It was rough at the beginning I got a few rude responses but anyone at work can get irritable especially when the work is difficult. They moved in my stove, forgot a piece but came back to hook it up when it was convenient for both parties. Went above and beyond moving in a huge refrigerator in my small apartment and I just admire the work ethic. Anyone else probably would have given up trying to get it in here. They’re decent people.

I ordered a bed set and it was supposed to get delivered today the manager claims he called me but I was at work and if we agreed 5-7 on Tuesday I would expect that no different so then I call the manager repeats everytime I call that the delivery guys where going to come tonight mind you I have a pregnant person who sleeps in the bed a night and have to sleep on the floor due to the unprofessional work that was done I never received my bedroom set and now my 8 month pregnant sister is sleep on the floor because of this

When you cant afford something right away they will try to find a way to help you

Son in law works for rent a center. On 2240 pine ave in Niagara Falls, n.y. just learned today that a co worker was diagnosed with covid. He has a 2 year old child at home with a heart condition. Co worker was not feeling well, but manager over that location threaten her job if she did not come in. By the way managers name is Anthony Q. He needs to be fired, he is playing with peoples lives because he wants to fill important and flex his muscles. -- Ms. Russell

I went to rent a center because I rented from them years ago and was completely happy with their service. Until I wanted to rent years later went to Pine Ave in the Falls. Had all my delivery and payment set I wanted to add a electric stove . She proceeded to tell me they wont rent the stove me unless I make 6 to 8 payments to them for my bed I said are you serious if thats the case I will be canceling my order . She said ok thats fine . To make a good customer take their business elsewhere is completely absurd and quite frankly unprofessional and a complete lack of costumer service on making their customers happy. Thanks for showing your true colors I will NEVER do business with Rent a center again.

My husband and I were going to purchase a stove and we were told it would be delivered a day later and it never showed up.... My husband called and he was told it never got put on the delivery truck... So he told the manager to forget it... Never again... If I could give 0 stars I would.........
