Great service center

Good service overall given to vehicles. Sometimes they forget about appointments made, but they do their best to scramble and see you right away. Good shuttle service to the Metro North station for customers commuting into the city while their car is being serviced.

Very poor response times and customer service. Moreover the pricing is exorbitant. A battery and windshield wiper module replacement was over 900 dollars. When asked to explain why the price was not what was quoted over the phone, service manager was very rude and the other manager was useless to help both parties come to a reasonable resolution. There are many other places to take my car for servicing, I would suggest heading somewhere else for service.

No gimmicks, friendly staff that goes above and beyond. Anthony the sales rep that helps me is amazing.

I didn’t get service done but the person on the phone was very polite and honest with me I was looking to get some aftermarket work done and the gentleman was just honest with me and didn’t give me a long drawn out excuse like other places I called

Check or drop off experience people with poor attitude and did Not listen properly to what we told them to be fixed.Then had car for 6 days and no reason for delay or communication as why taking so long - enquirers on this matter met with simimar tone and attitude. Very frustrating.Pick up car not washed or cleaned and some work not completed due to not listening at the outset. Paid my $4k bill. Never going back again. Would not recommend anyone to use this place for service.

My Experience in this dealer is bad financially a truck on december 27 I have been around 4 months whit truck and it has been problem after problem and the most frustrated thing is that no one helping me at all tomorrow I will be early as soon opening to see who can help me, return that truck is the solution whit my problems whit this dealer
