it may break the glass. So you can take off the old parts off but not put the exact same parts back but just new because it’s going to break the glass? So why did you take off the old parts in the first place? They did a mess by ruining my motor, said it was already broken and got rid of the evidence so I had nothing to back on. This place is a mess. Never going back.

The more things change they tend to stay the same. I havent been at this location for quite some time because I havent had any issues with the used E class I financed from here . I had to go in just to check on my warranty status because I have a bubble on my tire. I approached the service desk and as usual the gentlemen was kind and he remembered me after about eight months how is that for valued customer? The previous service advisor is no longer with the company so I have to deal with a new guy great. I will make this short and sweet. I had leased an 2019 a220 Mercedes-Ben which was being used as a loaner car before I got it, so I had got a good deal. When I got the car it had a scratch on the driver side window and the projector wasnt functing the right way which they noticed as well that they took care of with no issues. Now I had the car about two month and the service light came on. I contacted the service department and they said the car needed to be serviced and that I would had to pay for it. This was a big shock, I had said how if I just had the car about two months I am not paying for anything. I was put in contact with one of the manger Mike and he was able to to rectify the issue. I would just like to thank you again for helping me out a few days ago with the car. It was really appreciated!👍🏿

When I walked in to Mercedes of New Rochelle I thought I was going to have an amazing experience, because of the brand and the culture that it represents. When I walked in I was greeted by a young woman who was very pleasant, but it all went downhill once the sales representative came into the picture. The sales representative selected to assist me was rude, forceful, and unwilling to assist me. I felt as though he was upset with me though out the whole encounter. I felt as though I was being judged based on my appearance not sure if I was being judged because I was a woman or because I was black. He attempted to ask me questions as if the information I gave him was a lie, I decided to ignore his behavior and continued with my inquiries because I wanted pricing information. When he realized I was not willing to make a purchase at that time he seemed to warm up to me slightly, and I felt as though he did not want me to purchase a vehicle. As though I was not worthy enough to purchase a vehicle of this caliber.

Tamzin is really nice and very helpful. But the service team lied to me, they said my engine has cracked and it would need to be changed and it’s going to cost me a lot of money, I went to another place and they fixed my car for free and said there’s nothing wrong with the engine. They charged me for what to check car and lie to me about a problem that doesn’t even exist? Then they try and sell my a brand new car. They tell me my car is worth $3500. When actually it’s work $13,000. James isn’t helpful at all. He doesn’t know what his talking about. We had a meeting with him, every question we asked, he didn’t know the answer and had to go over to a different desk and ask someone else. I’m not ever going back to them. But I’m definitely going to make a complaint.

Currently sitting in the dealer, waiting now 3 1/2 hours for a simple tire change under warranty, and a tire replacement.Got here at 7:40, watched car get pulled into the shop at 8. At 9:30 I’m called to look at a crack in the wheel. Not even touch the tires to replace them at this point. But here’s the next joy. Another 45 mins later I’m told the tires I ordered aren’t in stock. I placed the order 2 weeks ago (10/09) and this was an appointment they made for me. I asked for a manager, and was told 5 mins later there was a mistake, they actually have the tires.Miscommunication of timeline for the service, unreasonable service time I’m actually waiting, some how not finding the tires I ordered, then suddenly finding them when I ask for a manager. But here take my 300$

A little late posting this but After purchasing the car here last year, multiple trips back and forth from this dealership. Seems like nothing was corrected. I went to another service center for MB and they found multiple things that were never corrected on pre-delivery inspection. I would think twice about going to get your car serviced here. People are nice here but not sure why they couldnt take care of customer who purchased their car there

I loved my experience at MB of New Rochelle. Kevin is one of the best salesman there! He is kind and patient. Initially, I came in there for a CLA 250 in a very specific color and he had multiple specification sheets ready for me to choose from for our appointment. I ended up seeing the C300 coupe and changed my mind. I was able to test drive the C300 and I walked away with the car within a few days. The financial manager, Sergio, was very organized and informative. After purchasing my car, I received a lovely gift in the mail. I really appreciate everything the staff there has done for me!

So i went in for a simple sunroof recall i leave and the head linner is all hanging off sunroof supossibly mechanic never touched the sunroof linning even though it was a sunroof recall now i had to explain to my dad that for a simple recall its gonna cost him 1500 to 2000 to replace the headlinner the car was mint i think i would have noticed the headlinner on my head on my way there give me a break...it was hanging in 3 different areas i thought mercedes takes pics of car before service but they say they only take pics of outside even if there doing inside work so i didnt even fall under the recall category so i basicly took a trip so it can cost me thousands...no thanks never ever go here again i will stick with pepe in whiteplains until the day i die and i was going saterday to purchase a new one for my mom but ill go to whiteplains....never again and let me add this was my second trip there for same recall cause i was supose to be in and out last month and waited a few hours and car wasnt even touched sorry about bad review guys but i expected more from a mercedes dealer

Just bought an E Class at New Rochelle Mercedes Benz. Negotiations were firm but fair. The dealers procedures to deal with our Covid 19 world were quite thorough. The managers ability to make the deal happen was very professional. Most of all my salesperson, Jennifer Magnan was very good. My experience dealing with Kevin Stephens at Mercedes New Rochelle was absolutely incredible. I was shopping around for months looking for the right car for me. After having no luck anywhere and not even receiving follow up phone calls from other dealers. I finally stopped in at MB New Rochelle. I went in feeling a bit hopeless and stuck in a car I didn’t want that was having a ton of issues. Instantly after the customer service rep at the front desk introduced me to Kevin my car shopping experience changed dramatically. Even as he stepped away to help work out a deal that fit my budget several other employees dropped by just to make sure I was doing ok and checked to see if I needed anything.
