Three stars because I have had good experiences at other locations.I am a woman. I am military. I work on my vehicles.It is very rude to ask the man ahead of me in line if he is military, veteran, or emergency services for the store discount and not ask the same to a woman. Ive been in 12 years and Ive been enjoying using my discount when Im purchasing upkeep and repair supplies. That I had to request what was offered to the person ahead of me was frustrating.My previous experiences at other locations have been amazing. I got to know many employees in Virginia by name because Ive been doing repairs on my own vehicles since I was 18.
Doing parts we came to the conclusion that were going to have to do more research but the fact that Mr Omar stayed with us and walked us through the process and check with everybody around for those parts for a little closer but we aint found him yet but we had perfect service

Came in to order two parts at 1pm and I was told they would be delivered at 5pm. Its 5pm so I call to see if theyre there after taking my trucks entire fuel lines apart and draining my gas tank, only to be told that it wasnt gonna be in until 2pm the next day. Yeah, never again. Thanks for nothing. My $80 cab ride to work is going to fun..
This afternoon my car would not start so i was going to take it to my local dealer but i decided to call advance auto parts in niceville and spoke with a nice lady who said i should bring it up and have them test the alternator and battery. when i arrived there was an employee changing wipers for a customer so i figured i would wait till he was done so i could ask him for help. meanwhile, i was approached by omar so i explained my problem. then the other gentleman was finished so i figured he would help me since omar was busy doing other tasks. i was wrong! omar said lets to see what we can do(he could easily have passed the buck) first he tested the alternator and it came back ok, next he tested the battery and it came back as being the problem. i didnt have to lift a finger the whole time. Omar took care of everything. I can promise my dealership would have charged me several hundred dollars for the same work. he was very friendly and knowledgeable. THIS IS THE FIRST REVIEW I HAVE EVER GIVEN ANYONE! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR HELP WITH MY CAR! ADVANCE AUTO PARTS IS VERY BLESSED TO HAVE SOMEONE LIKE OMAR WORKING FOR THEM! OMAR IS THE BEST!

Fantastic! They really know the car parts. Much better than Auto Zone ( sold faulty parts when they knew the parts were faulty) and better than Rileys (more knowledgeable). Pep boys is a rip off. Prices too high. Do work you dont need. Twin City Transmission does it all cheaper and faster.
The Assistant General Manager Cory Johnt is amazing. he saved me, I lost my receipt and he went out of his way to text me a picture of the online receipt since it couldnt be printed. he saved me from having to round up the kids and drive out the to take a picture of it myself !! 5 stars all the way across went above and beyond to help me !! fantastic customer service!!
Had to get a battery for the waverunner and the only one they had I had to add the acid myself.Would have been great if they had a gel type battery.Employees were very friendly and helpful as they usually are here.
Came here inquiring about windshield wipers. They pointed me in the right direction very fast and even installed them for me. Very nice people working here that are knowledgeable about the parts they sale.

What could make a bad day worse? A dead battery.After slaving away at my job for 10 hours, it was only fitting for my car to not start in the parking lot. Wiping my tears away, I was finally able to get a jump start from a coworker and went straight to Advanced Auto in beautiful Niceville, FL.Upon entering this establishment, I was kindly greeted by a handsome young gentleman, by the name of Daniel. He saw how distraught I was from this experience and took to caring for my every need, allowing me to get through some much needed venting.After suggesting the perfect part matched by my needs, Daniel was able to swiftly replace and install my new battery, even in the cold, wet and rainy conditions.From this experience, I will forever be a loyal customer to Niceville’s Advanced Auto. Saturday, June 20th 2015Driving from Atlanta to Destin, 307 miles. Only 38 miles to go when the water pump belt broke. Managed to make it to Advance Auto Parts. Robert assisted me with the correct belt and offered if I needed any tools to change out the belt. Robert was polite, friendly, helpful and quick. I also needed to change oil, due to the fact that the engine was running very hot. Engine never stalled out from excessive heat build up. After purchasing for oil change, Robert disposed of the old oil for me. Robert, thank you for all your help.
