I can’t give enough praises to the whole Bra Tenders team. Vera doesn’t even need a measuring tape to work her magic! A well-fitting bra is basically life-changing and my mom and I both walked out feeling like new women. Ive never had a professional fitting and tend to wear my box-store bras until they disintegrate. Decided to do some self-care while visiting NYC and am so glad I did. The fitting itself was great. Judgement free, professional, fast. I expected the actual bras to have Perla level prices, but the ones I was shown were around $70. I was surprised that nude/black were the only colors - but then function means so more when youre wearing something 18hrs a day. There was no pressure to buy, but I walked away with 5 bras, including a strapless (something I thought was a myth along the lines of unicorns.) Excellent all around.

Wonderful experience! After unintentionally losing weight throughout the pandemic, I went in not even knowing my size — ENTER VERA! She promptly assisted with a proper fitting and pulled the best pieces for my frame. Professional, discreet and zero guess work! I’ll definitely be shopping here again.

I had a great experience yesterday at Bra Tenders! The ladies there were very knowledgeable and friendly! I have been wearing horrible bras since I was a young girl! I was sick of having the “gap” and the straps fall down my shoulders everyday so I decided to make a change! My new bras fit wonderful and they were priced perfectly!I will absolutely continue doing business with this company.

Stumbled upon the store by a Google search. I went in looking for shapewear and even though I should have made an appointment they were very accommodating. I worked with Vera who was so helpful. She did not stop looking until she found exactly what I needed! The only thing is that they dont except returns which made me nervous so do keep that mind. However, like I said she did not stop until we found a solution. Thank you Vera!!

Normally I dont like to write public reviews, but I think this time I should make an exception. I have social anxiety, and due to this, I was very nervous at the prospect of spending such a long time at a bra fitting, something that Im not used to as the last bra fitting that I had didnt take more than 10-20 minutes. However, Im glad that there was no reason for me to be nervous after all, and the experience was even fun!The staff was very friendly and helpful. Crystal gave me a lot of incredibly helpful information during the fitting and this was probably the first time that I got such a thorough fitting! When I heard my correct bra size, I was extremely surprised, and now it makes me wonder just how long have I been wearing bras that were too small for me! I was originally going to buy bras elsewhere, but the bras here were so nice and comfortable that there was no way that I could leave them, so I bought what I could today and plan to buy more in the future! Thank you so much for your wonderful services everyone!

Been shopping here for year, Cristal has helped me through so many life changes (wedding shape wear, fancy divorce bras) and twice yearly new bras. She always knows the perfect items for me through multiple size changes. The shop is in a gorgeous building, clean & lovely. This is the only place I will ever get bras from and I can’t recommend them enough!

Most comfortable bra I have ever worn. Also just the most wonderful customer service experience...Eddy helped fit me and she was warm, shared some of her expertise with me, but was also no-nonsense and to the point. These ladies know bras...they listen to you and make sure you get what you need: no bs and no up-selling. I wish I had gone years ago...would recommend HIGHLY!!!! Make sure you make an appointment!

Loved it. As a big busted woman I have long had troubles finding a bra that fits. I was just amazed at the thorough job done in helping me find the right size bra. I was assisted through more than 20 bras until the right size fit and cut that did the job could be located. It nearly brought tears to my eyes to have a properly fitting bra at the end of the day. Libby and crystal did amazing jobs.

I had a very nice fitting with Cristal. Not judge mental, just worked me to find the best fitted and most comfortable bra. There is no pressure to buy anything. I walked out with three new bras.

The lady doing the alterations for my wedding dress recommended this place and omg, it is the best. Be prepared to spend $$$ but for your big day - it’ll be so worth it. I know these undergarments are going to make me look my best. They even have a dress to try on so you can see what kind of shape the bras/underwear give you. If you need special garments or even if you just want super special service when buying a new bra - it is def worth coming here. Absolutely the best experience.

What an amazing experience! I’ve been to Saks, Bloomingdale’s, Victoria’s Secret and none of them understood how to do a fitting nor had the selection these guys have. Vera was amazing at knowing what I needed for various occasions, and they fit you for bikinis as well. This is the place to go ladies!

I had a great experience at Bra Tenders. Cristal was helping me find a bra for my wedding dress and she literally saved me as I was thinking of changing the dress as nothing could fit well. She is amazing, very professional, honest, fun and knows what shes doing. If youre going to Bra Tenders book your appointment with her, shes the best!

My fitting experience was fine, and while the bras seemed more snug fitting than the bras I was wearing, they felt fine for the couple of minutes I had them on in the store. It was the only bra fitting I have ever had, so I didnt know what to expect. After getting them home and wearing them for a few hours, however, I was in pain with deep red marks that have not gone away after three hours of removing the bra and are still tender to the touch. I also had cup spillage (for lack of a better word) after a couple hours of wear.

I felt ripped off by this place. The selection for my size was extremely limited. Wasnt all that impressed with my choice but needed to buy something so I wouldnt be charged the fitting fee. I wont be going back there.Edit: Yes, they did inform me - however it was only after I had already booked and was about to hang up that I inquired. If I didnt ask I wouldnt have been aware. That said, I was off on the size I thought I was and even the new size was limited.

Bra Tenders saved my life on the day of my daughter’s wedding. We couldn’t find the undergarments I had for my illusion dress. I walked in to Bra Tenders crying. This place changed my life. Ive been struggling with finding undergarments that dont pinch, chafe or require constant pulling and adjusting. They are super professional and dont balk at finding the right fit for anyone. I booked my appointment, my friends with A, DD and J cups all had no problem finding the right undergarments. I could not recommend this place more!

I didnt feel welcomed here at all! I made it maybe 5 steps in the store when a lady (who I found out later is the assistant manager) asked me if I needed assistance with something. No greeting at all. I then tell her what I needed and instead of walking me back to where the items were, she instructed me to stay at the front near the check out and she brought what they had to me. Im not sure if this is common to not allow someone to walk through your store, even if just to browse. I even asked the other associate if this was common place and she shrugged no saying Well theres really nothing back there anyway. This made me feel really uncomfortable as if I wasnt trusted enough to check out their selection of bras. They ended up not having what I needed in stock and the woman who assisted me said she could reach out when it comes in. I told her that was fine but I wont be going back. I would rather support a business that wants me there.

Incredibly dedicated service here. They will not rest until they find you the right bra. You have to make an appointment for a fitting and they charge you $$$$ if you dont show, but its free otherwise, even if you dont buy anything. (But you probably will.) Great for hard to find sizes.

This was my second trip, I had been there 3 years ago for a fitting, to get my proper size. I purchased 3 bras and 2 pair bottoms. I had been wearing the wrong size and with the correct sizes my jeans and dresses were at least one size too big. 3 years later and I wanted to add to my collection. Going in thinking I was the same size, but with Crystals help and patience we found that I was a different shape and needed a different style to hold me in. I am large breasted and am particular as to how my business clothes fit. After I returned home, I looked online to compare prices. I found that they were very close and realized that if I had not gone in for my personalized fitting, I would have purchased the wrong size and style. With proper care the garments have all held up beautifully.

They say that they can help ANY girl find a bra but that is a false claim. I have a small band size and big breasts and they did not have anything good for me. I then went to Nordstrom in Westchester and had the most amazing experience! I found not one, but multiple PERFECT bras and the lady who helped me their was AMAZING!DON’T waste your money making an appointment at BraTenders for a $100, just go to Nordstrom!

I had a fitting for support garments for my wedding dress. Cristal was so kind and welcoming to me, my mother and my MOH. The fitting room was spacious and private. Cristal first wanted to know about the dress and the style and really took the overall look into consideration when selecting choices for me to try. We started by fitting a regular bra which is something i’ve Never had done and WOW what a difference it makes!! Cristal was so patient and helpful, really listened to what I was looking for and treated me with respect while doing such an intimate fitting. Not did we find the shapewear I went in for, but I enjoyed the fit of the bra so much I wanted it as well and Cristal asked if I wanted to wear it out which was an absolute yes. Their sizes and styles are plentiful and the entire staff has so much compassion for what they do and the women they serve. I will absolutely be going back to continue to expand my wardrobe with their help.
