Awesome place to take your vehicle if you are in accident with an insurance claim. Michael and the staff helped us get the damaged vehicle to the yard, work with insurance company, and communicated with us through the entire process. I had an accident right before a big holiday. Mullins came and picked me up, got my car into the shop, and back to me before the holiday. They even went outside of their business hours to work with me. True first class shop that cares about their customers. Any cooperate owned company wouldn’t have done any of the things listed above. This family owned company has integrity and my business. Highly recommend.

I took my car to Mullins for an estimate to repair damage caused by a locksmith, for an insurance claim. Andrew greeted me at the front desk. I explained my issue to him. He came outside to look at the damage, and asked if he could drive it around back to one of the employees to look at. When he returned, within 10 minutes, they had fixed my car... AND WITHOUT A CHARGE!! Andrew saved me from having to deal with the ordeal of the insurance process and helped me out greatly!! I am very appreciative to Andrew and Mullins Auto Body! Thank you! We originally had gotten a quote for a three day process. Dropped off the vehicle and called four days later to check to see if it was ready for pickup. We got the response from a gentleman, “did someone call you and tell you it was ready or...?” Then proceeded to tell us that it would need to be kept through the weekend. We called the next Monday and got told it would be another few days. Our hands were tied because a third party was paying for the repairs. Three days turned into TEN. No one called us to inform us of any changes in the timeline, we were the ones to call for updates. Just an overall unprofessional experience.

Had my car looking like new. Even had a nail in my tire when I picked it up and they put a plug in it until i could get a new tire! Ron, Zach and crew are awesome. took great care of my care and me! highly recommend them.

This shop was recommended to me by another Tesla owner unfortunately, after Mullins was GREAT on the phone, they had issues getting our parts. This problem was all on Tesla. I spent MONTHS waiting for parts and was told on the phone we were still waiting.I kept calling and then finally got someone on the phone that said theyd quit working on getting the parts to fix the Tesla because the Tesla service centers were not cooperating and it was costing too many resources for them to do it.I TOTALLY understand that, but a call to let me know this would have saved me months of time. I wish Mullins would have called me to let me know they would not be able to help me rather than keep me waiting on parts.So, this review for for Tesla owners that seek to have body work done here. It never did work out and I was left waiting for months being told they were waiting on the parts.Otherwise, until then, they were very friendly and seemed eager to help at the begining.

Outstanding people here. I used Mullins before and they did an awesome job. I went in recently to have a minor issue fixed. They fixed the body panel on the door and did not charge a dime. These people are fabulous. Highly recommended!!!

My truck was smacked by a forklift in a lumber yard and suffered front bumper damage. Mullins worked directly with the insurance company from the lumber yard and had all the parts ordered & paid for by the time I delivered my truck for repair. Mullins worked directly with the insurance company & rental car company to provide me a rental vehicle for the 2.5 days my truck was in the shop. My truck was far cleaner upon return to me than when I dropped it off, too. In all that time, I called the insurance company once - - - all the other transactions were completed for me by the various agents at Mullins, the insurance company, and the rental car company. BY FAR, the best experience Ive ever had in such a situation.

Slow to get to you and slow to get done. Told me their backlog was 5 weeks. Since they only work 4 days a week one would think they could work the 5th day and catch up. Told me they were ordering parts beforehand. My car spent 2 weeks in the shop and then they told me parts were delayed and had to be painted. The parts that had to be painted were obvious and should have been ordered on day 1, 6 weeks prior. Quality was average to slightly below. Visible parts fit just fine. The fit of non visible parts was below average. Wont use them again.

Mullins is by far the BEST when it comes to collision repair. They are highly trained in the industry and are very helpful to get all of the ins and outs of getting your car repaired to pre accident condition. They come highly recommended in the area and are highly recommended by me.

Couple days ago the gentleman here helped me out so much. I dropped my truck of from overheating one night (after hours)while driving home at work. I had multiple friends speak very highly of them and so left my truck and got a ride home. I called the following morning and they informed me unfortunately they only did collision repair work. But offered to drive my truck to a repair shop in town. No questions asked.These guys really do care and are so sweet....I know if I ever do have issues down the road where I will go :)

Mullins fixed my van 10 mths ago, due to me getting hit from behind. Unfortunately after they fixed my lift, the back light no longer works, the outlet doesnt work and my key wont unlock the back door. Then a couple a weeks ago the back glass just burst without reason. How does a vehicles window just burst! No one will replace it without us paying something and no one can explain how glass can just burst. No dents, no scratches no nothing. So i look over my paperwork from the accident and notice they used the same window from my accident that got hit but showed no physical damage in my new lift. That window was comprised when it got hit. It was only a matter of time before that window broke. And now knowing they used the same window they refuse to replace it. I even asked them to inspect it, I have no reason to lie. The silver trimming is messed up too but they dont care about that either. Im pregnant, stressed, exhausted and defeated, and my husband is TDY, I give up! Mullins you win, USAA you win! Well pay cause we need a vehicle, but I dont recommend no one to go to Mullins without reading what parts they use and its a law that state you can require them to use factory parts, not similar parts or possible damaged parts like they used on my vehicle. (God)luck to who ever find themselves in my situation.

Last year a neighbor recommended Mullins Auto Body in Niceville to us after a car backed into our new VW Jetta. from the beginning they were the absolute professionals we had hoped for. They provided a cost estimate and delivered the car on time and on budget. The car looked better than new !Since our first encounter with Mullins last year we have recommended them to two others who had the same great experience we did.
