I really liked this place: even though it maybe a little expensive, the hot chocolate I took was delicious. I found funny the way they wrote Charlotte even though I spelled it to them 😂 (considering that Charolette is like Charolais, some kind of beef)

Ive always liked this Starbucks. I think its because it doesnt feel like a typical Starbucks; its not as big/open or modern feeling and the seating is limited. It makes me think this is the type of experience the company was originally trying to capture before if became the Dunkin alternative. Whatever it is, I love this Starbucks - cant wait to go next time Im in town.

Was not open at scheduled time. Returned later for coffee and got a cup filled with grounds . Very disappointing 😕 😞.

This location is lovely! The customer service is spectacular. I bought a reusable cup yesterday which the cashier washed for me before using. Even when I dropped my straw he didn’t hesitate to wash it again. Love it :)

Its a shame Starbucks is the front and center of this town (ideal location). All other businesses in downtown Newburyport are local. Starbucks does not belong here.Go to other coffee shops/cafes downtown. Although you may be paying a slightly higher price, the quality will be better than this and you will be supporting local small businesses that fit in here.

I needed a quick cup of coffee before playing a gig on the Newburyport waterfront. I would have taken even the worst cup of coffee, but Starbucks is my favorite - CONSISTENTLY GREAT - unlike the other big New England chain. Even though they were busy, service was fast, friendly, and courteous, as always with Starbucks!

Why bother to review a Starbucks, you ask? My answer: the closing Sunday night team at this Starbucks has got the hang of customer service and vibe. The music was on point (a little Nick Drake here, a little AC/DC there, topped off with some Zeppelin) and the drinks came out quickly. My caramel macchiato tasted like it was made with more care than usual. The place is clearly the town middle school hang but the layout is nice and it felt cozy, regardless of the gaggles of giggling gals. Its really nice to see a franchise location take what they do seriously and have fun while they do it. Go get em, Downtown Newburyport Starbucks.

The Newburyport Starbucks is the best one I have been to. As a regular, I know that going, my order will be right (to perfection!) everytime. Tim is absolutely wonderful. Has a positive attitude every time, and makes an effort to know your name.

Harrison is the best cashier I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. What a fine young man.

Its a pretty typical Starbucks, in a cool old brick building. I dont like the way people are meant to flow here, it doesnt seem to work all that well, especially when its busy

I am a regular at the Newburyport Starbucks (weekends and vacations anyway). I order the same drink (going on 16 years now). Today I was talking to one of the new managers (Meghan - May have spelled it wrong). I was complaining about a sore throat and she suggested I try a “medicine ball” tea. It was amazing and is the first thing I’ve found to sooth my throat in a week. I’ve already been back for a second. Thank you for taking the time and helping.

This starbucks has some really product savvy and kind workers. This morning I had asked a question to male barista about a coffee and he gave an excellent description, personal preference and a few other options and their descriptions. Him as well as his cashier counter part were friendly and greeted me with a smile even at the unpleasant hour of 6 A.M

It aint Dunks kid! Thats a win... its not Dunkin Donuts, ugh. Yes Starbucks is an obnoxious, over-priced, trendy international chain with often bland or borderline rude staff, but at least its not Dunks. You can get something that resembles real coffee here. Use the app and get a free drink once in a while. If youre a regular patron, it will equate to a couple percent savings over the course of a month.

As usually good place to have a hot/cold coffee or tea, and eat some breakfast. But this place quite small inside, sometimes its not possible to find a sitting place to eat there

Starbucks coffee does not disappoint, and neither does their service. Their food isnt to die for and they can get quite pricey, yet their coffee is some of the best in the area and around the country.

It is a nice place for beverages and food. It does not have a lot of seating.
