They are incredible here. Even after the sale they always look out. I went in for service and Lamar was very nice. Took care of me with problem solved in an hour and some change. Told me what the problem was and gave me options on what I could do. Set me right up in the waiting area with coffee. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable enough to come back to him if I have any issues going forward .

Well I got my first car at 21 and the dealership I will to on 4007 Boston road in 2018 put me into a use car after putting down 9000 on my jeep Cherokee,I tried after a year to get out the use car went to victory Mitsubishi on Boston road down the block try to trade in my car only to end up with two cars in my name and two loans end up with a Voluntary repossession on my credit score after 4 years Nissan of new Rochelle not only got me out of a upside down deal that I thought no one could I really appreciate everyone who made it possible because going in there I was thinking let me see them work 😂 but I’m so happy and greatful they prove me wrong now I went home crying tears of joy because they did what I thought would be impossible I couldn’t use much Punctuations because I’m full with joy and I want everyone who’s went through what I have to know there is ALWYAS someone there to help may god bless them all😌 I’ve been paying to learn as a first time car Financer!! Ive waited till I drove 2000 miles after service to be sure the repairs held since my Nissan was in bad shape.All good so far.I was very impressed with the service as I was a drop in.All staff polite and helpful.. Comfortable place to wait.And they fixed things other dealers couldnt.When I searched reviews before going there, I was concerned by previous racist comment... But there was a very mixed crowd waiting for repairs and all seemed to be treated well.

They are racist. I brought my 2017 Altima for service and ask if I can get a courtesy vehicle and they told me they only do car rentals and it’s 40$ a day smh. They lied straight to my face..
