Took my car in for paint and body work.Took over a month to do a two week job.Came out with more damage then going in!Please! do your research before taking you vehicle here. Ask your dealership service department, or your insurance company where to take your car. USAA does not suggest using Niceville Paint & Body. I went to them cause I grew up in Niceville, I had used the over 15 years ago and they did a good job. Times have changed. Learn from my mistake and do not take you car there.

Needed to have two doors replaced on an insurance claim. The guys at Niceville Paint & Body were able to get my car (2018 Hyundai Accent) in the same day that I had an assessment done at a different shop. They kept up communication and had my car back to me the following week. Its been a few weeks and I cant even tell that there was work done on my car. They even cleaned out the inside of my car and bumped out a few door dings on the rear quarter panel for no extra charge.Ill definitely be going back here if I ever need body work done in the future. Happy to support this local business.

Josh is awesome and super personable! Hes willing to work with you on the price and always has a smile on his face, and is very knowledgeable about his trade. I, a not car guy, felt very relaxed here! Highly recommended.

First, I would like to say I have never left a online review about a business or organization but my experience here was far from satisfactory. Initially, I felt this place was a great find(co worker recommended) considering I’m fairly new to the area. The staff was friendly and seemed to be knowledge about collision repair. The issue came toward the end when my truck was supposed to be finished. After two weeks of repair I was told Tuesday at noon my vehicle will be ready around 4pm. However, I received a call later saying that my vehicle won’t be ready until tomorrow morning due to paint drying and settling(expected). So I decide to take off work and go in at 11am to be safe, just to find out it’s still not ready(moldings not put on, tint not done, area not cleaned). So I am told to come back at 3pm because my window will need to be tinted to match the others. So I rearrange some other errands, and received a phone call around 4pm from Josh “hey man, your car is at the tint shop across the street, should be about 30 mins”. So at 530pm I decided to take my rental back to enterprise, and then head to the shop (knowing my truck will finally be ready). When I arrive Josh greats me with “hey man, I’m sorry but the tint shop was unable to get to your truck. You can take it by there tomorrow and they should get you finished up”. At this point irritation sets in, and from here I decided I will not longer do business nor recommend family or friends. Also if you read previous reviews you can see this is an ongoing issue. Honestly, I have never seen a place so inconsiderate of a customer’s time. Also in regards to the actual repair it was average (haze, and a little orange peel) not bad but not great.

Beautiful job at a fair price. The employees are extremely courteous and honest. They do not settle for anything less than perfection. The manager kept my vehicle an extra day because he though the paint shade was slightly off, which is exactly what a customer wants-perfection. They were very apologetic when they found additional, unforeseen problems when they dismantled my vehicle and did their best to keep costs down. I would recommend this shop.

Have had many vehicles repaired over the years at many different Shops throughout the US and in the Florida Panhandle, Niceville Paint and Body is among the Best of them. Zach and the team handled my sons Custom G35 Coupe after an incident and the results exceeded expectations. That was in April and now I had my F350s Bumper, Cover, and Grill Painted and again did a fantastic job. Worked with us when we self paid as well. Great Team

The clear coat on the roof was peeling from our 2009 Toyota Corolla, plus we had some paint chipped on the hood. The staff did an incredible job of repainting/repairing the roof & quarter panels and repainting the hood. The car looks great! Highly recommend Niceville Paint & Body Shop.

Theyve worked on 2 of my vehicles and did an absolutely perfect job. Great customer service, they kept us up to date with the progress and texted the minute it was ready.

I had a fender bender on a Thursday morning. Gus assessed the damage on late Thursday morning, had the parts ready to work on Monday morning and my car was ready to drive home on Wednesday evening. Not only was he honest and pleasant to deal with, he has an A+ work ethic and the work was impeccable. I would definitely use this company in the future.

I had a few chips in the hood of my truck. Im incredibly bad with touch-up paint and, wasnt able to find the color, except at the dealership. Not wanting to take the chance on a vehicle with 3000 miles, I decided to trust Niceville Paint & Body.To be honest, I expected to see a slight variation in the paint and blending. This has always been my experience with other body shops and, I accepted it as difficulty getting an exact match.To my surprise, the job is flawless! I have never seen work that is so perfect.The service was incredible. I felt like a member of the family. I would recommend this shop before even considering their competition. They are the only place that Ill use, for my automotive needs.

Took a while to match the paint but they went above and beyond and didn’t charge extra even though they had to paint more than expected! Super nice staff!

I would like to say my guy friend recommended me to this shop and said he had work done on his truck a year ago said they did a good job and was friendly staff... Now my opinion when I first went into the shop the lady greeted me and asked what I needed done and she introduced me to josh and said he would take care of me now after he did the estimate on my car he stated I should do it on a certain date so my car can go in on a Monday and be done by Wednesday now I was only getting a new bumper... so Wednesday came and I got no call no anything so I called josh and he stated that they ordered the wrong bumper which I don’t know how you can do that when you have the year and model of my car ... but anyways I said ok well that’s fine because he stated he was ordering a new bumper that same day and it will come by Friday And my car should be done and painted by Friday .... so Friday comes I still got no call so once again which I think the communication is off and he doesn’t communicate well with customers... I call him and he says well we haven’t got a chance to paint so it will be done by Monday now he was basically giving me the run around... Monday comes he still didn’t contact me I contacted him and my car is still not done Monday afternoon as he stated so one more time he promised me tuesday because I stated to him I had to go out of town Wednesday morning and I wanted to make sure my car will be done Tuesday.... so come tues nothing was done my car was still a mess I picked my car up because I said I was done with the company in general because I got tired of getting the run around worst place ever... and the last thing without them even tell me he broke the clips on my car and my fog light was broke and cracked and they didn’t tell me I noticed that night I picked up my car all those things was broke... I called him that Wednesday morning and let him know those things were broke on my car he stated his staff was very honest and they would have told him that they broke anything... I stated to him before I drop my car off those things was not broke on my car and he saw because he did the estimate on my car ... he said he was going to replace the broken things now it’s been three weeks and he hasn’t replaced anything that they broke on my car... so now I have to get lawyers involved thanks a lot !!!! Worst dysfunctional place ever....

When my truck was rear-ended I knew there was only one place to take it. Zach and everyone at Niceville Paint & Body handled everything with class and got my truck back to me in no time; looking even better than it did before!! Niceville Paint & Body will always have my business.

This place is terrible. Kept a car forAlmost 6 months and lied all the time about it and most insurance places won’t work with them because of how horrible they are. They lie lie lie

Just got back from stopping by Niceville Paint and Body regarding a hit and run accident on the back side of my new van. From the moment I walked in they were so accomodating......Unlike other body shops I have visited. They immediately called Zach Howard from his office and he took a look at the damage to my van. I basically explained that we had a high deductible but I was more bothered by the corresponding rattle than the actual minimal damage. The rattle was driving me crazy!! He looked over the damage and said Lets go for a ride so I can hear the rattle. After a minute in the van, he jumped in the back in the listen closer and deduced that it was not the damage causing the rattle but rather my license plate frame! How embarrassing! Zach fixed it right away and saved me over a $1000!!! You are the best, thank you for your honestly and I highly recommend Niceville Paint and Body!!!

Less than 50 miles worth of towing $541 in charges. Complete rip off. Not much you can do since they have your car.

Top quality custom and collision repair the only place to go in my opinion for paint and body needs no job too big or too small

They scratched my car and wont fix the scratches they made,stole my radar detector,made me pay almost twice the price I was quoted and took months to do a crappy job.They also dont return phone calls,Im taking my car some place else for a full repaint now,never going to this dishonest place again.
