I rented the truck from the company, picked up at the Home Depot. Absolutely NO regrets! The costomers service on both ends were great; the truck was very clean. I will choose this company ocer Uhaul any day!

The trucks cost a bit more than I am used to. The trucks are worse for wear.

Amazing!The staff was very courteous and spent ~2 hours with me. I was expecting less than 10min of service.They showed me what I needed to know and answered all my questions.They did the truck inspection for me.They helped me load my car on the trailer.They let me leave my car and the trailer there until the truck was loaded.Then let me drop off the truck so I could pick it up just before I left town.They also walked me into home depot to buy a lock. Yes, its a little thing, but it goes to show the above-and-beyond level of service.Penske general:They let me change my rental twice with a minimum of hassle. (Admittedly, both times the change was good/neutral for Penske.)The truck was in good mechanical condition.The truck had cruise control, which made the drive much faster and more enjoyable.Things you should know:Penske rental is part of the rentals section of the store.Get the extra insurance. It saves worry on top of protecting you financially.To lock the truck, you need a lock with a large locking arm due to the lock placement on the door.The excellent mirrors make driving the truck easier than I had thought.

Dropped off a truck here with ease. Definitely recommend them. By the way the photo for this company is inaccurate and its really just connected to the Home Depot on the left side of the building.
