Great place to get groceries if youre in town and dont want to go to Walmart or Price Chopper. I recommend supporting local business by shopping here. Staff are always nice and always have a smile on and are willing to talk...Plus they have cute cashiers, thats always a plus.

Very nice, Ive always like Vista. They were very nice in trying to help find pricing on an item that wasnt priced and no one could find it anywhere.

For those who have the privilege to say that the employees and customers here are “nice” I envy you. My family, friends, and I stopped going to this grocery store because we can’t do something as simple as shopping without being discriminated against. My mother and I had a bad experience with employees, especially when we were in the deli section of Vista. We were waiting for MINUTES trying to get the employees attention while she took other customers (even though we were there first). The employee said “can you move?” And when we said “excuse me? We’re here to order” she looked shocked for some reason. For ordering deli meat? This is just one example out of many others. I will be taking my money and business elsewhere. Do better and educate your employees.

Food is very expensive! Fresh fruits and veggies, arent that fresh at all! Some of the staff are snobby.

I like that Vista has things that you cant find anywhere else in town! The prices can be a little high, but if you shop their sales its reasonable.

I love this store! No coupons, no store cards. Everyone gets the special prices! Great meat selection and prices. And the cashiers are a helpful and happy lot of gals.

Vista Foods Of Newport is a friendly local grocery store. It is a medium sized store in good condition, very clean. Plenty of parking. The staff is friendly, prices are average. They have some good organic options. They have a deli and meat cutter. A very large wine selection and a respectable selection of beer.

Friendly people. Not too small, not too big. Carry most of everything anyone might want. Excellent salad/soup bar which is great for a quick lunch.

Good meats here, with weekly sales. Prices are about average, but is a smaller store and easier to navigate than larger supermarket chains. Also has a very nice salad/soup bar with fresh ingredients daily.

It is a convenient location and close to my home. It was not crowded and most people follow the directional signs to make things easier for everyone.

A great local grocery that stocks all the foods used by the local culture. Other stores may not have the ingredients for holiday Staples but this one does!

This place has fairly reasonably priced meat and its really not a terrible place to shop their big drawback is lots of their employees can be less than desirable in personality and quality of work we generally shop one of the bigger chain stores like Shaws or Price Chopper
