Monday Sep 27th. 2:30pm...I arrived and asked if you have a certain part. You tell me what Isle is should be on. Im your only customer in the store. You have 2 employees behind the counter. Not sure where the part is. To bad your form of customer service is point and ignore. I was easy to walk out empty handed.

I have always chosen Auto Zone for my auto part needs since they opened in Niceville. However I have had 2 very unpleasant encounters with the manager (Omar) at the Niceville location. Twice he has made it difficult for me to use my Veteran discount. Why? When I told him this is my 2nd unpleasant encounter with him I was fully expecting him to do what a manager should & find out why. Instead he said “get out of my store” This guy needs to be re-trained in customer service.

This is my go to place for anything auto. The employees are super helpful and treat you with respect. I stopped in for wiper blades and I wasnt just given a part number and sent my way to look on my own ~ but a knowledgeable employee (sorry I didnt get his name) gave me options and reasons for each product. And then going the extra mile...he put them on my car for me! Wow....I highly recommend Autozone in Niceville!

They tested my old battery for free and when I purchased a new one from them, they happily installed it for me. Cant ask for anything more.

I needed a battery replaced in my car ( was working fine before that except for the battery ) I took it to auto zone got a battery 2 year warranty supposed to be $130.00 ended up being $155.00 was not given a core charge back. When I left I didnt even get down the road the car starts smoking it smells like its burning, it wont accelerate and the brakes stopped working. I managed to get the car home by the grace of God and call auto zone tell them whats going on they tell me sorry thats a engine problem theres nothing we can do sorry have a nice day. THANKS

Ordered on line to pick up in store. Product was correct and ready promptly. Representative Omar was discourteous and short. With identical products two blocks away at a competitor I will check them first for my needs next time.

These stores are basically all the same. Very competitive business with all the auto parts stores, so all prices hover around the same for similar products across all the chains. Really comes down to brand loyalty for most people.But its the people behind the counter that make the difference. Who do you like, and is most helpful. I like the people at AutoZone, the place seems more chill, and I take advantage of the $20 rewards program...which you have to be careful about. Read and understand it or youll get screwed. Just gotta play the game, but $20 back on $100, aint bad. (But you have to spend in increments of $20 min per purchase, 5 times. So it only works if you have like multiple cars you take care of and pass by the place a lot).

Fast friendly service,went in for a few parts and get my battery checked,I was in and out in less than 5 minutes 👍

It was great i was stuck out of town they let me fix my car in the parking lot. Plus loaned me the tools im really grateful

After calling 2 other auto supply stores in Niceville with could care less attitudes, Mitch at Auto Zone was a pleasant and helpful voice.Mitch not only gave me information on a gas cap, he informed me that was a generic one and it didnt have a feature of the one made for my car. If I could wait till later in the, he could have one at the store and it was less than the generic one.When I picked up my gas cap, they were friendly and helpful.That is great service.

This is your typical AutoZone so I dont have to mich to comment on here. I was glad to be able to get quick service from a friendly employee. He was knowledgeable with the issues I presented to him and he gave me several alternatives all the way down to replacement parts.

Purchased a Battery, had it installed and it was installed incorrectly .Battery wasnt shimmed and in turn became loose and bumped around, damaging wire terminal . took it back tightened screw but damage was overlooked. Was stranded on and off for a week.Finally took it to Hyundai to find out what I explained above.I contacted Corporate and as of a week ago nothing other then a DM will contact you.Please do not blindly trust this staff. Luckily. I was stranded at home but could have been stranded anywhere . I for one will be going down the road to feel safer.

Ive been coming here for years and last time the female that cashed me out said I had a $20 reward, well my intake broke so I came here to use my credit and this cashier said no reward, so had to pay cash, which I was trying to avoid and when I get to car to look at receipt, the rewards balance is still at $20 and now I have 1 point towards next reward.

Usually very helpful! However today went in to get windshield wipers, and the young gentlemen was not very helpful and didnt seem to want to help me.

If I could give them no stars I would. I called asking about a particular part and was very descriptive as to what I needed. The woman who answered the phone was rude and acted annoyed when she had to actually walk over to that section of the store to look and see what they had. After she told me what she saw I knew by her description that was not what I was looking for. Because she was not calling it the right part, I then reiterated what I wanted to make sure she understood. She told me there are a lot of brake controllers with wires youll just have to come and look to see what you want. I did not want a brake controller, I wanted a brake controller wiring kit, which I told her on 4 separate occasions. The fact that she did not listen to what I said and was just down right rude from the beginning is what really got me upset.I then called the Fort Walton Beach location and the gentleman who answered the phone was nice. He went and checked the shelves and told me that they dont carry any wiring installation kits. See how simple that was Niceville? He then referred me to some other stores that might have what Im looking for.The people in Niceville need to check their attitude be more pleasant and accommodating. I will not be using them any more.

Was driving out in Destin about 8:35 pm when I noticed that my drivers side headlight was out. I looked up AutoZone one Google and gave them a call I told them what the problem was and that I was headed to the Niceville store the guy on the phone was very helpful and said he would wait for me I got there at 9:02 pm the two guys changed it out. We went into AutoZone in Niceville this morning as soon as they opened. The salesmen didnt even smile. The manager and the salesman acted as if it was a bother to help my mom and I. I was disappointed at the customer service we recieved.
